Abstract

          This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation , discipline and leadership on the productivity of employees at Head Office Tenggarong Kertanegara Kutai regency . In addition , this study also to know that the most dominant factor in increasing productivity of employees at Head Office Tenggarong Kertanegara Kutai regency .           Based on the analysis of the hypothesis that the first hypothesis suggested that motivation , discipline and leadership together significantly positive effect on the productivity of employees at Head Office Tenggarong Kertanegara Kutai regency and the second hypothesis suggested that the most dominant motivational factors affect employee productivity at the Head Office of the Kutai regency Kertanegara Tenggarong acceptable because together the variables of motivation , discipline and leadership have influence on the productivity of employees working at Head Office Tenggarong Kertanegara Kutai regency . Influence of these variables Analyses of test F , F count is equal to the value of 25.004 with a significance level of 0.000 ( 95% confidence level ) and the F table at 8.58 , which means for 25.004 F count > F table 8.58 , then the hypothesis acceptable because according to the criteria of F count > F table . So, when seen from the significant value of 0.000 is less than α level of 5 % . It can be concluded that the variables motivation , discipline and leadership variables variables significantly affect employee productivity on the Tenggarong City District Office Kutai Kertanegara .          The contribution of the variables X1 , X2 and X3 on Y , ie R = 0.791 ( 79.1 % ) and R Square of 0.625 ( 62.5 % ) . It means that there are other factors beyond the study that also affect the productivity of employees at Head Office Tenggarong Kertanegara Kutai regency .          T count results for each variable are as follows : motivation variable of 4.730 with a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and t table is 1.678 , which means t count of 4,730 > 1,678 t table , then the hypothesis is accepted because according to criteria t count > t table so evident that motivation significantly influence employee productivity . Variable discipline of 2.056 with a significance value of 0.046 is smaller than 0.05 and t table of 1,678 , which means t count of 2,056 > 1,678 t table , so that proved that disciplinary significant effect on employee productivity . and leadership variable t value of 1.066 with a significance value of 0.292 is greater than 0.05 . Which means that t < t table , so it is not proven that the leadership of a significant effect on employee productivity .

Abstract

Based on the results of analysis show that the performance of PT. Hotel Grand Victorian is measured using liquidity ratios and profitability ratios decreased from 2010-2012. Performance PT. Grand Victorian is measured using the liquidity ratio has decreased from year 2010-2012 consists of current ratio has decreased, and this is because the total current assets has increased and decreased. Meanwhile, the cash ratio from year 2010-2012 has increased, this is because the total cash and cash equivalents increased. Performance PT. Hotel Grand Victorian is measured using profitability ratios decreased from the year 2010-2012 consists of gross profit margin has decreased , this was due to the increase in gross profit is smaller than the increase in operating revenue. Operating profit margin has decreased, this was due to an increase in income before income tax is less than the increase in operating revenue. Net profit margin has decreased, this was due to the net profit after income tax increase is greater than the increase in operating revenue. The total assets turnover has decreased, this was due to the decrease in total assets is greater than the increase in operating revenue. Return on investment has decreased, this was due to an increase in total assets is greater than the increase in net profit after income tax. The hypothesis of this was rejected because of the financial performance. Hotel Grand Victorian is measured using liquidity and profitability ratios decreased from 2010 to 2012

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine simultaneously or partial significant effect of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for the taxpayer as well as the satisfaction of knowing the most dominant variable affecting the satisfaction of taxpayers in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama SamarindaVariable reliability (X2) has dominant influence on consumer satisfaction Tax Office Primary t value Samarinda because most of the 9.796. Similarly, the value of the standardized beta coefficients greater than 0.743 standardized beta coefficients other variables.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui secara simultan atau parsial pengaruh yang signifikan dari bukti langsung, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak serta mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama SamarindaVariabel keandalan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Samarinda  karena nilai t hitungnya yang paling besar 9,796. Demikian juga nilai standardized coefficients betanya 0,743 lebih besar dari nilai standardized coefficients beta variable lainnya.

