Abstract

Scholarships are benefits that aim to help with learning costs. Scholarship information is still spread on each web, making it difficult to search. This study aims to build a web portal that focuses scholarship information. The web portal built automatically collects periodic scholarship data using Curl. The source of information used comes from existing portals and scholarship provider web agencies. After the data is obtained the system will match with the Jaro-Winkler method to avoid duplication of stored data. Based on the results of unit testing on the function results obtained 98.91%. Based on the results of trials on system functions, the results of 99% were obtained in one and two iterations. These results indicate that this study has succeeded in implementing up-to-date centralization of information with the matching algorithm Jaro-Winkler. The Final Project focuses on the functionality of the Scholarship Portal, so that the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the scholarship portal are not prioritized. Further research can be improved by User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) so that users can use the application easily.

Abstract

PT Cahaya Fajar Kaltim is a company engaged in the field of Steam Power (PLTU) resources in East Kalimantan Province. The problem is the Engineering Department has difficulty in evaluating the engine. Problems including recording maintenance of vibration checks have not been computerized so that reports related to recording are often found to be empty, recapitulation related to reports take a long time, and evaluations regarding machine performance cannot be traced in real time. Based on the above problems, the solution needed is an application that can assist the maintenance management process, including recording vibration checks, recording machine maintenance, and visualizing information in the form of dashboards related to engine performance. Based on the evaluation results, the application is able to help record maintenance of vibration checks in a computerized, the report recap can be done quickly, evaluations related to engine performance can be maximized with a dashboard that has machine status notification features, abnormal status engine notifications, and graphical dashboards that check display information in real-time.

Abstract

PT Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia is a company engaged in plywood sales, PT Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia sells Plywood made from logs of sengon and meranti type. The company sells ten products and each product has five types of grade, so far the business process in sales activities is done by way of customers coming directly to the company or contacting by telephone so that it can take the customer's time to find out the products sold by the company. The development of information technology has brought great changes in the business world. With the internet business can be done anytime and anywhere, one part of the development of technology is E-Commerce, which is an electronic trade that can help companies to introduce their products and can help companies to sell their products online. So far, PT Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia has not used E-Commerce facilities so that companies to introduce their products to the sales department come to property developers or furniture entrepreneurs to offer their products. With the existence of E-Commerce, it is expected to make it easier for companies to introduce their products and make it easier for customers to know the products sold by the company and can make purchases online without having to go to the company.

Abstract

STIKIP PGRI Jombang has a website addressing www.stikipjb.ac .id, which is used as an intermediary for information media with students, with the existence of information technology such as websites are expected to provide accurate, complete, relevant information and facilitate communication. The involvement of students in the use of the website, the ease of the website to be used can increase various knowledge of information services to students. To find out the satisfaction, it is used by conducting a success analysis using the Delone and Mclean methods. Data used through questionnaires. and tested the validity of linearity reliability and SEM analysis. System quality variables directly affect user satisfaction with a value of 59.6%, meaning that the quality of the system presented in the website according to respondents' perceptions in this research is good.

Abstract

PHC hospitals are type B hospitals in Surabaya that implement IT to provide effectiveness in business processes. Currently the need for IT services is increasing and IT is increasingly sophisticated, this makes PHC hospitals continue to improve IT quality. The authorized part in IT development is the board level for evaluating, directing and monitoring IT. But at this time in the hospital there were no risk assessments, IT policies, monitoring of IT risk management, determination of IT standards and IT HR management, so that the implementation was not in accordance with the needs and caused re-changes in implementation requiring time, effort and costs for research .In solving the problem solving there needs to be an IT governance that focuses on board level, the framework that can be used is CobIT5, which has support for managing board level parts, namely Evaluation, Direct Monitoring (EDM),The results of this information technology governance design in the form of 33 recommendations for achieving capability level 1. 33 These recommendations are obtained from output work products that include 5 EDM domains that can ensure having a governance framework, IT benefits that support business, risk optimization, resource optimization and stakeholder transparency.Keywords: Information Technology Governance, Board Level, CobIT5, EDM.

