This research aims to analyze the role of the Quality Of Work Life and Teachers Commitment Mediation Effect of Job Satisfaction of Performance state junior high school Teachers of SMP RSBI Pekalongan Regency. In this research population of 102 people, while the sample was taken as many as 88 people as respondents with a purposive sampling method. With all of the criteria of SMP RSBI of Pekalongan RegencyBased on the results of the research can be summarized as follows: (i) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant impact of Job Satisfaction , (ii)Quality Of Work Life a negative and does not significant impact of Teacher Performance, (iii) Teacher Commitment have a negative and does not significant impact onjob Satisfication , (iv) Teacher Commitment has positive and significant impact of Teacher performance, (v) Job Satisfication has negative and does not significant ofr Teacher performance (vi) Job Satisfication did not mediation of Quality Of Work Life is Quality Of Work Life and Teacher Commitment for Teacher Performance. Target of this research to test influence ability of headmaster managerial and supervision to Elementary schoolteacher performance in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan immoderacy by organizational culture. Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research take title “Pengaruh Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah Dan Supervisi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dimoderasi Oleh Budaya Organisasi (Studi Kasus Guru SD Di UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan)”. In this research take Elementary schoolteacher population in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan amounting to 221 people. Intake of Sample with sampling random technique that is intake of sample at random counted 143 responder. Pursuant to result of research which have been done by hence can know by Ability of headmaster managerial do not have an effect on significant to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan. Supervision do not have an effect on significant to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan. Cultural of organization do not have an effect on significant to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan. Cultural of influence moderating organization ability of headmaster managerial to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan and organizational culture do not influence moderating supervise to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan. This research aims to analyze the role of the Working Climate and Headmaster Leadership Moderating Effect of Job Satisfaction of Performance state junior high school Teachers of Kajen district of Pekalongan Regency. In this research population of 107 people, while the sample was taken as many as 92 people as respondents with a purposive sampling method. Classic asumptiont test making of normality test, heteroskedasticity test, and multikolinearity test.Testing the hypothesis in this study using regression analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.447, meaning that Working Climate, Headmaster Leadership and Job Satisfaction together have 44,7 % influences of state junior high school Teahcers Performance. Test the normality show the normal residual distribution and free from the heteroskedasticity, but at test multikolinearity happened by the multikolinearity of at variable of moderate working climate and moderate of headmaster leadership. Based on the results of the research can be summarized as follows: (i) Job Satisfaction does not have a positive and significant impact of teacher performance., (ii) Working Climate positive and significant impact of teacher performance, (iii) Headmaster leadership did not have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iv) Working Climate is unknown moderating or not memoderate of Job Satisfaction influence for Teacher Performance, (v) Headmaster Leadership is unkwown moderating or not memoderate of Job Satisfaction for Teacher Performance. This research aims to analyze the role of the School Committee Moderating Effect of Supervision Learning, Transformational Leadership and Culture School to Teacher Performance. The sample taken in this research as many as 96 people as respondents with a sensus method. With all of the criteria of a Junior High School Teacher District Kajen District. Pekalongan, has diversified III and S1 educated. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. Classic asumptiont test making of normality test, heteroskedasticity test, and multikolinearity test. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Testing the hypothesis in this study using regression analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.200, meaning that supervision, Transformational Leadership, School Culture and School Committee together have 20% influence on Teacher Performance Junior High School as Kajen District District. Pekalongan and the remaining 80% are influenced by other variables not included in the study. Based on the results of the research can be summarized as follows: Learning Supervision does not have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, transformational leadership is unknown impact on the performance of teachers, school culture does not have a positive and significant impact on the performance teachers, the school committee did not moderate the effect of learning supervision for the performance teachers, the School Committee moderating the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance, the School Committee is unknown moderating the effect of school culture on teacher performance. This.Research has goal to analyse the influence work diclipine, work motivation, and supervision with PKG Teacher’s and supervision to moderate the influence work discipline and work motivation for performance teacher’s in elementary school wich public servant setatuet in UPTD Limpung subdistrict (Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga) Kecamatan