Abstract

Economy recovery in Indonesia is a little slower than that of Korea. One important factor of the problem is the condition of financial sectors where the financial sector in Korea is healthier than that of Indonesia. Any government plays an important role in an economy. The role us presented by both its revenue and expenditure. The net difference of the revenue and expenditure, therefore, determines the type of the revenue and expenditure, therefore, determines the type of fiscal policy implementation.