Abstract

ICUK RICHI WIJAYANTO, Pengaruh Marketing Mix Terhadap Keputusan Membeli Minuman Isotonik Pocari Sweat di CV.Yova Bersaudara Samarinda, di bawah bimbingan Ibu Elfreda dan Ibu Umi Kulsum.Dengan semakin meningkatnya perkembangan perekonomian mengakibatkan timbulnya perusahaan-perusahaan baru, pada akhirnya akan menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan sehingga perlu upaya peningkatan pemasaran melalui variabel yang terdapat di dalam marketing mix.Permasalahannya adalah Apakah variabel marketing mix yang terdiri dari produk, harga, distribusi dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli minuman isotonik pocari sweat di CV.Yova Bersaudara Samarinda dan Faktor mana yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap keputusan membeli.Tujuannya adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh marketing mix yang terdiri dari produk, harga, distribusi dan promosi terhadap keputusan membeli minuman isotonik pocari sweat di CV.Yova Bersaudara Samarinda.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan komputer menggunakan program SPSS versi 19.00. Adapun populasi yang diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden dan diambil sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu sebanyak 50 responden.Hasil uji F ( uji serentak ) diperoleh F hitung = 19,021 > F tabel = 2,61 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti secara serentak variabel marketing mix yang terdiri dari produk, harga, distribusi dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli sehingga hipotesis pertama diterima. Hasil uji t ( uji parsial ) faktor harga yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar dan signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli dengan t hitung = 3,960 > t tabel = 1,68 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis kedua ditolak.

DAYAKINDO KALIMANTAN EAST MAIN TOUR TRAVEL increasingly sharp competition services sector may cause a decrease in the sales turnover resulted in the survival of the company, management is required to think aspects of services includes Countability, Responsiveness, Assurance, attention and physical facilities. Responder analysis results concluded the purchase decision variable air tickets of all services provided by PT. Dayakindo East Kalimantan Main Tour Travel the average score is above 3.9733 score an average of 3, can be interpreted is quite satisfactory with a standard deviation of 0.56013 average. Concurrent analysis of service indicators: variables Countability, Responsiveness, Assurance, attention and physical facilities with relationship and 24.5% 75.5% specified indicators. indicators of service that has been studied gave a strong belief that the variable PT services. Dayakindo Main Tour Travel East Kalimantan can be used to predict or match the purchase decision variable air tickets. In general, the results of the study be quite good but there are things that need to be evaluated especially regarding other factors that influence the decision of airline ticket purchase, to the management of PT. Dayakindo East Kalimantan Main Tour Travel should be responsive to the development of competition in a similar business, so that PT. Dayakindo Main Tour Travel East Kalimantan still exist in the trade.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Koperasi K3PC Sangatta, terhadap nasabah Koperasi K3PC Sangatta. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 Bulan ( bulan April sampai dengan juni 2013 ) pada Koperasi K3PC Sangatta,yang bekaitan dengan pelayanan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah koperasi K3PC di Sangatta. Kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu : Studi pustaka, observasi lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi, pendataan dan analisis. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian meliputi : gambaran umum koperasi, struktur organisasi dan jawaban responden.Analisis data menggunakan uji beda chi kuadrat   dengan rumus :  X2  =   ∑  [ (O ij – E ij) 1 / E ij] Selanjutnya untuk mencari nilai frekuensi observasi yang diharapkan dapat digunakan rumus sebagai berikut : Eij  = ∑ sel (baris) (kolom) / N.Hasil analisis pelayanan pemberian kredit, Nilai X2 hitung 9,190 <  nilai X2 tabel  19,023 dengan probabilitas kesalahan 0,05. Untuk pelayanan penetapan tingkat bunga, Nilai X2 hitung 0,220 < nilai X2 tabel  3,841 dengan probabilitas kesalahan 0,05.Untuk pelayanan penetapan besaran kredit yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, Nilai X2 hitung 2,567 < nilai X2 tabel 9,488 dengan probabilitas kesalahan 0,05, Untuk pelayanan waktu pengembalian pinjaman, Nilai X2 hitung 1,511 < nilai X2 tabel 3,841 dengan probabilitas kesalahan 0,05,Berdasarkan uraian tersebut di atas terlihat bahwa pada setiap unsur pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Koperasi K3PC di Sangatta, nasabah baik yang meminjam dengan agunan maupun tanpa agunan mempunyai pandangan yang sama bahwa tidak ada perbedaan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak koperasi baik kepada nasabah yang meminjam dengan agunan maupun tanpa agunan.

Abstract

Work environment in a private or government organization is very important to get attention. Although the work environment does not carry out the production process, but the work environment has a direct impact on the employees or officers of the production process. Focused work environment for its employees can improve performance and drive productivity otherwise inadequate working environment can degrade performance and eventually work motivation. The working environment is a factor that greatly affect the performance of employees. Pleasant working environment will realize the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.This study aims to: 1) Determine the influence of the physical environment and the non-physical environment on the productivity of the Public Works Department Employees of East Kalimantan Province; 2) Knowing that most of the factors affecting the productivity of the Public Works Department Employees of East Kalimantan Province.Fieldwork was conducted on the staff of the Division of Highways Department of Public Works East Kalimantan Province. Selected sample of 144 respondents. Regression analysis using the tool. Hypothesis testing using t-test and F test at 5% level.Conclusions of this study are: 1) hypothesis is rejected, where the physical environment and the non-physical environment does not significantly affect the productivity of the Public Works Department Employees of East Kalimantan Province. 2) Although partially occur significant influence, but when compared to the coefficient of variable physical environment has a greater influence than the non-physical environmental variables on the productivity of the Public Works Department Employees of East Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

