Abstract

The researches of job stress are pioneered by a classic study by Friedman, Rosenman, and Caroll in 1958. The basic assumption about job stress that is, certain work characteristics are stressor that lead to both personal and organization. Some studies have investigated this job stress in developing countries. Based on the study of Nasrurdin, dkk (2004), it is chosen intentionally, first, to be criticized in endeavor to comprehend the job-related stress experienced by employees in developing countries setting, the second, the study is issued in Indonesian international journal. The main weakness of this study is related to its model. This study focused on personality variables and job stress. This will become problematic because personality is a dispositional variable which is permanent, whereas job stress is a situational variable which is temporary. Those can reflect individual responses toward certain situation. Therefore, personality variable is considered as moderating variable which is positioned as an independent variable because the variance will likely to be low, whereas the variance of job stress is expected to be high.  The proposed model and chosen variable are not based on a certain theory

Abstract

Marketing inherits economic exchange model that have dominant logic which based on good exchange like in manufacture. That dominant logic focuses on tangibles resources, values, and transactions. In the last decade, there is a new perspective that makes a different to counter the competition which focuses on intangible resources, co-create value, and long-term relationship. This paper explains a new dominant logic, how the changes of the perspective happened, and how the new one can be a conceptual based for service science.

Abstract

Small scalled industries is the one of the actors who plays an important role in Indonesian economic development. Their existence will become more important for their great contribution to the national income and expand the employment of opportunities. Based on this important role, the empowerment of the small scaled industries have to get serious attention. Value Chain is a powerfull analysis tool which can be used to identify the key activities within the firm which form the value chain for the firm and have the potential of a suistainable competitive advantage. The competitive advantage of the firm lies in its ability to perform crucial activities along the value chain better than its competitor. The aim of the value chain is to maximize value of the customer while minimizing costs.

Abstract

Compulsive buying is characterized as “chronic, repetitive purchasing thatoccurs as a response to negative events or feelings.” An improved understanding of compulsive buying is important to the fields of consumer behavior, especially on their spending habits. Compulsive buyers do shopping activities to decrease negative events or feelings even there is no money on their account. They usually use credit card usage facilities to solve this problem, therefore they have financial problem. Thus, it is very important to study about financial planning.

Abstract

Price of main product or service that has been transferred on main profit in a business is included of transfer pricing. From Government side, transfer pricing is curtained effecting decreased or lost of revenue tax profit a country, because multinational enterprise inclined to remove taxation obligation. While from business side, transfer pricing is believed as accurate strategy that the most effective that its used a lot of enterprises to win the business competition. The key to a successful practice of transfer pricing from tax standpoint is the existence of related parties transactions. Transferring price is set by virtue of arm’s length. Arm’s length is hard adapted so it occurred pro and contra between tax obligation and fiscus. On transfer pricing both of government and others enterprise can use OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, Advance Pricing Agreement, and P3B as orientations besides General Director Tax decision KEP-01/PJ.7/1993 and Circular of General Director Tax N0. SE-04/PJ.7/1993 dated March, 03, 1993
