Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of product quality, price and Brand Image towards customers satisfaction in Throox Original. The sample of this research as much as 100 respondents. Data analysis tools: test instruments, test the assumptions of classical, linear regression analysis of multiple test, t test, F test, and R2. The results of the regression analysis showed that the quality of the product, the price and the Brand Image of a positive effect towards customer satisfaction. Test results showed that t: product quality, price and Brand Image of a positive and significant effect against customer satisfaction. F test results showed together – the same variable product quality, price and Brand Image effect significantly to customer satisfaction. Test results the coefficient of Determination (R2) of the Adjusted R Square value obtained as a result of 0.667 which means customer satisfaction in Surakarta Throox Original able to be explained by the variable quality of the product, the price and Brand Image of 66,7%, while the remaining 33,3% is explained by other variables did not enter terobservasi. For example: promotion, distribution and quality of service.Keywords: quality of product, pricing, Brand Image and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Marketing Mix on purchasing decisions at PT. Central Sakti Motor branch of Surakarta. The sample of this research is 100 respondents. Data analysis tools are: instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test. The result of analysis by using multiple linear regression equation shows the regression equation as follows: Y = 2,955 + 0,280X1 + 0,083 X2 + 0,131X3 + 0,185X4 + (- 0,081 X5) + 0,299X6 + 0,114X7. The result of t test shows that Product, Promotion, and Physical Evidence variable have positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, while Price variable, Location, and Process have positive but not significant effect on Purchase Decision, and Person variable has negative and insignificant effect to Purchase Decision. F test results show together marketing mix variables have a significant effect on Purchase Decision. Coefficient Determination Test Results (R2) of Adjusted R Square value obtained results of 0.452 which means Purchasing Decision at PT. Central Sakti Motor Surakarta branch can be explained by 45% marketing mix variables, while the remaining 55% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied.Keywords: Marketing Mix and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence that promotion, product quality and brand image have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction on cigarettes in salt warehouses in Surakarta. The data used in this study is primary data. Samples taken for study are 100 consumers from the existing population. The analytical method used is Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis With Test of Determination Coefficient (R2), F Test, and t Test. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously promotion, product quality and brand image have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction on salt warehouse cigarettes in Surakarta. Based on the results of calculations for multiple linear regression Y = 5.763 + 0.164X1 + 0.977X2 + 0.743X3, calculation results for the f test of 179,516 the value of adjusted R2 is obtained by the coefficient of determination or adjusted R2 of 0.844, meaning that 84.4% of the variables of consumer satisfaction on cigarettes of salt warehouses in Surakarta. can be explained by variations in promotion variables, product quality and brand image, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. Abstract

This research is titled “ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE PURCHASE DECISION OF XL PREPAID CARDS IN SURAKARTA”. Aims to find out the significant variables of promotion, price, and brand image on the decision to buy prepaid XL cards in Surakarta. Those in five counters in five subdistricts in Surakarta. Sampling was taken by accident random sampling method. Data types and data sources are obtained from primary and secondary sources. Data was collected by making questionnaires regarding promotions, prices, and brand image. Data analysis tool : validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing consist of : multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the promotion and price variables affect the purchasing decision, while the brand image variable has a negative effect on purchasing decisions. The result of the t test indicate that the promotion and price variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the brand image variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The result of the F test show that the promotion, price, and brand image variables influence together the purchase decision. The results of the coefficient of determination of the adjusted R square value obtained a result of 0,663 which means the decision to purchase prepaid cards XL can be explained by the promotion variable,  price, and brand image by 66,3 % while the remaining 33,7% is explained by other variables not included in the study.Keywords : promotion, price, brand image, and buying decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job training, work discipline and motivation on employee performance PT. Dua Mitra Langgeng Surakarta. Population in this research all employees of PT. Two partners Langgeng numbered 250 people, while the sample used as many as 100 people who become respondents and sampling techniques of this study using accidental sampling technique. Based on the results analysis known to job training, work discipline and motivation have an effect on signifikan to employee performance of PT. Dua Mitra Langgeng Surakarta. The simultaneous test results of job training variables, work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance variable of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove empirically the influence of leadership variables, work environment, work discipline on employee performance at Public Broadcasting Institutions (LPP) RRI Surakarta. Data is taken directly by giving a questionnaire to employees. Respondents in this study amounted to 98 employees. Analytical techniques in this study consisted of, instrument testing, asumsiklasik test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and test R2. The results of this study prove the results of this research regression can show that all independent variables positively affect the employee performance on Public Broadcasting Institutions (LPP) RRI Surakarta. The result of t test shows that leadership and work environment variables significantly influence the performance of employees of Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP) RRI Surakarta, while the variable of work discipline has an insignificant effect on the performance of employees of RRI Surakarta Public Broadcasting Institution. The result of F test shows that there is a significant influence on leadership variables, work environment, work discipline together to the performance of employees at Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP) RRI Surakarta. The result of R2 test that the influence given by the variable of leadership, work environment, work discipline on employee performance is 40,9% while the rest 59,1% influenced by other variable not included in this research for example job satisfaction, organizational commitment, compensation .Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the significant effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Hotel Grand Sae in Surakarta. The population that became the object in this study is all employees of Hotel Grand Sae which amounted to 45 people. Samples taken at Hotel Grand Sae employees as many as 45 people. Analytical techniques in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and R2 test. The results of this study proves regression results on the regression equation that the work motivation and work discipline positively affect the employee performance at Hotel Grand Sae in Surakarta and the work environment negative affect the employee performance at Hotel Grand Sae in Surakarta. The result of t test shows that work motivation and work discipline have positive effect and significant influence on employee performance at Hotel Grand in Surakarta and the work environment has negative effect and not significant influence on employee performance at Hotel Grand Sae in Surakarta. The result of F test shows that there is significant influence on work motivation variable, work discipline, and work environment to employee performance at Hotel Grand Sae. Result of test of R2 (coefficient of determination) known that work motivation, work discipline and work environment can explain equal to 36,6% to employee performance of Grand Sae Hotel, while the rest equal to 63,4% explained by other variable like a work stress, leadership, organizational culture and etc.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Enviroment.

Abstract

Tujuan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana telkomsel di Solo Paragon Mall. Populasi yang dimaksud adalah seluruh konsumen pembeli kartu perdana yang berada di Solo Paragon Mall sebanyak 712 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden  sedangkan  teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan analisis uji t diperoleh harga, kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Kartu Perdana Telkomsel Di Solo Paragon Mall sedangkan hasil uji secara simultan variabel harga, kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian Kartu Perdana Telkomsel Di Solo Paragon Mall.Kata Kunci : Harga, Kualitas Produk, Promosi dan Keputusan Pembelian.
