Abstract

ABSTRAKModel pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pertama kali dikembang-kan di bidang kedokteran. Dalam bidang pendidikan, model pembelajaran PBL dikembangkan oleh Slavin dan Madden. Model pembelajaran PBL dapat menstimulus kemampuan berpikir siswa yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Dalam penelitian ini, model pembelajaran PBL diterapkan pada materi geografi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui cara penyelesaian masalah yang riil di sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran PBL terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 5 yang berjumlah 35 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPS 3 yang berjumlah 35 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Subjek penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan kemiripan nilai rata-rata UAS semester ganjil (satu). Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengandesain Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu model pembelajaran PBL dan variabel terikatnya hasil belajar siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar ialah tes esai sebanyak 7 soal untuk pretest dan posttest.Hasil pengukuran berupa data yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan t-test dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gain score dari selisih nilai pretest dan posttesthasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dengan skor 17,6 dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol dengan skor 9,0. Hasil perhitungan analisis uji t menggunakan varian tidak sama (equal variances not assumed) diperoleh data p-level lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p<0,05)yaitu 0,00. Hasil perhitungan ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran PBL berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran PBL, hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe current political reform led to a paradigm shift in the implementation of family planning programs that are highly dependent on strategic policy position holders in the area. The purpose of this study was to determine the resources that provide family planning information to the public 1 , differences in perception according to resources 2 , participation by the perception of differences 3 , differences in participation according to resources 4 , and to determine differences in participation according to the perception which is controlled by the level of education, number of children as well as the desire to have more children 5 . The method used in this research is census. Data analysis was done by chi-square test using the program SPSS version 17.0.The results showed that most respondents obtain family planning information via television (58.2%), and there is the influence of the information on perception and participation of family planning. This is evidenced bythe differences in perception according to information exposure, according to the perception of participation and participation by exposure information convincingly with 95% confidence level. In the control variables there are differences in the level of participation in education and number of children conclusively (95%), while participation by the desire to have more children there are no significant differences.Information decisive participation in the practice of family planning, but did not specify in its desire to have more children. This is because the perception of the value of different children, so the desire to have more children does not affect the participation in the practice of family planning.Keywords: Information, Perception, Participation, Family Planning

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pengaruh metode pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe probing-prompting terhadap hasil belajar. Salah satu hal yang memegang peranan penting bagi keberhasilan pendidikan adalah proses pelaksanaan pengajaran itu sendiri. Proses dan mengajar merupakan dua hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan tetapi membentuk satu kesatuan, yang mana kegiatan belajar dilakukan oleh siswa dan kegiatan mengajar dilakukan oleh guru. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru mempengaruhi kegiatan dan hasil belajar siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas regresi. Ujihipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di peroleh data dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol di kelas VIII.II dan kelas VIII.I. T hitung > T tabel = 4,35 > 1,99, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran probing-prompting terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: Kooperatif Learning tipe Probing-Prompting dan hasil belajar siswa.
