Abstract

Performance is an important factor for employees and organization. Without a good employee performance then the organization will have difficulty in achieving its goals. To achieve good performance is affected by several factors. This research aimed to examine and analyze the influence of personality and job characteristics on the performance of the civil servants at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information  Tegal city  and Tegal regency. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire with a population of employees at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information  Tegal city and Tegal regency, while the method of sampling using purposive sampling with the number of respondents 131 people. Data analize through SPSS version 16 include validity, reliability test, coefficient of determination test, ANOVA test and hypothesis test.The results test showed that personality (big five personality) have a  significant effect  on job satisfaction, job characteristics a significant effect on job satisfaction,  personality  (big five personality) a significant effect on performance, job characteristics a significant effect on performance and  job satisfaction a significant effect on performance. Mediation test results showed that job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of personality on the performance and Job satisfaction das not mediate the effect of job characteristics on performance . Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence on competence as will as work satisfactionto ward the work performence mediated by motivation (a research on teachers in the religion of KKMTs Margoyoso within the eks- Tayu sub distric-Pati  regency).The research is qualitative one in wich a proportional random sampling is imployed. Population of this research causistsof 316 teachers who work in private Islamic Junior High Schools in the religion of KKMTs N Margoyoso. Either formula “slovin” and technique of the proportional random sampling are implemented to sum of 177 respondens, measurement of the research uses o close questionnaire from wich the “ likert scale” with 7 alternative items for respondens to answer is employed. The result of the research shows that coefficient of determination I (Adjusted R Square) is o,616. This means that variabel of motivation can be explained by the variable of competence, work satisfaction earns a sum of 61,6%.White the rest numberor 39,4% is explained by other variable. The coefficient of determination II(Adjusted of Square) is 0.508. This means that the variable of work performancecan be explained by variables of competence and satisfaction work. White motivation earns a sum of 50,8% and a number of 49,5% as the rest number is explained by other variable which is not included in this research.Being implemented t- test, the result of sig t-0 variable is below 0,05 and 0 is above 0.05. Key word :competence,satisfaction work, motivation, and work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine examining the influence of satisfaction, motivation and competence of teachers on teacher performance of teachers to the performance of job satisfaction mediated Research conducted Teacher Job Satisfaction Performance in Sub Sayung Demak Implementation Year 2011/2012. The study population was all public primary school teachers Technical Unit Department of Education, Youth and Sports sub Sayung Demak numbering 343 people scattered in 44 schools. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, the samples were taken by 78 teachers, The variables are labor discipline and motivation, principal leadership and teacher performance. Data analysis techniques in this study using regression analysis and hypothesis testing moderation calculation t test at significance level of 5%. Competency of teachers effect on job satisfaction of teachers. Work motivation effect on job satisfaction of teachers. Competence teacher effect on the performance of teachers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on teacher performance is moderated by the leadership of the Principal The study was conducted on all civil servant in UPTD Dikpora Sayung Demak district, with a minimum working period of 6 years with a sample 167 respondents. Data sources are the primary data and sample measurement using a Likert scale with five alternative answers. This research in the form of explanatory research that aims to prove the analysis of all the variables studied. Motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers Sayung District Demak regency. Leadership of the principal negative effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Sayung Demak regency. School culture positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Sayung Demak regency. Leadership moderate motivation with teacher performance and a significant positive effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Sayung Demak regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, budaya organisasi sekolah memoderasi hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru, budaya organisasi sekolah memoderasi hubungan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru, dan budaya organisasi sekolah memoderasi hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 154 responden yang terdiri atas guru-guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak.Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi moderasi metode selisih mutlak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terdapat pada hubungan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dan budaya organisasi. Sedangkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terdapat pada hubungan displin terhadap kinerja guru.kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru,. Pengaruh moderasi variabel budaya organisasi terdapat pada hubungan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru, sedangkan yang tidak memoderasi terdapat pada hubungan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci :Motivasi, Disiplin, Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Unexpected Earnings and Abnormal Return whether the financial risks can be explanatory effect between Unexpected Earnings with Abnormal Return on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variable is the Cumulative Abnormal Return (CumAR) and the independent variable is the Standardized Unexpected Earnings (SUE), credit risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk and solvency risk. This study population is banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2006 to 2010 as many as 31 companies. The research sample includes 27 banking companies. The data used are secondary data from financial statements of banking companies in the study period. