Abstract

The rise of LGBT cases is becoming a hot subject in the world as well as Indonesia, attracting researchers to see how it exists as an object as well as a subject. In addition, by knowing the existence of LGBT, it will also be known that its existence is a subjective, objective or relative phenomenon. This research is a type of library study research using the relevant theory reference, namely Whitehead's theory of Process Philosophy. From Whitehead's perspective, experiencing yourself intensively preoccupied with the conflict between oneself and all others in a harmonious union. Because values are determined by different things, the more an actual entity in the process of self-embodiment can distinguish itself from the other, the more intensive the actual entity experiences the subject, the more intensive it is to experience itself From the results of the literature study above showing that LGBT is the abnormality of sexual orientation influenced by the various factors that make it an independent subject. As a subject, LGBT is also an object for other subjects to form new subjects

Abstract

This article discusses M.A. Sahal Mahfudh’s thought on jurisprudence. It is by focusing on the importance of the dynamic on the fiqh-legal products. Fiqh is capable of dialoguing with the plurality of reality with no override authority of the text. Nuance social jurisprudence is a thought that maintains existing legal method but adopted patterns of thinking and new methods in the process of developing jurisprudence. Fiqh is not just a social tool to see each issue of white sunglasses, but rather as a paradigm established juristic meaning socially. It should lead the ummah to understand its contexts. We supposed not get stuck on the formalistic assumption to the jurisprudence. Therefore, the jurists should have a high social sensitivity as a basis for determining a product of jurisprudence. The most important thing in the development of fiqh is the achievement of the five goals in the principles of Islamic law (maqasid al-Shari'ah) which maintains religion, mind, soul, lineage (descent) and property. Eventually, jurisprudence will lead men to happiness in this world and in the hereafter.

Abstract

This study discusses the Strategy of Interfaith Leaders in Overcoming Conflicts in Plural Communities by taking case studies precisely in Mopuya Selatan Village, West Dumoga Subdistrict, and this research is a qualitative research focusing on field studies. In this study also aims as material recommendations for other areas that are prone to conflicts between religions. The objectives are: first, to find out how the implementation of the strategies of religious leaders to maintain harmony between religions. Second, to find out what are the challenges and obstacles for the role of religious leaders and the government itself. Plurality in this study can be seen by the existence of several places of worship, the existence of several cultures and languages. With plurality, it is necessary to have a strategy of religious leaders to always do to give understanding to the community to avoid conflicts related to sara '. Related to the plurality aspect, the strategy adopted by religious leaders in avoiding conflict is by assimulating activities and tolerance of muamalah worship. The nature of the family and social values ​​that have been well established are the existence of equality and mutual need in terms of work. Strategies of Religious Leaders in overcoming conflicts in plural societies certainly have challenges due to disagreements and interests that hamper the role of religious leaders to provide understanding to the community. The challenges experienced are of course the solutions offered, namely the approach to overcoming all of them, namely with persuasive approach, this approach aims to establish a good emotional relationship between characters and the community, so that what is conveyed can be implemented into social life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Muhammadiyah Tobelo: Studi Kritis Sejarah Penyebaran Paham dalam Masyarakat. Tujuan adalah sejarah dan gerakan Muhammadiyah dengan ciri budaya di Tobelo (Maluku Utara). Hal ini tentu akan memberikan refleksi khusus bagi Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah pusat dalam memahami berbagai perjalanan sejarah dan gerakan dakwah mereka di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sejarah kategori penelitian lapangan , kualitatif, dan analisis deskriptif. Secara khusus ada dua pendekatan yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan sejarah dan sosiologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran paham Muhammadiyah di masyarakat Tobelo tidak dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek. pertama, penyebaran ajaran Muhammadiyah tidak bisa membuka dari peran seorang tokoh bernama H. ​​Abdullah Tjan yang merupakan katurunan etnis Tionghoa. Kedua , penyebaran ajaran Muhammadiyah menggunakan pendekatan kultural (msitisme dan tasawuf). Ketiga , penyebaran ajaran Muhammadiyah tidak lepas dari dukungan Kesultanan Ternate yang hendak meminimalisir Kristenisasi. Keempat , adanya hubungan fluktuatif antara Muhammadiyah dan Pemerintah Belanda dalam interaksi teologis di Tobelo.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal how the Kalam Salafiyah flow and how its thinking develops. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results of the study and discussion show that the kalam salafiyah flow has several characteristics as stated by Ibrahim Madzkur, namely: first, they prioritize history (naqli) rather than merayah (aqli); second, in matters of religion and in matters of religious branches, it only starts from the explanation of the al-Kitab and as-Sunnah; third, they believe in Allah without further contemplation (Essence of Allah) and do not have anthromophism (equating Allah with creatures); fourth, interpret the verses of the al-Qur'an according to the meaning of their birth and do not attempt to translate them. Ibn Taymiyyah argues that the salaf people are those who think that there is no way to know the creed, the law, and what both of them have to do with it, nothing but based on the Qur'an and Hadith. The Salaf accept all the information contained in the Qur'an and Hadith. Refusing means releasing the rope of religion. Intellect does not have the power to interpret, interpret, or punish the Qur'an. Intellect is only able to justify, obey, and explain the approach between the arguments of reason (contextual), the arguments of the Qur'an and the Hadith (textual) with no difference between the arguments of reason with the arguments of the Qur'an and the Hadith. Intellect has the position of being a witness, not a judge, as an enforcer and not an opponent, as an explanation for the arguments contained in the al-Qur'an. Salaf people always make sense behind al-Qur'an and Hadith.
