This research was motivated by the duties and responsibilities of counselor in the obligate consulting services in performing consulting services that have not been effective. The focus of this study to describe: planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis ofthe results ofthe evaluation, and implementation of the follow-up consultation services. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive. As for the informantsare: counselor, homeroom teacher, subject teachersand students.Instruments that researchers usein this study are interviews, a technique used in the processing of data through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study reveal the already effective planning. On the implementation has not been effective because the teacher is not able to encourage and train the konsulti in solving third party problem. At the completion of the evaluation has not been seen by athird-party problemby konsulti. In the analysis of the evaluation result the counselor know from the observation result about development of a third party and at follow-up session the counselor conduct individual counseling. Based on the results of the study recommended to counselor, homeroom teacher and subject teachers to work together on alleviate studentsâ problem so that students can be effective in carrying out their activities.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon while doing group counseling services inschools, any learners who are less able to establish good relations between groups, how tocommunicate with students who are not polite, less concerned among fellow friends, unable tocontrol himself, lack of cooperation with the group, teasing, lack of mutual appreciation andrespect. This study aimed to describe the role of guidance and counseling teachers in improvinginterpersonal learners viewed from the implementation of group counseling services. Samplingwas performed using total sampling. This study takes students who have followed the guidance ofthe group as the study sample totaling 62 people. The technique used to analyze the data is thepercentage techniques. The results showed: (1) The role of guidance and counseling teachers inimproving interpersonal learners are seen on stage in the establishment of criteria for the role. (2)The role of guidance and counseling teachers in improving interpersonal learners are seen from theintermediate stage to the instrumental sufficient criteria. (3) The role of guidance and counselingteachers in improving interpersonal learners are seen on stage at the criteria for instrumentalactivities. (4) The role of guidance and counseling teachers in improving interpersonal learners areseen on stage at the conclusion of the criteria is quite a role. (5) Guidance and counseling role ofteachers in improving interpersonal learners are seen on stage at the termination criterion plays animportant role.

This research was bosed of image violences parents from physical and psychological to the child in the village of Lubuk Bangka IV Nagari Koto Mudiek District of Batang Kapas. Based on observations and interviews the researchers found a there was still parents who abuse to child physical and psychological. The focus of this research was the profile of parents violence in physical and psychological. This to child qualitative descriptive that describe, a facts and reality in the field. The research informants selected based on certain criteria, a key informants were parents (Mother) by 2 persons and an additional a father, children, neighbors and friends as many as 8 persons. This data was tested by doing triangulation and conduct of member checks , then analyzed using a 3 steps: 1. Data of reduction, 2. Data of presentation, 3. Withdrawal of conclusion. The results showed that: (1) The profile of violences physical, still less in accordance with its role as the parents that should give love to children and protect them, (2) The profile of violences psychological, the parents were still unaware that emotional hardness done to children a good conscious or unconscious bad impact on children. Based on the results of research was recommended to parents and concerned parties can educate children to refrain from hardness, but with firmness, affection and tenderness in children.

 This research is motivated by the phenomenon that researchers found during the practice field. Based on this phenomeno" the researchers raised the issue of research on the influence of self-control to misbehavior in the eighth grade students of SMPN 26 Padang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative method . The population of this research is class VITI students numbered 266 people. The samples in this study using proportional sampling technique. From the calculation results obtained sample of 68 people. The instruments used in the study were a questionnaire. To analyze the data used simple linear regression formula in order to see the effect of self-control to misbehavior of students in class Vlll. The results of data analysis showed that:(I) A description of self-control students in the category quite well . (2) A description to misbehavior of learners is in the category of very many. (3) The effect of self-controlmisbehavior is obtained . So the results. the effect of self-control to misbehavior of students in class vmSlfPN 26 Padang with the degree of influence is strong enough.

This research was based of the efforts that classroom teachers do in helping students whohave difficulties of learning in three basic capabilities: the ability to read, write and count. Thisresearch is a descriptive qualitative research that describing about the efforts of classroom teachers inhelping student who have difficullties in SD N 07 Padang Panjang. Key infomants 2, 3 and 4classroom teachers and additional informants were students who have difficulties, the instrumentsused in this research are interviews and documentation studies. Data analyze through data reduction,data display and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the efforts in learning is to conductremedial teaching through specialized counseling conducted after school. Tutoring is done by using aspecial method that can facilitate learners in mastering a lesson is given.

