This research was motivated by the lack of the ability of parentsto control the negative emotions in early childhood. This study aimed to look at the efforts of parents to control the negative emotions in early childhood at Koto Kaciak Kelurahan Mata Air Kecamatan Padang Selatan, with a focus on research that parental efforts to control the emotion of fear and emotional upset early childhood. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach that describes the symptoms, facts andreality in the field which was about the efforts of parents to control the negative emotions of early childhood. As for there search informants are: Parents who have children and grumpy nervy 4-6 years old, as well as uncle/aunt of early childhood. Instruments that researchers use in this study were interview sand documentation. Data analyz with phaseis a data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Results ofthe study revealed that parents are lessable to deal with children who are scared and angry. Motheras a parent that is closest to the child often feels upset in her face to feel the emotions of excessive fear and anger. Resent ment is like a mother, threatens the child, giving a negative callon the child, and cold the child. In addition, some times the mother also choose to give in and follow their children so that their children can be quiet and not whining anymore.

This research was motivated by the initial phenomenon where teenagers have a personal look different in their daily lives, teens who love to sit in the tavern while playing dominoes, a teenager who likes to ask for money forcibly against the drivers of public transportation, the scrappy teens, teens who love stealing, teens who like drinking. This study aimed to describe: 1) Health personality profiles of teenagers who drop out of school, 2) Unhealth personality profile of teenagers drop out of school. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 35 persons. Sampling sign satiation sampling technique. The technique used to analyze the data is the percentage techniques. The results of this study revealed that the health personality profile of teenagers who drop out of school in Kelurahan Bungo Pasang Tabing Padang is in the category of health. While unhealthy personality profiles teens who drop out of school in Kelurahan Bungo Pasang Tabing Padang is in the category of health. Based on the findings of this study is recommended to teenagers in order to understand and maintain personality possessed.

This research is motivated by concerns about the role of teachers in improving interpersonal comunication guidance and conseling learnerson the ground, that the teachers role has not been implemented to the maksimum guidance and conseling because there are students who donât ask and when asked they donât answer. While counselor have the time, while only guidanceand counseling. counselor have only hourâs time to provide information. This study aimed to describe 1) the role of counselor in improving student understanding of interpersonal comunication 2) the role of teachers in improving interpersonal comunication effective. This research is descriptive quqntitqtive. The population in this study all students in the SMPN 14 Padang champign totaiy 378 people. The tecnique used is stratified random sampling in deffrend class. So the tatal sampel of 41 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. While the persentage of data analisis tecniques used. The result of this study revelialed that:1) The role of counselor in improving the understanding of learners categorized excellent interpersonal comunication. 2) the role of counselor improving interpersonal comunication effective is very good. Based on the result of the study, the researchers suggested further enhance counselor the role in improving interpersonal communication.

This research was back grounded thereâs still transferred student who is lack of motivation in studying, there got lazy, out from the class when are time changing and also lack of spirit in making the tasks. The purpose of this research is to know that : 1) the internal studying motivation profiles of transferred student, 2) the external studying motivation profile of transferred student. This research is descriptive and quantitative research. The population of this research is the transferred student class XII from 20 student. The sampling technique total sampling. Instrumen which are used to collect the data is questionnaire. Using data a analyeie, itâs used criterium sturgess formula and percentage analysis technique. The result of this result stated that: 1) the internal studying motivation profile of transferred student categorized high enough, 2) the external studying motivation profile of transferred student categorized high enough. This research recommended to the transferred student to increase studying motivation.

This research background by the student who lack the physical and psychological readiness to learn, and out in the learning process, like storm at the time of learning and doing exercises in groups. Based on this, the researchers wanted to know: 1) resistance skills of student in learning, 2) Skills student in summarizing the book 3) Skills in the lesson notes. This research is a quantitative desriptif. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling.Populasi in this study were 367 students, while the sampled many as 37 students. Data were collected through a questionnaire to students. The research findings revealed that: 1) Skills resilience student in learning pretty well as much as 26 of the 37 student with pesentase 70.27 pesetas, 2) Skills student in the book pretty well sums up as many as 23 of the 37 students with pesentase 62.16 pesetas , 3) Skills lesson student pretty good record as many as 28 of the 37 students with pesentase 75.68 pesetas. The study recommends to student, regular follow learning activities well, teachers BK as giving guidance counseling services in schools can develop programs to improve the skills of student.

