Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of Location (X1) and Brand Image (X2) on The Purchase Decision (Y) on the consumer KFC Pier Point Palembang. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires, samples taken by 100 respondents using method purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, F test and T test results of research on the F test showed a significant value of 0.000, which means independent variables consisting of Location (X1) and Brand Image(X2) together (simultaneously) the positive effect and significant impact on Purchase Decision (Y) in purchase and consume products in KFC Pier Point Palembang. The study also showed partial that variable Location (X1) and Brand Image (X2) has positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision (Y) in purchase and consume products in KFC Pier Point Palembang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance in Printing Dimas City Palembang by using questionnaires as much as 52 respondents. It can be concluded that the value of regression coefficient for indicator of autocratic leadership style with value 0,413, democracy with value 0,422 and laise faire with value 0,412 at regression equation show positive value. It can be interpreted that the style of leadership of democracy has greater influence than other indicators. And for the indicator laise faire leadership style has the least influence compared to other indicators. result of hiptesis test of leadership style show significant level 0,001. This significant level is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study reject Ho and accept Ha.If P value <? = 0.05 then Ha accepted and can be interpreted leadership style has a significant influence on performance. Abstract

The objectives of this research are to examine the effect of Assets Growth,Likuidity, Assets Structure, and Sales Growth influence simoultaneously and partiallyon Capital Structure. Research conducted at mining companies that listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange period 2012- 2015. The research population was 41 companies, with thesample of 14 companies with sampling using purposive sampling technique. Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, which previously testedwith the classical assumption.The result showed that the Assets Growth, Likuidity, Assets Structure and SalesGrowth influence simultaneous on the Capital Structure. The research also revealedthat, Assets Growth, Likuidity, Assets Structure and Sales Growth influence partiallynegative significant on the Capital Strucuture. On the other hand, R-Square valueamnounted at 32.6%, its mean that 32,6% movement of Capital Structure can bepredicted from the movement of the four independent variables.Keywords : capital structure, assets growth, likuidity, assets structure, sales growth

Abstract

This research purpose is to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance in PT Arwana Augerah Keramik Tbk. The object of this research is an employee in PT Arwana Anugerah Keramik Tbk. with 80 employees as a sample. Method for collecting data is using questionnaire. The collected data are tested by validity test, reliability test, analysis coefficient of determination test (R2), T Test (Partial), F test (Simultaneous) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research indicate that compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with 2,603 > t table 1,668 where motivation aslo has a significant positive effect on employee performance with 1,840 > t table 1,668. Simultaneously, independent variable effect on employee performance with 0.761 or 76,1% influence on employee performance. Keywords : compensation, motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether trading factors, risk based factor and firm characteristics influence LQ45 firm stock returns that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research use sample of LQ45 firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data chosen is time series from 2013-2016. The variable used in this research consist of dependent and independent variables. Dependent variable in this research is firm stock returns and the independent variables are trading volume, bid-ask spread, beta, firm size and market to book value (MBV). This research use multiple regression analysis using software SPSS 23 to analyze the relation of independent variables to dependent variable. As the result, out of 5 independent variables there are 4 independent variables that positively and significantly influence firm stock return. They are consist of trading volume, bid-ask spread, beta and market to book value (MBV). Meanwhile firm size doesn’t influence firm stock returns significantly.
