Abstract

Based on literature review, questionnaire result, and in-depth interview to 78 head of bag producers, this study success to identify four patterns of innovation capability building; 2 patterns based on producer size, and 2 patterns based on producer operational time. In general, this study concludes only two patterns of innovation capability building which based on producer operational time.

Abstract

Private television has taken a role in the fast growing of advertising media in Indonesia. All programs in the television such as entertainment news, movies,quizzes, etc. are inseparable with television advertising. This study was conducted lo learn public attitude to television advertising. The results showed that male respondent tend to pay more attention to television afuertising thanfemaler espondentT. hiss tudya lsofound that non studentr espondente ndt o pay morcittmtion to television advertising than student respondent.

Abstract

The growing impact of working women has attracted researchers to conduct researches on the leadership style of women. Different leadership styles of men and women may affect employees' perception of their job. Male employees perceive that women tend lo use a transformational leadership style, especially on the idealized influence indication. This paper proves, that women have more nurture characteristic than men do. Woman, as a mother's figure, has shown the way she treats hq children When she becomes a leade4, this characteristic 'wttt stitl be with her in dealing with her employees. Stereotyped gender diferences do efist, eventhough some of their characteristics hne already changed.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to know the condition of existence of AIS in PDAM. The second objective of this study is to examine relationship or correlation between those influencing factors and AIS success using Pearson's correlation product moment method. The third objective will examine the influence of each influencing factor to AIS success.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to examine effect of organizational support as moderating variable on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and creativity, and that effect on the relationship between individual personality and creativity. The sample was lecturer that working in university in Surabaya. Hierarchical regression analysis show that organizational support wasn't gives effect on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and creativity. Organizational support was given effect on the relationship between individual personality and creativity.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of budget participation on managerial performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable for managers of manufacturing industry that has gone public, listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange and having head office in Jawa Timur. The conclusion is organizational commitment could not be a moderator in interaction between budget participation and organizational commitment analysis to managerial performance.
