Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of asset structure, profitability, sales growth and liquidity to capital structure listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2014. This study used a sample of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the observations, the number of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period between the years 2012-2014 was 84 companies for 3 years as many as 252 data. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that the structure of assets did not significantly influence the capital structure at manufacturing companies in BEI, profitability and liquidity significantly and negatively related to capital structure in manufacturing companies in BEI, and sales growth positive effect was not significant to the capital structure in manufacturing companies in BEI. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Concentration Of Ownership, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Cost Efficiency, and Bank Size to the Non Performing Loan. The research was conducted on banking company that have been listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange periode 2011-2013.The sampling method using purposive sampling method with the study period of 2011-2013. Using data from 88 companies that meet the selection criteria. Relationship and influence between the variables described by using multiple regression analysis. The result show that concentration of ownership, capital adequacy ratio, cost efficiency, and bank size are simultan to the non performing loan. concentration of ownership, cost efficiency, and bank size have negatif and significant to the non performing loan,  but capital adequacy ratio has negatif and nof significant to the non performing loan. Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn over, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share Dividend Payout Ratio. Population used in this study are all companies in the real estate sector and property and construction. Samples were taken by using purposive sample thus obtained a sample of 20 companies. Methods of analysis of this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that of all the independent variables is Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn over, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share, only the Earning Per Share which is a positive and significant impact on the Dividend Payout Ratio. While the Return on Equity which is a negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Abstract

The research had an intention to examine the influences of brand image, price preception and the quality of product toward the customer’s satisfaction that affecting the loyalty of using the product. The population of this research are the user of Wardah cosmetics in Semarang with the total sampel of 100 correspondents that has been taken by purposive sampling technique. The research study of this final project proposes seven hypothesis that been tested using linier regression with data processing program spss 16. Based on that statistical experimentantion, I got a result that : brand image has a positive effect and has a significance relation with the satisfaction, price perception has a positive effect and has a significance relation with the satisfaction and the quality of product have a positif effect and significance relation with the satisfaction. The satisfaction it self has a positive impact in loyalty of the customers, the brand image has a positive effect loyalty pf the customers, price perception has a positive effect in loyalty of the customers. But, the quality of product has no positive effect and non-significance result toward the loyalty, because the customers have to feel the satisfaction from a certain product first that can lead into a satisfaction. In conclusion, Wardah enterprise ought to raise and keep the brand image, price perception and the quality of product in order to gain the customers loyalty toward Wardah’s products and always giving a satisfaction to the customers. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Asset Structure and Business Risk to Capital Structure in an industrial manufacturing company that go public on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method using purposive sampling method with the study period of 2012 to 2014. Using data from 17 companies that meet the selection criteria. Relationship and influence between the variables described by using multiple regression analysis. The multiple regression shows that Profitability, Likuidity have significant negative effect on Capital Structure, while Asset Structure significant positive effect on Capital Structure And Business Risk haven’t significant positive effect on Capital Structure. Adjusted R Square value of 0,236 can illustrate that the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable variabelitas for 23,6%%, while 76,4% are influenced by the other variables. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the quality of service and product quality to customer satisfaction Taplus savings in Bank BNI Cabang Ngaliyan. The population in this study were all clients Taplus Savings in Bank BNI Ngaliyan in 2016 as many as 155 people. Based on the formula Slovin obtained a sample of 100 people. The samples in this study using purposive sampling, that the sampling technique based on the criteria of customer savings Taplus are still active and have become customers of more than 1 year. The analysis tool used is the test valididtas, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: the quality of service a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality positively affects customer satisfaction. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Earning Per Share , Debt to Equity Ratio , Return on Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio to the stock price. The research was conducted on an industrial manufacturing company that go public on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the study period of 2010 to 2013. The data used in this research is data from  manufacturing companies that meet the selection criteria . The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis.  The multiple regression shows that EPS, ROE and DPR have positive and significant impact on stock prices, whileDER has negative and not significant effect on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0,901 this means 90.1% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 9.9 % is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, and Dividend Payout Ratio.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, promotion, price perception, and after-sales service to the purchasing decision Lenovo. The population in this study is the Lenovo brand laptop buyers at the Sun Plaza Simpang Lima Computer. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling sampling techniques conducted on respondents who coincidentally encountered in the study when the object of observation is ongoing. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of the analysis can be concluded that: product quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. Brand image has positive influence on purchase decisions. Promotion of positive influence on purchase decisions. Perception price positive influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, price perception of customer satisfaction. To analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, perceived price, customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. This research uses seven hypotheses. The population in this study is that consumers buy bottled water Aqua in Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this study is that consumers purchase and consume bottled water Aqua in Semarang more than twice and domiciled in the city of Semarang. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: brand image, product quality and price perception positive effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image, product quality, perceived price, customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of brand image, product quality and price perception of customer loyalty     Keywords: brand image, product quality, perceived price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of profitability (ROE), leverage (DER), firm size (Size) and liquidity (Cash Ratio) to the Dividend Policy (DPR). The research was conducted on an industrial manufacturing company that listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research was conducted using secondary data. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the study period of 2010 to 2013. The data used in this research is data from manufacturing companies that meet the selection criteria. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis.The multiple regression shows that ROE and DER have negative and significant impact on DPR, Size has positive and significant effect on DPR, while Cash Ratio has negative and not significant effect on DPR. Adjusted R Square is 0,091 this means 9,1% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 90.9% is explained by other causes outside the model.  Keywords: Dividend Payout Ratio, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Size, and Cash Ratio
