Abstract

Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta merupakan obyek wisata yang berada di bawah pengelolaan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Surakarta merupakan salah satu obyek wisata yang menjadi tempat kunjungan masyarakat harus secara intensif memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat dengan fasilitas yang memadai dan biaya yang terjangkau. Berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam rangka mencapai visi maka ditetapkan berbagai upaya ( misi) yaitu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat,  meningkatkan  Sumber Daya Manusia, meningkatkan fasilitas dan kenyamanan  masyarakat.  Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta merupakan penyedia layanan kepada masyarakat harus tetap menyusun sebuah strategi yang tepat agar masyarakat mempunyai kepuasan dalam melakukan wisata di Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta. Bagi Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta, mutu pelayanan  adalah  faktor utama yang harus diperhatikan dengan mendahulukan kepentingan umum, mempermudah urusan publik, mempersingkat dan memberikan kepuasan kepada publik. Perkembangan tata kelola wisata Keraton Surakarta dengan melihat motivasi budaya dan motivasi fisiologis wisatawan serta penilaian terhadap obyek wisata Keraton Surakarta, maka kunjungan wisatawan sangat minim karena kurang maksimalnya pengelolaan. Kunjungan melihat atraksi wisata budaya juga minim karena terkendala waktu, lokasi, dan kurangnya penjelasan atraksi dari pengelola.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Keraton Kasunan Surakarta.Kata kunci : kualitas pelayanan, loyalitas dan kepuasan

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Study Of Customer Satisfactions In Agriculture Insurance In Review Of Product Dimension, Image And Responses (Case Study PT Asuransi Jasindo Branch Solo). The location of research that is in use is Office of PT. Insurance Services Indonesia Solo. The population in this study is farmers who follow the agricultural insurance amounting to 100 people. Sampling in this study using questionnaire. the analytical techniques in this study consist of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and R² test. The result of this research proves the result of regression that the product has positive and insignificant impact on customer satisfaction, the image has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, while the responsiveness has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, but the result of the research is negative toward customer satisfaction. The result of t test shows that the quality, image, and responsiveness have significant effect to the satisfaction of the insurance customer while the product is not significant but the direction is positive. F test shows that together product, image, and responsiveness variables significantly influence Insurance customers' satisfaction variable with significance value 0,000 <0,050. the result of R² test shows that product, image, and responsiveness are able to explain 36,1% to the variable of farmer's customer satisfaction, while the rest equal to 63,9% explained by other variable not examined.Keywords: product, image, responsiveness, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of self control, economic literacy and financial management on the hedonism lifestyle of students working in Surakarta. Analytical techniques in this study consisted of instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. This research yields regression equation Y = 9,307 + 0,158 X1 + 0,248 X2 + 0,176X3Based on the results of regression equation it can be seen that self-control, economic literacy and financial management have a positive effect on the lifestyle hedonism of students working in Surakarta. The result of statistical test t shows that self control, economic literacy and financial management partially have a positive and significant effect to the lifestyle variable of students working in Surakarta. The result of F statistic test in obtaining the value of 34,273 significant 0,000 <0,05. So that it can be concluded together self-control variables, economic literacy and financial management have a significant influence on lifestyle hedonism of students working in Surakarta. The result of adjucted R square test resulted 0,510 which means that the variability of hedonism lifestyle of students working in Surakarta can be explained by self control variable, economic literacy and financial management by 51% while the remaining 49% is explained by other unobserved variables.Keywords: self-control, economic literacy, financial management, hedonism lifestyle

