Abstract

The objectives this study is to test effect of taxes and local fee upon local revenue. This study using secondary data form taxes, local fee and local revenue obtaining from the office of management financial and wealth assets in the North Aceh, 1990-2007. The results researh found that taxes and local fee significant effect to local revenue. However, the research also found that partial only tax significant effect on the local revenue. These results indicate that the local government of North Aceh had not done a good collection of local fee. So, North Aceh government is expected to forward more vigorously to seek new sources of user charges to raise local revenue.

Abstract

This study discussed the influence of post-adoption beliefs on the intention to continuance use of mobile Internet technology. Behavior to continue using a technology is strongly influenced by the fulfillment of someone's expectations after initial usage. This research tried to examine the influence of the perceived usefulness, confirmation, and satisfaction on continuance intention of use mobile Internet technology. Data collected with survei method from 110 students at public and private university in Purwokerto were examined by Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results presented that perceived usefulness, confirmation, and satisfaction have significant impact on continuance intention of use mobile Internet.

Incremental innovation is the way of to reach for as many as possible goods product or service which have there is without making signifikan or big invesment. Radical innovation is change of signifikan which by simultan influence business model and also company technology. Innovation type have to as according to company strategy. Deciding best innovation strategy as according to condition of internal emulation and eksternal.

Abstract

The demand of doing CSR is increasing nowadays include corporate in Indonesia, especially when they will go global or only cooperate with corporate from developed countries. Consumer often chooses corporate that makes feel being have social responsibility when they buy the product, thus CSR is one of domain criteria in consumer’s purchase decision making. This research uses the technique of purposive sampling. Technique of data processing use SPSS 11.5 while data technique analyzing used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. Pursuant to hypothesis test t which have been conducted to be obtained by P value that is 0.387 and 0.384, where P value > from a that is 0.05. Pursuant to the P value result, inferential hence Ho accepted and H1 and H2 refused, what it’s meaning that CSR not influence company evaluation and company evaluation also not influence to consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Within this study, we use path analysis to explore the influence of structure, strategy, and career system on corporate culture and the influence of corporate culture on organizational performance. A questionnaire survey is utilized to focus on manufacturing industries and service industries for empirical study. A total of 270 questionnaires were sent with 98 valid questionnaires received. Among them, 45 replies were from service industries and 53 replies were from manufacture industries. Based on the study results, we make four conclusions: 1) strategy have a positively significant influence on corporate culture; 2) stucture have a positively significant influence on corporate culture; 3) career system have a positively significant influence on corporate culture; 4) career system have a positively significant influence on organizational performance.

Abstract

This article discussed about organizational justice, which is consist of three main dimension; distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice.  Based on empirical review, this article propose integrative model of organizational justice. Each dimension was determined by several factor such as organizational structure, subordinate charisma and team organizational justice. Beside that, organizational justice also determine several attitude and behavior such as satisfaction, commitment, organizational and supervisor trust. This article also discussed about conceptual and research issues in organizational justice.
