Abstract

The purpose of this research is so find out and analysis the effect of motivation, perception and consumer’s attitude through purchacing decision. The object of this reserct is “HONDA “ a motorcycle’s brand’s user and buyers around Banjarnegara. Based on the result of this reserct know that motivation, perception and customer’s attituted influence Honda purchasing with positively and significantly through purchasing decision Honda a motorcycle brand. Abstract

The study entitled " The effect of motivation, compensation and leadership to employee performance at pt. Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang”. The population in this study is employee of Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang. Sampling is done by using "purposive sampling", ie the sampling technique based on chance and the number of samples taken as 100.The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, the regression analysis to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination and test fit the model to test and prove the influence of the Partial each independent variable. The results of the study are: (1) The results of the statistical linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y= 0,348 X1 + 0,273 X2 + 0,275 X3. From the regression equation it is known that the motivation, compensation and leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) The calculation of the coefficient of determination result is 0.600. This shows that the motivation, compensation and leadership variables could explain 60.% of employee performance, while the remaining 40.0% is explained by other variables not included in this study. (3) The hypothesis that has been done in this study are: a) positive effect on motivation to employee performance at pt. Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang. b) positive affect compensation to employee performance at pt. Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang. c) positive affect leadership to employee performance at pt. Adira dinamika multi finance tbk semarang. In this study the variable motivation has a more dominant effect than compensation and leadership.Key words: Motivation, Compensation, Leadership and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of the marketing mix 7P to customer satisfaction through customer loyalty. Total Samples in this research were 100 respondents. Technique sampling of this research is purposive accidental sampling. Analysis data in use is multiple regression model. The result of this reseacrh shown that variable product, price, process, personal positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction while variable promotion, place physical evidence of a positive and not significant impact on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous testing 7P also a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. And satisfaction also affects customer loyalty.Key words: Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Process, Personal, Physical Evidence, Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of inflation, exchange rate, and interest rates on stock prices on the stock exchange Indonesia. The data in this study, using secondary data that is obtained from the central bank BPS and Indonesia. The analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The test results show that inflation, exchange rate, and interest rates has a positive effect onstock prices in Indonesia. Results for the multiple linear regression showed that inflation of 0,268, the value of the exchange rate of 0,142, 0.144 and interest ratesKey words : Inflation, Exchange Rate Value, Interest Rate and Stock Price.

Abstract

The era of globalization is causing a variety of changes in both the physical environment, social, economic, political, marked by progress in science and technology very rapidly. This condition affects an increasingly open market and competition is growing rapidly, which is more critical and intelligent consumers choose and evaluate a product and will ultimately memnutuskan purchase the product. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of price perception, product quality, product design and promotional activities of the purchasing decisions in the PT. Plastic Kencana Indonesia Indah (KIPI) The population in this study were all customers of PT. Beautiful Plastic Kencana Indonesia Semarang 236 as customers, with the number of samples obtained with 70 respondents sampling purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data, using the method of data collection questionnaire distribution. The analysis tool  used is multiple regression. The results of this study are: price perception positive influence purchasing decisions. Quality products positive influence purchasing decisions. Product design positive influence purchasing decisions. Abstract

One of the challenges faced by humankind in the future is to create a more diverse organization but at the same time demand management more efficient, effective, and productive. This meant that the organizations dependence on human resource management is increasingly high quality will be greater. To realize such a situation, should increase awareness of the purpose of all human resource activities. The company or organization has a number of resources (resources), which are human resources. Because humans are a source of inspiration and driving force of the functions of the organization. Therefore, human resources should be maintained properly, because if it is not done, it will result in a reduction of resources caused by the release of potential human resources (turnover intention). The release of human resources from work can be caused by several things, such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Karyawanpun required to work more optimally, thus increasing employee productivity and company. However, in order to increase the productivity of labor, every employee should have the satisfaction in his work, so that employees have a commitment to the organization. This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction commitment organisasiterhadap employee turnover intention 9feet pool & cafe in Semarang The object used is an employee 9Feet Pool & Café .. The samples in this study were all employees of 9 feet and pool, amounting to 35 respondents. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. SPSS Test results proved that the influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention 9feet & poolkepuasan affect job turnover intention. value of r square of 0.608. This suggests that the ability of the variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment in influencing turnover intention is at 60.8% Key words: Job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline to the performanceof an employee working at the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives (DISPERINDAGKOP)Manggarai - NTT. The formulation of the problem in this research is How does influence work motivationand work discipline on employee performance DISPERINDAGKOP Manggarai. Data collection methodsused in this research is by using questionnaires by spreading a list of questions to respondents in order toobtain information. The data collected was analyzed using data analysis methods used in this research thatTest Validity, Reliability, Multiple Linear Regression, Test of Determination (R2), F test and t-test. Based onthe analysis it can be concluded that: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between WorkMotivation on Employee Performance. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Workdiscipline and 3) Testing together using F test showed that motivation and discipline work together to have asignificant effect on performance.Key word : Work motivation, Work discipline and employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study entitled "The Effect of compensation and leadership style on job satisfaction of employees on company PT. Campus Data Media (CDM) semarang "is to analyze compensation and leadership style on job satisfaction towards PT. Campus Data Media (CDM) Semarang. The sample used in this study were 76 respondents. Sampling technique in this study using census sampling technique to the data collection methods used in this research is using questionnaires (questionnaire) by spreading a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the item, the Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination and test fit the model to test and prove the influence of the Partial each independent variable. The results of the hypothesis are: (1) The results of the statistical linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 0.362 + 0.527 X1 X2. Standardized coefficients (standardized Coefficients) in the table above, are used to determine the effect of independent variables, namely: leadership style (X1), compensation (X2), employee satisfaction (Y) PT. Campus Media Data. (2) The calculation of Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination is equal to 0756 or by 75.6%. This means that the effect of leadership style variable (X1), variable compensation (X2) jointly influence the job satisfaction variable (Y) is equal to 75.6% while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. (3) The hypothesis that has been done in this study we can conclude that: A) There is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction. B) There is a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction employee compensation. C) Compensation and leadership styles together has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