This research is motivated by the existence of the phenomenon at the time of provision of information services like ongoing learners permit out, talking with friends, walk in the classroom, teasing, playing mobile phones and the lack of interaction and feedback provided learners when information service delivery. The researchers raised concerns about how research influences educational media use by teachers BK on the motivation of learners in the following information services (studies in class VIII SMP 20 Padang). This type of research is descriptive quantitative method. The study population was a class VIII students of SMP Negeri 20 Padang. Sampling using simple random sampling technique which amounts to 68 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Analysis of data using simple linear regression formula to look at the effect of the use of educational media by BK teacher to learner motivation in following information services (studies in class VIII SMP 20 Padang). Results of the study: (1) description of the use of educational media to be in the good category with the percentage of 85.29%. (2) description of the motivation of learners at the high category with a percentage of 76.4%. (3) The effect of the use of educational media obtained thitung 4.180> and ttable of 0.23 with significance level of 0.000 (sig <0.05). So the results, the effect of the use of educational media to motivate learners in the following service information on Junior High School eighth grade 20 Padang with enough relationship level. The results of this study can be recommended to BK teachers to keep using the media to make the students stay motivated to follow the service information.

Family as the smallest social group in society, have an infortant role in the formations of self adjustment in children. This research aims the describe: (1) harmony family, (2) adaptability learner, (3) test, wether there is a significant relationship between the harmony of families with adaptability learners. This research is a descriptive quantitative research corelational. The population of this research is class IX student of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai Dharmasraya Regerency school year 2014/2015 and research samples taken using simple random sampling techniques that 60 bo people. Instrument of the research is questionnaire, for the data analysis using percentage and corelation technique. Research findings show that of 34,5% learner feel the harmony of family is harmonious, 35,9% adaptabilty learners belongs to already good relations while the harmony family of conformity obtained r count of 0,413 and r table of 0,254 the significance level 0,05, so it can be inferred that there is a significant relationship between the harmony of the family with the learners adaptability.

This research is besand on he learners perception about the implementation of psychology test. Based on the observation that held in SMK Negeri 6 Padang in August 2013, there were still learners that were not motivated implementation the psychology test was taking place, while the test was taking place, they did test impulsively, they were not serious, they still didnât comprehand the psychology test result that obtuvied and they saw it to in importance party. The purpose of this research is to discribe 1) the learners perception about the function of psychology test, 2) the learners perception about the purpose of psychology test, 3) the learners perception about the result of psychology test, 4) the learners perception about the progress of psychology test result.the type of this research is quantitative desciptive research with the population of learners class X in SMK Negeri 6 Padang that cinsists of 364 students and the samples are 78 students. The samples are taken by using simple random sampling technique. The tool that used to collect data is questionaire. To describe the data of learners perception about the implementing psychology test by using percentage analysis technique. The result of this research shows that how the learners perception about the function of psychology test is standing on agree category, the result of psychology testis also on agree category and the progress of the test is also standing on agree category. So it can be concluded that the learners perception about the implementing of psychology test in class X SMK Negeri 6 Padang is standing on agree category. This research is recommenden to the learners later they can more comprehend and understand the implementation of psychology test.

This researcd was based on motivated by the level of understanding of learner about the readiness of student to face national exam. Researcd based on observation at SMP Negeri 31 Field on 2 December 2013 that there are still student who are not ready to face the un pre exam due to lack of understanding regarding the readiness of student in the exam are many problem experienced by learner such as the existence of a sleepy learner when facing exam, any participant who requested permission to leave to buy food and drink because of thirst and weak, the presence of students who are sick when an exam, any participant to borrow her equipment time for exam, any learner who lack concentration in the exam, and the presence of incomplete learner carryng equipment in the exam. The objective of this study ave: 1) The physical readiness of students in national exams. 2) Psychological readiness of learnes in national exam. This researcd was descriptive qualitative research sampling was done by using proportional stratified random sampling. This study took a sample of studentâs who serve as the responden who are 71. Additional responden were supervising teacher and subject teacher. Instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. While the use of data analysis technique for the percentage. The researcd results a led that: 1) The physical readiness of learner in the national exam are the criteria prepaced 56,34% of the respondent. 2) Phychological readiness of studentâs in national exam are the criteria of 61,98% of respondent.