Abstract

The Sentra HKI is one of the institutions or bureaus at the Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya which has several activities that include the management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The Sentra HKI is still not fully utilizing this problem, among others, the application process is still done manually, there is no history submitted, and there is no process. This IPR Management application can be a solution to this problem. Abstract

Identification value chain makes it easy to know business processes have been supported by IT services or not supported by IT services. PT Bank Mandiri Taspen subdivision Kediri not all business processes are supported by IT services. This has an impact on decision making to analyze and invest IT services. The technology capabilities cannot work optimally and operational activities cannot excedd the specified goal limits. The result a catalog IT service be required making IT service portfolio documents using Information Technology and Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The preparation stage using service strategy namely define, analyze, approve and charter. Methods to support the preparation of IT service portfolio documents include value chain, balanced scorecard, cost model, return on investment, ranti’s IS/IT generic business value and communication matrix. The results of identification will produce a catalog IT service use service charter in its delivery. The final stage conclusions and suggestions.

Abstract

The institution of SMAS Al-Multazam Mojokerto is an educational institution located in Islamic Education Foundation naunagan Al-Multazam housed in Kepuhanyar Highway No. 24 subdistrict of Mojokerto Mojoanyar. SMAS Al-Multazam in improving service quality of academic, SMAS Al-Multazam issued policies do the migration from manual process becomes a process of tersistem with good match from one of Al-Multazam SMAS mission. The issues facing the SMAS Al-Multazam currently include first, the determination of class time takes a long time because it takes seven days to correct the problem with the entry value. Second, in doing scheduling subjects, often happens to crash on a schedule created. Third, the hardcopy form presence form the crash prone, missing data, error and need a recap of additional fees for doubling documents presensi form. Fourthly, the assessment process be longer when the eleventh semester activities will be performed. Based on some of the problems above, Al-Multazam SMAS requires the presence of the analysis and the design of the academic information system that can do the process of determining the class presensi, data storage, scheduling subjects and calculation value as well as making the report. Academic information system design is done using the stages of the SDLC waterfall method. Analysis and design of information systems academic at Al-Multazam SMAS will produce the document specification of Software Requirements (SKPL) and document design and software architecture (DAPL). The document can be used as the basis for the development of academic information systems.

Abstract

ALT.Mine.ID is a startup engaged in the field of cryptocurrency, especially in the mining sector. Currency conversion fees that are too large and mining contracts that can be decided at any time by the company when purchasing hashrates using cloud mining abroad are one of the obstacles faced by local miners. In addition, independent miners also complain about the amount of capital that must be spent to start their business. Coupled with maintenance errors and overclocking of hardware that can occur causing damage to mining hardware.The solution based on the above problems is to create a website-based startup application that will be named ALT.Mine.ID to manage the cryptocurrency mining process. Through the ALT.Mine.ID startup application investors and miners can monitor hardware and balance income from mining anytime and anywhere.The results show that this application can cut the conversion costs that must be paid because the payment system uses local bank transfers. Besides that the mining contract will not stop in the middle of the road because maintenance costs are charged at the beginning of the hashrate purchase. Overclocking errors and hadware maintenance will fully be the responsibility of the startup provider so that miners don't need to think about how to do hardware maintenance.

Abstract

Abstract: Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com are companies involved in online markets and malls. To respond to opinions, criticisms and complaints, Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com have a website platform that reviews the services and services offered by the three companies. The website platform is named priceprice.com. The type of comment is a large amount of unstructured text. This condition can cause online shopping companies to miss useful information from a collection of text documents.The setimen analysis is specified in this case study to rank the popularity of online shopping sites in Indonesia. In this study only discussed three online shops, namely Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com.This case study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method with k-fold cross validation testing to ensure data accuracy. The Naive Bayes method is used because it is more suitable in the operation of sentiment analysis in this study compared to other methods. In this study Lazada is the most popular online shop compared to Bukalapak and Blibli.com. Based on calculation accuracy naïve bayes uses k-fold cross validation for Lazada to have an average 96,5%, Bukalapak 93,9% and Blibli 89,7%. Keywords: Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli.com, Naive Bayes
