Abstract

This research was motivated by the students' skills in volleyball extracurricular activities, namely the lack of forearm pass due to lack of mastery of excellent and correct forearm pass techniques. This study aims to determine the effect of individual training methods on volleyball forearm pass skills in extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 5 Pangkalpinang.This research was quantitative research that was a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was extracurricular volleyball students at SMP Negeri 5 Pangkalpinang, totaling 22 people with a sampling technique using saturated samples. The data analysis technique in this study used the t-test.Based on the calculation of the hypothesis using the t-test, the results were obtained (t-count = 10.168 t table = 1.721) with a significant level of 0.05, which means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it could be concluded that individual training methods were affected the volleyball forearm pass skills in extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 5 Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Abstract. In the Futsal sport. Biomotor components such as leg power are one of the components that need to be considered by the trainer in compiling an exercise program, especially exercise in physical conditions. If the athlete can bring out the maximum leg power, the athlete can help the team win the match. So the coach must choose the right exercises to increase the strength of the athlete, one of which is plyometric exercises including the lateral box jump and front box jump. The research objective was to determine the effect of the lateral box jump and front box jump on leg power. The method used is qualitative research with an experimental approach. The subjects used were 20 athletes who participated in the futsal UKM UNIPA Surabaya. The results showed that the lateral box jump and front box jump had a significant effect on leg power, but the box jump training provided a greater increase in increasing leg muscle power.Abstract in Indonesia. Pada Futsal. Pelatih yang akan menyusun suatu program latihan harus memperhatikan komponen biomotorik, seperti power otot tungkai. Power otot tungkai sangat berpengaruh dalam kemenangan pertandingan sebuah tim jika seorang atlet dapat mengeluarkan power otot tungkai secara maksimal. Sehingga pelatih perlu pandai dalam memilih latihan yang sesuai dalam menaikkan power atlet, salah satunya latihan plyometric antara lain lateral box jump dan front box jump. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh lateral box jump dan front box jump terhadap power tungkai. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini sejumlah 20 atlet yang mengikuti UKM futsal UNIPA Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lateral box jump dan front box jump berpengaruh signifikan terhadap power otot tungkai, tetapi pada pelatihan front box jump memberikan peningkatan yang lebih besar dalam meningkatkan power otot tungkai.

Abstract

Abstract. 66% athletes have not chosen a variety of foods and consume less water, often consume packaged drinks including sweet tea. The importance of athlete's dietary intake correlates with nutritional status, anthropometric profile, and performance. The percentage of excess fat compared to the recommended value was found in groups of male and female athletes. The fulfillment of energy needs, macronutrients micronutrients, and fluid intake of athletes as a whole is still relatively lacking. The purpose of this study was to look the description of the food intake and fat thickness of soccer athletes; Methods: The design used in this study was cross sectional on U-16, U-17, U-18 soccer athletes with a total of 53 soccer athletes from the PS Sleman Development Center. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research instruments used include a 24-hour recall form, a food photo book, and Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) tool. The data analysis technique used statistical software through the Chi-Square test; Results: There is no relationship between intake of energy, protein, fat and carbohydrates in percent body fat; Conclusions: Due to the poor intake of energy, protein, fat and carbohydrates for athletes, nutrition education is needed for athletes as the first step in mentoring athletes. Abstract in Indonesia. 66% atlet belum memilih makanan yang beragam dan kurang mengonsumsi air putih, sering mengonsumsi minuman kemasan termasuk teh manis. Pentingnya asupan makan atlet berkorelasi dengan status gizi, profil antropometri, dan performa. Persen lemak berlebih dibandingkan nilai rekomendasi ditemukan pada kelompok atlet laki-laki maupun perempuan. Pemenuhan kebutuhan energi, zat gizi makro, zat gizi mikro, dan asupan cairan atlet secara keseluruhan masih tergolong kurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat gambaran asupan makan dan tebal lemak atlet sepak bola. Metode: Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional pada atlet sepak bola U-16, U-17, dan U-18 dengan jumlah 53 atlet sepak bola PS Sleman Development Center. Teknik sampling yang digunakan secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi formulir Recall 24 jam, buku foto makanan, dan alat Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). Teknik analis data digunakan software statistik melalui uji Chi-Square; Hasil: Tidak ada hubungan antara asupan energi, protein, lemak dan karbohidrat dengan persen lemak tubuh; Kesimpulan: Dikarenakan asupan energi, protein, lemak dan karbohidrat atlet tidak baik, diperlukan edukasi gizi kepada atlet sebagai langkah awal pendampingan atlet.

Abstract

Pencak Silat has been patented as an Indonesian Tradition by UNESCO (UNESCO, 2019). Pencak Silat always occupy top three positions in the multi-sport event South East Asian (SEA) Games. SEA Games at 2017 the Indonesian Pencak Silat contingent won 3rd place overall, while in 2019 the Indonesian Pencak Silat contingent won 1st position. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the perceptions of Pencak Silat athletes at the 2017 SEA Games and 2019 SEA Games, regarding motivational factors and job perfomance (2) to know the influence of motivation on job performance of SEA Games Pencak Silat Athletes. Sampling method used was purposive sampling. The analytical tools used were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results, the SEA Games pencak silat athletes of 2017 and 2019 were motivated to improve job performance. The motivational factor Need for Achievement is most significant and positive which means, if athletes are given the opportunity to increase creativity, and enthusiasm for achievement it will increase job performance variable.

