Abstract

Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Surabaya currently uses E-Perfomance application to measure employee performance appraisal and monitor the activities of employees. The E-Perfomance application is used starting in 2015 and made many changes every year. Since the beginning of the use of E-Perfomance application until now has not been evaluated the acceptance in applying the application. Therefore, in this research, there is an acceptance analysis of E-Performance application with Technology Acceptance Model 2 method consisting of Subjective Norm Norm, Image, Job Relevance, Output Quality, Result Demonstrability as independent variable, while dependent variable include Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Intention to Use, Usage Behavior and moderation variables include Experience variables.

Abstract

Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan hutan di seluruh Jawa Timur. Dalam mengelola hutan, perusahaan ini menggunakan sejumlah aset untuk melancarkan kegiatannya. Namun karena jumlah aset yang dimiliki sangat banyak, sehingga terdapat sejumlah aset yang menganggur. Untuk itu perusahaan melakukan pengoptimalan manfaat aset.Dalam proses pengoptimalan ditemukan tiga permasalahan, yaitu pengecekkan jatuh tempo kontrak di waktu yang belum tepat. Hal ini mengakibatkan perusahaan kehilangan kesempatan menerima kontrak baru. Selanjutnya informasi letak aset belum secara geografis. Sehingga perusahaan mengalami ketertundaan penerimaan kontrak selama satu minggu. Permasalahan terakhir, promosi aset yang dinilai kurang maksimal. Akibat yang ditimbulkan adalah aset yang laku hanya satu dari sepuluh aset dalam satu bulan.Berdasarkan dampak dari permasalahan yang ada, perusahaan menerapkan perhitungan lower and upper spesification limit, perhitungan lama dan masa kontrak, perhitungan total nilai kontrak, perhitungan occupancy rate, serta membuat penjadwalan pengecekkan jatuh tempo kontrak dan pengecekkan kondisi aset. Dengan menggunakan metode ini perusahaan dapat memberikan informasi letak aset secara geografis dengan hasil yang variatif, sedia setiap hari dalam memproses kontrak jatuh tempo dan pengecekkan kondisi aset, dan mempromosikan aset berdasarkan perhitungan manfaat aset yang rendah. Melalui hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada sistem informasi yang dibangun, menyatakan bahwa sistem ini telah mampu menghasilkan laporan kontrak jatuh tempo, laporan perpanjangan masa kontrak, laporan pengecekkan kondisi aset, laporan occupancy rate, dan laporan promosi aset.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Aset, Perhutani, Google Maps API, Occupancy Rate

Abstract

PT. Karunia Hosana merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi silica sand dan silica flour. Proses produksi yang terjadi hanya mengacu pada tanggal pengiriman dan tanggal pemesanan sehingga terjadi keterlambatan realisasi pengiriman dikarekan proses produksi yang tidak terjadwal sesuai dengan kapasitas mesin. Untuk mengejar tanggal pengiriman, bagian produksi melakukan repacking dari tipe barang yang dipesan pelanggan lain yang memiliki spesifikasi yang sama dan memiliki tanggal pengiriman yang lebih lama. Tujuan pembuatan sistem penjadwalan produksi dengan menggunakan metode terbaik adalah agar pengguna mampu menentukan metode penjadwalan sesuai dengan kriteria pengguna dengan nilai bobot yang diinputkan.Dari masalah tersebut, maka dibuatlah sistem penjadwalan produksi dengan membandingkan empat metode penjadwalan yaitu Earliest Due Date, First Come First Server, Shortest Job First, dan Longest Job First. Selain metode-metode tersebut, sistem akan mengakumulasi nilai bobot setiap parameter untuk memilih metode terbaik sesuai kriteria pengguna. Pengguna akan memilih metode sesuai dengan nilai bobot keempat parameter per mesin. Dari pemilihan metode tersebut, sistem akan menjadwalkan pesanan produksi.Hasil uji coba sistem penjadwalan ini dapat diterapkan untuk melakukan proses penjadwalan produksi dan menghasilkan hasil perhitungan metode, jadwal produksi harian, jadwal produksi periode, dan jadwal produksi per kode produksi.Kata kunci: Jadwal Produksi, Metode Penjadwalan, Master Production Schedule

Abstract

Hello Work is a website owned by The Labor Office of Kabupaten Pasuruan (Disnaker) that has been developed for the labors from Pasuruan. By using Hello Work, the job seekers could find some companies or firms which opening the job vacancy that fit for job seeker’s criteria. But the survey’s result has proven still so many job seekers has problems at using Hello Work, especially on user interface for sign up process and less user friendly for mobile phone. As the described problem, the solution is to create a user interface by using Lean UX methode which composed by four stages, that are Declaring Assumption, Create an MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback and Research. And the result is a website prototype for desktop and mobile phone with seven improvement, that are a new dashboard layout, new login process, news column, user friendly sign-up process, new labor’s dashboard, and mobile version of Hello Work with improvement of the mean score from 3.016 for existing website to 3.54 for website prototype.