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling and sample selection criteria. The results showed that the Standardized Unexpected Earnings (SUE) effect on the Cumulative Abnormal Return (CumAR) and credit risk, interest rate risk and solvency risks affect the Cumulative Abnormal Return (Cumar) is proxied in Response Earning Coefisien (ERC). While liquidity risk is not proven to be the explanatory effect between Unexpected Earnings with Abnormal Return. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Discipline to Performance by Mediation Job Satisfaction. The population used in this study is the object of all primary school teachers in Dabin II Subdistrict Batangan Pati Regency totaling 85 people. In this study using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method using a computerized approach to program SPSS (Statistics Package for Social Science). The data analysis method used is linear regression to test the effect of mediation. Research shows that the ability of the model to correctly describe the effect of variable Motivation and Discipline Working on Job Satisfaction in the amount of 27.6%. While the other is equal to 73.4% is explained by the variables outside the model The Effect of Motivation, Discipline of Work and Job Satisfaction to Performance 34.2%, and the other at 65.8% outside of the model described in this regression. Motivation Job Satisfaction with mediation does not affect the performance of teachers in Dabin II Subdistrict Batangan Pati Regency. The test results of mediation explained that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, ie 0.0125 <0.000324. Discipline Work with Job Satisfaction mediation proved significant effect on performance Dabin II Subdistrict Batangan Pati Regency. The test results prove the value of the indirect effect is greater than the value that is equal to the direct effect of 0.252> 0.098. The results of the analysis could be concluded that the motivations no effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation also has no effect on performance. Work Discipline positive influence on job satisfaction, job Discipline is also a positive effect on performance. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline Work, Job Satisfaction, and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the leadership of school principals and academic supervision towards the teachers’ performance by the mediation of working motivation on Dabin III Elementary School teachers, district of Pati, Pati Regency.This research is conducted by using population method and engaging 103 teachers in Dabin III Elementary School, district of Pati, Pati Regency. The technique used in this research is filling in Region Research techniques are used to fill in a questionnaire given to the respondents. Mechanical testing data used in this study include test validity with factor analysis, the Cronbach alpha reliability test, double regression analysis, t test Determination test and assumption classic test covering Multicolonieritas, heteroscedasticity, normality test.The results of the analysis and discussion of this study show that working motivation has a role to mediate  the leadership of school principal towards the teachers’ performance. The leadership of the school principals have positive and significant impact on working motivation. The academic supervision has positive and significant impact on working motivation. The leadership of the school principals have positive impact on teachers’ performance. The academic supervision has positive and significant impact on teachers performance. The working motivation has positive impact and significant on teacher performance. Suggestions which could be recommended in this research is to increase the teachers’ working motivation in learning process followed by the increasing of academic supervision jointly and enhance the role of the leadership of the school principals according to their competence. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Data penelitian didapatkan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden yang tersebar di 14 Sekolah Dasar Dabin I Kecamatan Wedarijaksa Kabupaten Pati sebanyak 97 guru. Analisi data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier dan untuk menguji mediasi menggunakan metode causal step . Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian di Sekolah Dasar dabin I Kecamatan Wedarijaksa Kabupaten Pati ini didapatkan bahwa budaya organisasi,  keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,013 dan 0,00. Budaya organisasi, keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan signifikasi 0,495 dan 0,05. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan signifikasi 0,02. Dengan menggunakan metode causal step ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja guru memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menguji pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap komitmen organisasional di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati., (2) menguji pengaruh self efficacy guru terhadap komitmen organisasional di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (3) menguji pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (4) menguji pengaruh self efficacy guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (5) menguji pengaruh  komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (6) menguji komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (7) menguji komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh self efficacy guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Reseach), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati,  yang berjumlah 514 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Slovin diambil secara proposional sejumlah 230 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengujian model analisis liner berganda, Uji R2, Uji F, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji efek mediasi (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi guru berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (2) self efficacy guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (3) kompetensi guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (4) self efficacy guru tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (5) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (7) kompetensi guru lebih efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap  kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati daripada  melalui mediasi  komitmen organisasional, dan (8) self efficacy guru berpengaruh tidak signifikan dengan nilai sama baik secara langsung terhadap  kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati daripada  maupun melalui mediasi  komitmen organisasional. Kata kunci: kompetensi guru, self efficacy guru, kinerja guru, dan komitmen organisasional
