Abstract

Analytic Network Process ( ANP ) is a technique to help resolve the problem . In its development , the ANP is not only used to determine the priority of choices with many criteria , but its application has been extended as an alternative model to solve various problems . This is possible because the ANP sufficient to rely on intuition as its main input , but intuition must come from the decisions that sufficient information and understand the problems faced by decision . Basically ANP is a general theory of measurement . ANP is used to find a good ratio scale of the paired comparison of discrete and continuous . Comparisons can be drawn from the actual size or of a basic scale that reflects the strength of feeling and prefensi relative . ANP has a particular concern about the deviation of consistency , measurement and dependence and among groups of structure elements (Latifah, 2005).Keywords : ANP , Criteria

Abstract

Penjadwalan juga dapat diartikan sebagai proses pengalokasian sumber-sumber untuk melaksanakan sekumpulan tugas dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Berbagai teknik dapat diterapkan untuk penjadwalan. Tujuan penjadwalan dalam proses produksi adalah keluaran produksi dapat dikendalikan terutama berkenaan dengan jadwal penyerahannya. Sehingga keterlambatan dapat diantisipasi. Oleh karena itu perlu sebuah sistem informasi untuk mengamati jadwal pelaksanaan produksi.PT. Triangle Motorindo merupakan sebuah industri yang memproduksi motor asli dari Indonesia dengan merek sepeda motor Viar. Viar Motor Indonesia diproduksi di daerah kawasan industri Bukit Semarang Baru, Jawa Tengah. Kemampuan produksi pabrik ini begitu besar 10-20 ribu unit kendaraan mampu di produksi Viar Motor setiap harinya. Metode penjadwalan produksi Heijunka adalah metode penjadwalan produksi yang cocok digunakan dalam produksi sepeda motor karena waktu inden pelanggan dapat diperkecil sebagai bagian dari pelayanan pelanggan. Sistem informasi dibangun untuk membangkitkan jadwal produksi secara otomatis dengan bebeapa parameter yang telah ditentukan. Keluaran Gantt Chart diperlukan untuk mengawasi secara visual penjadwalan produksi.Kata kunci: penjadwalan produksi, sistem informasi, metode Heijunka

Abstract

Appointment of performance values refer to the value of job satisfaction as the mediation is very important, this is due to that the value of job satisfaction as the basis for a decision can. Policy in the form of a decision must know prioritasdari scale level factors that influence job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is placed here as the value of mediation to justify the value of the performance, because the nature of the character of the individual 'job satisfaction that can be used as an objective assessment of the condition of performance evaluation system with feedback method (top-down and button-up).Factors to determine the significance level of performance and job satisfaction as the mediation conducted empirical methods. A review of the empirical method here, divided into dimensions that are operationally used as an indicator to make beads statement. Research methods using multiple regression-correlation, where the regression method to determine whether there is influence and correlation methods to determine how the level of influence.This study was limited to designing the model determines construct the significance of factors that affect the performance and job satisfaction as the mediation. It is expected to facilitate further research on the development of performance evaluation system for the organization.Key words:Factors, performance, mediation, job satisfaction

In general layout of the planned factory will also determine the efficiency and some things will also maintain the survival or success of an industrial workplace. computerized factory layout as a technique to be used in the process of allocation of territory. Abstract

PT "X" is a company that processes into a tea leaf green tea which is then resold to other tea companies such as: Sosro, Mount Agung, Indotirta. In PT "X", performed quality control is still less than the maximum. Which will happen eventually if often can be detrimental to the company. To prevent greater loss, then the company needs to think of an effective way so that corrective action can be carried out before its too late. The company must monitor continuously so the products have export quality. Methods of Six Sigma is one of the integral method in quality improvement. This method proved to be effective to improve and enhance the quality of products and processes, and thus the number of defects detrimental to the company can be minimized and eventually expected profit of the company will increase as well. The calculation result obtained DPMO and sigma value overall process DPMO value of 254.8 means that in a million chance there may be a discrepancy amounting to 254.8 opportunities that will lead to defects. While the amount of production of 5850000 units by 5962 the number of defective units and 4 obtained defect opportunity sigma value of 4.98 which means it needs to attempt to achieve sigma sigma value of 6.00 or achievement of zero defect. Abstract

Quite a lot of employmen, and human activities related to computers and aided by computer. Just as in the process of printing of softcopy into hardcopy. So it appears the so-called digital printing business. By utilizing the internet facility, the business is expected to grow rapidly and create a good relationship between the company and the customers are often called CRM.