Limpung. This research has taken population about 122 class teacherin the kecamatan Limpung wich is public servant statue. That’s why this research is taken from all teacher in the elementary school in UPTD Limpung area as a model. The measurement questionare answer use five scale alternation.The result of hypotesise has got that (1) working discipline is negative influence for teacher performance, (2)working motivation give a positive influence for teacher performance, (3) supervision is a good negative influence for teacher performance , (4)supervision interact and working discipline is positive effect for teacher performance. The objectif of this research is for testing and describing the transformasional leader role which moderates inflance of work deskription and organisational commitment to word working of state junior high school teachers arond Sragi District,Pekalongan Regency. This research is done by the census methode and is held toword 108 responden or the state Junior High School teachers arond Sragi District,Pekalongan Regency.The research methode uses proporsional sample.The technique of testing data of this research is validity test,by faktor analysis,reability tes by alpha cronbach,fold regresion analysis,tes-t,normalitas,hetero test,and det ermination test. The result of analysis descrission of this research shouws that work discripline has positif and significant influence toword the teachers performance the organisation commitment has positif and significant toword teachers work,transformasional leader has positif and significant influence and the moderation of transformasional leader on work discription and organisastion comitment run down toword teacher performance of state Junior High School around Sragi district,Pekalongan Regency. This study aimed to analyze the effect of teacher competence, motivation, and dicipliine to the performance of primary school teachers working in education and culcure Kedungwuni UPT Pekalongan. The research instrument used in this study qualify validity, a factor analysis. Because all the indicators in the research instruments have loading factors above 0,4; similarly KMO sample adequacy or condition is above 0,5. This study used a sample taken as a source of data and can reprseat the whole population, sample in this study using a random sample (random sampling) with sampling techniques using the formula of Taro Yamame or Sloving obtained a sample of 125 respondents form 266 population, hypothesis test used in this study is regression analysisi with t count, hypothesis testing is used t count frequency distribution test at a significant level (α) 5 %. Based on tthe above rresults can bbe summarized as follows: (1) the competence of teachers and signifcant negative effecct to the performance of teachers, (2) work motivation has positive and significant impact on teachers performance, (3) labor discipline and significant positive effect on teachers performance.. The purpose of this research is to analysis influence of macroeconomic fundamental factors are exchange rate, interest rate, inflation, and economic growth toward stock return with systematic risk by intervening variabel. This research use secondary data from indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) publication and data from BPS. The sample of this study are manufacture firm in food & beverage sector listed in indonesian Stock Exchange in 2006-2010. The sampling technical used purposive sampling and total sampel is 15 firms with 75 observation sample. The analysis with multiple linier regression. The result of this research showed the all macroeconomic variable are not influence toward systematic risk. And only exchange rate and inflation variable are significant influence toward stock return. while the systematic risk is not influence toward stock return. The systematic risk variabel is not intervening variable between macroeconomic variable and stock return. The R-square is 0,519 showed the five independent variable can predict stock return. Key words: exchange rate, interest rate, inflation, economic growth, systematic risk and stock return.

Based on theresults ofthe studycan be summarized asfollows: (i) Job Satisfactionpositive effect onteacherperformance, (ii) PrincipalManagerialCompetencedoes nothave a positiveand significant impact onteacherperformance, (iii) SupervisingTeacherin Learningdoes nothave a positive andsignificant impact onteacherperformance,(iv) PrincipalManagerialCompetencemoderatingtheinfluencemememperkuatTeacherJob Satisfactionto Performance, (v) Supervision ofTeachersin Educationnot moderatethe influence ofTeacherJob Satisfactionto Performance. The study was conducted to determine the role of inspectors supervised, Moderate the influence of education and training and motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Bandar of Batang district. With 139 people in the sample respondents of the member of teachers 229 people in there. The method of determining the number of samples with a probability sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. Our primary data taken between the month of July – August 2012. Once processed with SPSS-16 program validity and reliability of test results declared infalid questionnariaes LF > 0,4 and reliable with a cronbach alpha > 0,7. Skewness and Kurtosis Normality normal with number below critical limit of 1,96. F test and t test with the result of each significance value below 0,05 so the model said to fit and independent variables significant influence. Once the data is processed by a computer SPSS-16 program, it was concluded that; 1) Education and training are significantly positive effect on teacher performance, 2) Motivation negative significant effect on the teacher performance, 3)Supervision Supervisor significant negative effect on the performantce of teacher, 4)Supervision moderating significantly negative effect on the performance of the teacher training and 5) Supevision significantly positive moderating effect of motivation on teacher performance.