Abstract

Abstract. Covid-19 is a deadly virus that attacks the human respiratory system and can be transmitted through saliva splashes. The Indonesian Ministry of Education issued a circular letter from the Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Policy and Education in the Emergency Period of the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) by dismissing and replacing the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) process in schools by using an online system (online). This research is a comparative descriptive study. Research population i.e. all class XI students in high schools and vocational schools throughout the Nogosari district, for high school students totaling 130 students, and vocational students totaling 150 students, so the total sample is 280. Research results indicator learning conditions there are high school students included in the effective category, indicators of learning methods SMA students are included in the quite effective category, indicators of learning outcomes for SMA students are in the quite effective category 2) indicators of learning conditions for SMK students are in the quite effective category, indicators of learning methods for SMK students are in the quite effective category, indicators of learning outcomes for SMK students are in the moderate category effective. Abstract in Indonesia. Covid-19 adalah virus mematikan yang menyerang sistem pernapasan manusia dan dapat menular melalui percikan air liur. Kementerian pendidikan Indonesia mengeluarkan surat edaran mendikbud No. 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelaksanaan Kebijakan dan Pendidikan Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) dengan meliburkan dan mengganti proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) di sekolah dengan menggunakan sistem dalam jaringan (daring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA dan SMK se–kecamatan Nogosari, untuk siswa SMA berjumlah 130 siswa, dan siswa SMK berjumlah 150 siswa, jadi total sampel 280 siswa. Hasil Penelitian indicator kondisi pembelajaran ada mahasiswa SMA termasuk dalam kategori efektif, indikator metode pembelajaran siswa SMA termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif, indikator hasil pembelajaran siswa SMA berada pada kategori cukup efektif 2) indikator kondisi pembelajaran pada mahasiswa SMK dalam kategori cukup efektif, indikator metode pembelajaran siswa SMK dalam kategori cukup efektif, indikator hasil pembelajaran siswa SMK berada pada kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract

Abstract. Children with intellectual impairment have a lack of locomotor movement than non-intellectual impairment.  A motoric activity like walking and running of intellectual impairment showed decreased balance and agility. The study investigated the locomotor exercise effect on increasing balance and agility the children with intellectual impairment. Quasi-experiment with one group pre-test and post-test design was used in the study. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling and Ten children with Intellectual Impairment at Roemah Disabled Semarang who have Movement Balance and Agility Barriers became the research sample. While the technique of data collection by observing the movement of balance and agility on the subject. They followed the intervention 16 times, each time for 40 minutes, each exercise  3-5 repetitions and 3-5 sets, and minutes for rest. The intervention exercise was locomotor coordination, like walking, running, and jumping. The balance and agility were tested before and after the intervention. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The result of the study showed that static balance significantly increased from (50 ±17.91) to (90.10 ± 15.94), p = 0.007, after 16 times locomotor exercises. The agility improved significantly before (46.60 ± 17.55) and after  (86.80±17.04 ), p = 0.007 the intervention. The study concluded that locomotor coordination exercise intervention 16 times improved dynamic balance and agility of intellectual impairment.Abstract in Indonesia. Intellectual impairment memiliki keterbatasan gerak lokomotor dibandingkan anak non intelektual. Aktivitas motorik seperti berjalan dan berlari pada gangguan intelektual menunjukkan penurunan keseimbangan dan kelincahan. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui pengaruh latihan koordinasi gerak lokomotor terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan dan kelincahan intellectual impairment. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Quasi-experiment dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test. Teknik Sampling dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling Serta Sepuluh anak intellectual impairment di Roemah Difabel Semarang yang memiliki Hambatan Gerak Keseimbangan dan Kelincahan menjadi sampel penelitian. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi pengamatan gerak keseimbangan dan kelincahan pada subyek. Mereka mengikuti perlakuan sebanyak 16 kali, setiap kali selama 40 menit, setiap latihan 3-5 repetisi dan 3-5 set. Latihan yang dilakukan adalah koordinasi lokomotor, seperti berjalan, berlari, dan melompat. Keseimbangan dan kelincahan diuji sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada 10 subyek setelah diberikan latihan gerak lokomotor. Rata rata perkembangan keseimbangan Pre-Test(50±17,91) Posttest (90,10± 15,94) p=0,007 dan kelincahan pada pretest(46,60 ±17,55) dan posttest sebesar (86,80±17.04), p=0,007, Berdasarkan tes statistik,Diketahui Asymp. Sig(2-talled) bernilai 0,007. Atau p0,05. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa latihan koordinasi lokomotor 16 kali meningkatkan keseimbangan Dinamis dan kelincahan pada anak gangguan intelektual.

Abstract

The Folk games can develop well and go according to plan through the right container and place. These people's games can be of quality and have value for the community through organizations and communities in the area. The aim of this study was to find out the Community's View of the Role of the Committee for Folk Games and Traditional Sports (KPOTI) in Semarang Regency. This research was conducted at Bung Karno Square, Semarang Regency in May. The method used in this study was a survey, data collection was carried out using non-probability sampling. The technique for collecting data in this research was to provide an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to the respondents to find out the views of the community on the role of the Committee for Folk Games and Traditional Sports (KPOTI) in Semarang Regency. This study gave the result that the Community's View of the Role of the Committee for Folk Games and Traditional Sports (KPOTI) of Semarang Regency with a total of 80 respondents. This study responded to the results in the field with a view of resources in the good category as many as 65 people (60%), medium as many as 10 people (37%) and low as many as 5 people (3%). From the point of view of infrastructure, there are 20 people (30%) in the good category, while there are 58 people (67%) and 2 people (3%) in the low category. From the point of view of organizational management, there are 40 people (60%) in the good category, while there are 30 people (35%) and 10 people (5%) in the low category. Thus, the overall data obtained results in a good category of 67 people (72%), a moderate category of 10 people (26%) and a low category of 3 people (2%).