This research motivated by the teacher scolded the students in learning, as well as the teacherwho hit the table at the time of hour lessons, the teacher who was teaching the words out that are lesscourteous to students, and the persistence of corporal punishment such as pinching students, studentsdespise storm at the time of study time, the lack of concentration of students in learning, when the dailyreset is still found in the student scores below a minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The purpose ofthis study describe: 1) emotional intelligence of teachers in classroom management, 2) the ability ofstudents to receive lessons, 3) Seeing teachers in teaching emotional relationship with a students abilityto absorb the lessons. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. With a population of 175students. Sample size was 117 people. With the technique of sampling simple random sampling. Theinstrument used for data collection in the form of a questionnaire, the data used for the analysis of personproduct moment correlation method. The results of research show that: the emotional intelligence ofteachers in classroom management quite well when learning takes place in the management of teachersemotions in teaching, as well as the students ability to receive a lesson in class, and there is a relationshipbetween emotional intelligence of teachers in teaching with students ability to receive lessons in juniorTamansiswa Padang, the correlation obtained with r_hitung 0.737> 0.213 r_tabel with a significance levelof 0.01 <0.05 so that it can be interpreted "there is a relationship between emotional intelligence ofteachers in teaching with students ability to receive lessons in junior T

The ability of emotional control has important role in individual development process.Here, individual means the students. The reaction and expression of students emotional labile anduncontrolled that have impact in individual and social life woos still. Dealing with that fact, so theresearched want to study about the correlation between the ability of students in controllingemotion and aggressive behavior. The purposes of this relearned are: 1) To described of studentscontrolling in handling emotion. 2) To describe about students aggressive behavior. 3) Controllingto describe, about correlation both students aggressive behavior at SMP Negeri 23 Padang.Conduct this research in to actually, in this research the researcher tries to descriptive qualitativeby analysis statistic correlation. Population of this research is students at VII and VIII at SMPNegeri 23 Padang, and the amount of samples are around 83 students that is chosen from 484students at SMP Negeri 23 Padang. In this researcher the research proportional using a randomsampling, meanwhile to collect the data, the researcher instrument questionnaire in this research,the researcher analyze the data by using percentage analysis, meanwhile for testing hypothesis tofind out the result, the researcher use formula Pearson product moment correlation, in analysis thedata, the researcher use program Microsoft excel and SPSS program version 16.00. findings of thisresearch are: 1) The ability of students control emotion is categorized in good category. 2)Aggressive behavior is categorized as low category. 3) The correlation of students ability incontrol emotion and rhitung 0,366 > rtabel 0,213 in df 81 and the significant 0,01 (sig < 0,05).Based on the finding above that there are correlational both students ability in handling emotionand students aggresive behavior at SMP Negeri 23 Padang.

The problem that be thorough grounded on the phenomenon in the field, that is in counseling activity group has been found the guidance and counseling teachers that still have applyyet the basic skill in the counseling activity group, like speaking active, reflection, eye contact, encouragement and backing, that make participant education fell. Difficult to express the problem. The purpose of this research are to describe: 1) applying listening skil, 2) reflection, 3) encouragemen and backing, 4) eye contact in counseling group. This research is descriptive research. The population of this research are the participant education of junior high school 31 padang counseling group amount of 32 peoples. The technique of taking sample is purposive sampling. The instrument that is used in this research is questionnaire, whereas to data analyze used percentage technigue. The result of this research show that: 1) application of listening skil, 2) reflection, 3) eye contact, 4) encouragement and backing by the guidance and counseling theacher in the good criteria.

This Research was back grounded by the condition which is met in field where the student was too easy to get angry so that can make a fight among them. The students who always bother their friends, the student who always think that they were right, and the student who felt that uncomfortable in class. This research purpose is to describe : 1) The self adaptation profile of student in controlling emotion positively, 2) the profile of student adaptation in controlling emotion negatively. This research is descriptive and quantitative research. The population of this research is all students of class XI SMA PGRI I Padang, that consist of 220 students. The technique which is used in taking the sampling is professional random sampling. This sampling was taken 69 people for the first who are in class XI. The instrument which is used in this research is questionnaire, meanwhile for data analysis was used percentage technique. The result of this research said that : 1) the student profile of self adaptation in controlling emotion in school environment positively was good enough, 2) the student profile of self adaptation in controlling emotion in school environment negatively was good enough. The result of this research recommended to the student to be able to control their selves in emotion optimalize by controlling the attitude and act.

This research was motivated by the phenomenon that the researchers found in the fieldwhere the students found smoking bandwagon, their students to his friend asking for money to buycigarettes, their learners like or dislike the smell of cigarette smoke, the students holding acigarette in the yard of the school, their learners feel associate with smoking. Study the researchersraised concerns about the attitude of students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 23 cigarettes in Padang.This type of research is descriptive quantitative method. The study population was a classVIII students SMP Negeri 23 Padang. The samples in this study using simple random samplingtechnique. From the results of the calculation obtained a sample of 70 people. The instrumentsused in the study was a questionnaire. Formula used to analyze the data in order to see thepercentage of students in class VIII attitudes to smoking in SMP Negeri 23 Padang.The results of the analysis of the data obtained: (1) The attitude of students towardssmoking in terms of response to cognitive evaluative criteria very well. (2) The attitude of studentstowards smoking in terms of affective evaluative response to the criteria quite well. (3) Theattitude of students towards smoking in terms of behavioral responses to the evaluative criteriavery well. So the results, on the attitude of students of class VIII to smoking in SMP Negeri 23Padang that the attitude is good enough so that learners do not smoke and stay away fromcigarettes.
