Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource planning and organizational culture on organizational performance in the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) Malang City Government. The research data was obtained from the results of data processing of respondents' responses with 22 questionnaire statements, the data used were primary data from the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Malang City Government. The method used is quantitative on the instrument declared valid and reliable so that it is feasible to use the number of respondents used by 48 respondents with a total statement of 22 statements. The technique used is multiple linear regression analysis calculated using SPSS Version 16 for Windows. The results of the study use multiple regression analysis which shows that human resource planning has no effect on organizational performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational performance. Simultaneously human resource planning and organizational culture significantly influence organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resources competence, career development and employee commitment to the performance of employees in the research hall of various nuts and tuber (Balitkabi) Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in the study was all employees of the existing Balitkabi Malang. The samples used in this study were officers in Balikabi Malang. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this study showed that the variable of HR competency, Career development and employee commitment simultaneously positively influence the performance of employees at Balitkabi Malang. As well as a parcial HR competency influential insignificant to the employee's performance. While career advancement and employee commitment significantly influence the performance of employees at Balitkabi Malang.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of location and credit procedures on credit decision making on customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri Kepanjen city - Kabupaten. Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri. The sample used from this study is that some customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the location variables and credit procedures simultaneously have a positive effect on credit decision-making for customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri Kepanjen city - Kab. Poor. And partially credit procedures do not have a significant effect on credit decision making, while location has a significant effect on credit decision making on customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri Kepanjen city - Malang District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, leverage and earnings quality on firm value. The population in this study was taken from companies with basic and chemical industries in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2018. The sampling technique in this study used purposive judgment sampling and obtained 28 company samples. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) managerial ownership influences company value. (2) leverage has no effect on firm value. (3) earnings quality has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of retention and competence on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Malang. The independent variable in retention and competence research, then the dependent variable is employee performance. This research was conducted at PT.Taspen (Persero) Malang Branch Office, the sample in this study were 40 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses saturated samples. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on research that has been done the results show that retention and competence have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect between self efficacy on employee performance and the indirect effect of self efficacy on employee performance. , the data used are primary data from PT Taman Sengkaling UMM. The method used is descriptive quantitative, the number of respondents used was 73 respondents with a total statement of 31 statements. The analysis used is path analysis (path analysis). The results of the study use multiple regression analysis which shows direct self efficacy on employee performance and also indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of promotion variables, product quality, and trust in purchasing decisions. The object of this research is Malang Kanjuruhan University students who have shopped online for fashion products on lazada.co.id. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research uses rendom sampling technique with a sample size of 112 respondents, where the data used are primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and data analysis by conducting validity and reliability testing, classic asumi test, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on statistical data analysis, the items in this study are valid and reliable. In testing classic assumptions, free regression and ultikolonieritas odel, heteroscedasticity does not occur, and normally distributed. The biggest variable is the promotion variable by 0.333, while the smallest variable is the variable, namely the trust variable by 0.290, and the product quality variable by 0.257. Y = 0.453 + 0.333 + 0.257 + 0.290+ e. From the results of multiple regression analysis on alpha 5%, Fcount was 59,756 while Ftable was 1,734 so from the calculation it could be seen that Fcount ≥ Ftable so that H1 was accepted HO was rejected. Promotion variable (x1) shows a significant value of t of 0,000 ≤ 0.05 meaning there is an influence of the promotion variable (x1) on the purchase decision variable (y) thus it can be concluded that H2 received by HO is rejected. The product quality variable (x2) shows a significant value of t of 0.001 ≤ 0.05 meaning there is an influence of the product quality variable (x2) on the purchase decision variable (y) thus it can be concluded that H3 is accepted as HO rejected. The trust variable (x3) shows a significant t of 0,000 ≤ 0.05 meaning there is an influence of the trust variable (x3) on the decision of furniture (y) thus it can be concluded that H4 is received and HO is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Leverage, Net Profit Margin, Dividend Payout Ratio on income smoothing practices in basic and chemical industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of this study is the financial statements of 29 companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2013-2017 period. The sampling technique used in this study is the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations that are based on research interests. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial statements obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used in this study is binary logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially Financial Leverage, Net Profit Margin, significantly influence the practice of income smoothing. Whereas Dividend Payout Ratio does not have a significant effect on income smoothing practices.