Abstract

The condition of batik sales in Pamekasan Regency decreased. This is because the batik craftsmen still use traditional marketing methods and have a small scale of consumer. The results of interviews with several batik craftsmen in Pamekasan District revealed that they needed solutions to increase sales and expand their market. The solutions for this problem is using a marketplace to sell their product. Marketplace as an online media can help batik craftsmen to expand their marketi to a bigger scale. The user interface in the marketplace is one of the determining factors whether the user will continue to use the marketplace or not. The user interface of the marketplace uses the User Centered Design (UCD) method that produces a design mockup. The resulting mockup has been tested using the usability testing method by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. There are 5 variables used, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction. The results of the tests show that the mockup of the user interface design shows learnability accuracy is 84%, efficiency accuracy is 86.2%, memorability accuracy is 88%, accuracy of errors is 82% and 87.5% for satisfaction. Keywords: batik, user interface, user centered design

Abstract

Currently many music studios are still using manual ordering in every process of their business, may be practically almost all the studios that exist in Indonesia are still using the manual way, therefore many people are still had difficult way in ordering because the schedule always crashes with the other studio users, Moreover they have to consider the mileage and then they survey the place, studio situations, rooms, tools and prices. Another problem is certainly felt by the studio owner who sometimes confused how to promote their music studio to be known by many people and is not less competitive with other music studios. You can see from the problems above, then we need an application that can bridge between studio owners and users of music studios. So the solution offered is to design an online booking application based Firstudio music crowdsourcing. With the application of Firstudio certainly can help the users of music studios in terms of booking music studio online quickly and accurately. Not only studio users, but studio owners will also benefit, they can promote their music studio on this website, moreover the absence of fees for their studio advertisements.

Abstract

Health centre (Puskesmas) I Toili has several health services, one of them is the apotek. The problem with apotek is when restocking medicines, the pharmacist does not know exactly the demand of medicine for the next periode resulting cumulation of medicines that have not yet been sold. Other than that, the phartmacist when selling the medicines sometime does not paying attention on the expire date. The solution for the problems that has been described is to create a program for forecasting demand for the medicine consisting of: forecasting demand for medicine with Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) methode, medicine sale with First Expider Firs Out (FEFO) methode. The result of this research has shown that the program has able to do forecast for medicine demand using (DES), to save the sales of medicine with FEFO methode and medicine restock report, medicine forecast, and the sales of medicine, presented on chart with high accuracy and fast.

Abstract

Petra Community Church is a church located on Jalan M.T. Haryono, Semarang. Since January of 2018, it has more than one thousands congregation. Based on their organizational structure, they have head of management and many departments, such as, Ibadah Raya Department, Komsel Department, Pujian Penyembahan Department, and Multimedia  Department. The board is facing a problem about getting data from departements. The data is still scattered in each department and the form is still a flat file (hard-copy). This problem affects the evaluation process of the existing management and also related to the making of annual year work program. Based on this problem, a management information system is needed to be used to process existing data into information, which is useful for decision making by the management of PCC. Management Information System built using the method of the System Development Life Cycle Waterfall model. The waterfall model used is the waterfall model according to Sommerville (2007). This system can handle management requirements related to the availability of master data, and activity data has been carried out up to financial data. Also through this system, the board can monitors activities undertaken by each department.

Abstract

St. Clemens Christian High School is a private education institute Binawirawan Foundation owned by the nuns of Congregation Imitationis Jesus (CIJ) at Trans Bajawa-Ende km 40 Boawae. St. Clemens Christian High School (SMACEL) has 3 (three) majors, that are Science, Social, and Language. SMACEL now is working at processing of academic grade using 2013’s curriculum. Every subject there is a grouping process for grade type, there are daily grade, task grade, and final exam grade. The second type of grade is skill grade, composed by practice, project, and portopholio grade. The grade of attitude composed by spiritual and good attitude grade. The problem that has been experienced nowadays for processing the grades are the entry of grades, the presentation of report, and data information. The report process now is managed by Microsoft Office and Excel and the retyping of reports is necessary so it takes a long time and slowing down the distribution of reports.And the solution for academic administration is to develop an application for academic grade processing at SMACEL Boawae Flores. The application is web-based so that can be accessed at wherever places with the internet access.The academic processing grade application is being tested for inputing the student’s grade and hope to help the academic curriculum department for better processing and recaping student’s grade.

Abstract

Damian Lawoleba is private hospital located in Lawoleba East Nusa Tenggara province. One of the most of their effort to achieve competitive advantage is make   health service quality improvement with  strategy of IS/IT. But in the other hand Damian Lawoleba Hospital is not inpmlementing their IS/IT strategy yet for some of their services. To avoid cost of development of the IS/IT strategy, its need to develop Strategic Planning of Information Systems and Tecnology. Ward and Peppard method is used in the development of Strategic Planning of Information Systems in Damian Lawoleba Hospital. In Preparation Stage, is by doing internal and external analysis for developing business strategy. From  this business strategy it will get diversification and horizontal integration strategy.the business strategy will be output of document such as Business IS Strategy, IT Strategy, Management IS/IT Strategy, Future Portofolio Application, and Road map Application that will be used by Damian Lawoleba Hospital as basis for developing information systems and technology.