Problems in this study were : 1) What are the factors physiologi need, safety needs, socialization needs, esteem needs and self-act-actualization needs significant effect in the performance of government officials Sangatta northern districts. 2) Whicj factors most influence on employee performance Sangatta northern district administration, basic theory of human resource management include motivation theory and performance theory. The hypothesis of this pernulisan formulated as follows. 2) There is a significant effect between physiologi needs, safety needs, socialization needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs on the performance of employees in the district administration Sangatta north east Kutai regency. 2) penghargaan needs to have the most impact on the performance of gobernment officials Sangatta north east Kutai district. In an attempt to solve the problems associated with the use of writing in the statistical analysis with the help of the program SPPS ver. 19.0 (statiscal program for Social Science) as follows : Y = a + b1X1 b2x2 + + + b3X3 b4X4 b5X5 + + e.Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded : of the five independent variables were studied, all have a positive effect. This shows the increasing demand followed by increased employee performance. Functional relationship Variables-variables that influence employee performance formula produces multiple regression equation as follows :Y = 0.321 + 0.144 + 0.138XI + 0.157X2 + 0.256X3 + 0.232 X4 X5Empirical evidence to determine the test results calculated F Value of 22.639 > of the F table at 2.5336 and significant at 0.000, from 0.05 then the probability of the hypothesis that the simultaneous influence of independet variables on the dependet variable employee performance accptable.Variable physiologi safety, socialization, and self-actualization   awards simultaneously have a positive and significant relationship with the performance of goverment officials Sangatta north east Kutai district.Partial variabel that has meaning physiologi employee performance is variable, safety, socialization, respect and self-actualization of the five variables are variables awards have the most impact on the performance of goverment official Sengata north east Kutai district. Strengh of this correlation is evidenced in the test variable parial 0.000 awards with a smaller probability of a = 5% as a starting measuring obtained t value of 7.066. from the t table with r2 = 2.0639 + 0.700 or 70%. Thus the hypothesis that award needs factors have the most influence on the performance of goverment official Sengata north East Kutai district received.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction in terms of service include Reliability , Responsiveness , Empathy , Assurance and Real Being provided by health centers in Sengata Linga bay . The experiment was conducted for 3 months ( April to June 2013) at the health center in the Gulf of Sangatta Linga , which bekaitan to influence Patient Satisfaction in service to the research conducted Sangatta.Kegiatan : The study of literature , field observations , interviews , documentation , data collection and analysis . dikupulkan data in the study include : a general overview of cooperative , organizational structure and answer responden.Analisis data using multiple regression analysis with the formula Y = a + b1X1 b2X2 + + + b5X5 b4X4 b3X3 + + e Based on calculations derived regression equation : Y = 0.321 + 0.144 X1 + 0.138 X2 + 0.157 X3 + 0.256 X4 + 0.232 X5 From these equations can be explained that each coefficient b obtained a positive value , it means if each variable studied further enhanced , then one by one will affect patient satisfaction . If the variable reliability ( X1 ) improved by one point , the patient satisfaction increased 0.144 points . If the variable responsiveness ( X2 ) increased one point , the patient satisfaction increased 0.138 points . If the variable empathy ( X3 ) increased one point , then increased patient satisfaction guarantee 0,157 points if the variable ( X4 ) improved by one point , then increased patient satisfaction 0.256 points . If the real form of the variable ( X5 ) improved by one point , the patient satisfaction increased 0.232 points . Based Fhitung = 22.639 > F = 3.405 indicates that the service factor together positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction . Of 5 independent variables studied variables guarantees a greater influence means suitable for use collateral variables predicted Y variables ( patient satisfaction ) at the health center in Sengata Linga bay .

Abstract

Analysis ratio statements as tool evaluation of the financial statements to koperasi sentosa samarinda seberang. The data to examine who to make analysis there is report profit-lose year 2010, 2011, and 2012 with balance period 2010, 2011 and 2012.Method to break problem who the use there is with to use ratio liquiditas,(current ratio and cash ratio),ratio leverage (total debt to total capital asset and total debt to equity ratio), and ratio activitas (total asset turn over and working capital turn over).          The result yield analysis and discussion, then can to understand from ratio liquiditas who theself from Cash Ratio and Current Ratio hipotysis who in propose in to receive. From ratio leverage who theself from Total debt to equity ratio and Total debt to total capital asset hipotysis who in propose in to receive, and Ratio activitas who theself from Total asset turn over and Working capital turn over hipotysis who in propose in to receive.Â