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of promotion, price, and brand image to purchase decision of Liquid vapor at company 0274 E Juice Yogyakarta. The obtained by using sampling is accidental sampling. Then analyzed the data obtained in the form of qualitative and quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F, and R2. Based on the results of the analysis indicates that the validity and reliability test of all question items submitted proved valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test indicate that this study is normally distributed, does not occur multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation in the regression model. The result of multiple linear regression coefficient equation shows that promotion variable, price, and brand image have a positive effect on buying decision of Liquid vapor at company 0274 E Juice Yogyakarta. The result of t test shows that promotion, price, and brand image have positive and significant influence to Liquid vapor purchase decision. F test results indicate that there is a significant influence between promotion, price, and brand image simultaneously to the purchase decision of Liquid vapor. Meanwhile, the result of R2 test (coefficient of determination) obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.652 means that promotion, price, and brand image variables contributed 65.2% to Liquid vapor purchase decision, while the rest of 34.8% influenced by other factors in outside the variables studied for example product quality, service quality, and consumer motivation.Keywords: promotion, price, Brand Image, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove or show the results of significant purchasing decisions hemart oil in review of aspects of Products, Brands and Prices. Analytical technique in this research consist of instrument test: validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R² test. Based on the results of this study can be seen that aspects of products, brands and prices have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions in oil hemart solo. The result of statistical test t shows that the Product has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision, Brand, has positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decision and Price, positively and significantly influence to consumer purchasing decision at Hemart Solo Oil Distributor. F statistical test results can be concluded together product, brand and price variables have a significant influence on the purchase decision of hemart oil in solo. Adjusted R square test results obtained results of 0.692 which means the variability of consumer purchasing decisions on oil hemart in solo. able to be explained by product, brand and price variable equal to 69,2% while the rest 30,8% explained by other variable not participated observed. For example location, service, advertising and service procedures etc. The most dominant variable that influence Interest purchase is the product, then efforts to increase buying interest need to emphasize the innovation of the importance of the product, through various activities.Keywords: Product, Brand, Price and Interest of purchase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Total Asset Turnover (TAT) either partially or test the model to Profit Growth at the manufacture company in LQ45 which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with some criteria , those are : (1) the manufacture company which include LQ45 2010-2016 period,  (2) has a positive profit, (3) and using monetary unit of rupiah. The result of this research shows that the data has fulfill the calssical assumption, such as : no multicollinearity, no autocorrelation, no heteroscedastisity and distributed normally. The results of the partial test (t test) showed only variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) the significant effect on Profit Growth. While other variables are Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TAT) no significant effect on Profit Growth. The test results are test models show that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Total Asset Turnover (TAT) jointly significant effect on Profit Growth. The test results demonstrate value of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square of 0,153 this means 15,3% of the dependent variable is influenced  by the variable independent, while the remaining 87,3% in influenced by other factor not examined in this study.Keywords : Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), and Profit Growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Blora. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Blora sejumlah 120 orang, sampel diambil dengan sistem acak yaitu sebesar 92 orang berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pengujian instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji R². Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan persamaan regresi bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Blora. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa hanya motivasi ekstrinsik yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan motivasi intrinsik dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intriksik, motivasi ektrinsik dan disiplin kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Blora. Sedangkan melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik dan disiplin kerja mampu menjelaskan sebesar 42,8% terhadap kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Blora, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,2 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti, seperti budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi.Kata kunci : Kinerja pegawai, motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik dan disiplin kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh prosedur pelayanan, kecepatan pelayanan dan kemampuan petugas terhadap kepuasan nasabah kredit di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah “Sarana Aneka Jasa” Cabang Kartasura.  Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pengujian instrument : uji validitas & uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji hetereskedastisitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji autokorelasi), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji R2 (uji koefisien determinasi). Uji regresi linier berganda bahwa prosedur pelayanan dan kecepatan pelayanan dan kemampuan petugas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah kredit. Hasil Uji Statistik t menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pelayanan dan kemampuan petugas secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan nasabah kredit. Sedangkan kecepatan pelayanan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan nasabah kredit.  Hasil uji statistik F dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama variabel prosedur pelayanan, kecepatan pelayanan dan kemampuan petugas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah kredit pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah “Sarana Aneka Jasa” Cabang Kartasura. Hasil uji determinasi  didapatkan nilai Adjested R Square sebesar 0.634 yang berarti variabilitas kepuasan nasabah kredit pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah “Sarana Aneka Jasa” Cabang Kartasura mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel prosedur pelayanan, kecepatan pelayanan dan kemampuan petugas sebesar 63,4% sedangkan sisanya 36,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak ikut terobservasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Sarana Aneka Jasa Pule Wonogiri.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai sejumlah 45 pegawai pada KSPS Sarana Aneka Jasa Pule Wonogiri. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pengujian instrument : uji validitas & uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji R2. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil Uji t bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji F dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama variabel kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Berdasarkan Berdasarkan uji keefisien determinasi di atas didapatkan nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0.753 yang berarti kinerja pegawai dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan stres kerja sebesar 75,3% sedangkan sisanya 24,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian. Abstract

Research this aim for analyze influence entrepreneurial marketing, innovation, and customer experience to performance marketing laundry services in Yogyakarta. Method taking sample using simple random sampling. Method The analysis is analysis qualitative in kuantitatifkan with use test validity, reliability, test assumption classic, Multiple linear test, t test, F test, and coefficient determination. With use method regression multiple could concluded that variable entrepreneurial marketing, innovation, and customer experience take effect significant to performance marketing laundry services in Yogyakarta. With use t test can is known that all variable bepengaruh positive and significantly. Coofisien The resulting determination is of 0.364 which means that 36, 4% were able to explained by variable entrepreneurial marketing, innovation, and customer experience on together.
