Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a fish feed home industry in Koto Tibun Village, Kampar District, both non-financially and financially. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from the respondents while secondary data was obtained from government agencies. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis on non-financial aspects, namely market aspects, technical and technological aspects, socio-economic aspects, legal aspects. While quantitative analysis to analyze the financial aspects, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The results showed that on the non-financial aspect, the fish feed home industry in Koto Tibun, Kampar District, had met the criteria so that it was feasible to run and develop.  Keywords : Business Feasibility, Fish Feed Home Industry, NPV, B/C Ratio, IRR, PP.

Abstract

 This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow, leverage and accruals on earnings persistence and to test and analyze the effect of operating cash flows, leverage and accruals on earnings persistence moderated by book tax differences. The period in this study is 4 years from 2018-2021, this study uses secondary data in the form of financial reports and annual reports. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling, this study uses multiple analysis. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it shows that operating cash flow has an effect on earnings persistence while leverage and accruals have no effect on earnings persistence, for variables moderated by book tax differences, it shows operating cash flow and leverage have an effect while accruals have no effect. Keywords: operating cash flow, leverage, accruals, earnings persistence, book tax differences.

Abstract

Work that is done manually handling is still found in the company. So we need a risk assessment of Manual Handling which has the potential to cause Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints in workers. This study aims to determine the level of risk of manual handling musculoskeletal disorders in employees of UD. Cahaya Anugrah Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes all workers at UD. Cahaya Anugrah Pekanbaru. Primary data was collected by using a quetionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the results of the questionnaire in this study using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method. The sampling technique that has been selected is the total of the entire population (15 workers at UD. Cahaya Anugrah Pekanbaru). The results showed that : 1) there was a risk of manual handling on UD. Cahaya Anugrah Pekanbaru workers, 2) there was a risk of musculoskeletal disorders in UD. Abstract

 This study aims to prove the Influence of Social Media Marketing, Price, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions and Consumer Satisfaction of Scarlett whitening Products in Generation Z di Pekanbaru City. The population in this study is generation Z respondents who live in Pekanbaru and have purchased and used Scarlett whitening products. The sampling technique is carried out with a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling where respondents are determined by certain criteria. The sample in this study was teenagers aged 17 to 26 years who had bought and used Scarlett whitening products who lived in the city of Pekanbaru. The data used in this study are primary data. The source of this research is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. To find factors Influence of Social Media Marketing, Price, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions and Consumer Satisfaction Scarlett whitening Products in Generation Z di Pekanbaru City used multiple linear regression tests and Path analysis. The results of the analysis showed that there was an influence of independent variables on independent variables and it was found that the purchasing decision variables successfully mediated independent variables. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Price, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of variable Third Party fund (TPF), Inflation and Non Performing Loan (NPL) on credit distribution at public bank in riau province 2011(I)-2021(IV).  The type of data used in this study is quantitative and time series secondary data obtained from the publication of the Bank Indonesia (BI), Financial Services Authority (FSA) and Central Statistics Agency (CSA). Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis with the program Eviews 10. The hypothesis testing is carried out by statistical tests (t test, F test, coefficient of determination ), and classical assumption test.  The results of this study indicate that the Third Party Fund (TPF) variable has a positive and significant effect on the credit distribution. Inflation variable have a negative and significant effect on the credit distribution. Non Performing Loan (NPL) variable have a positive and significant effect on the credit distribution at public bank in Riau Province in 2011(I)-2021(IV).  Keyword : Credit Distribution, Third Party Fund (TPF), Inflation and Non Performing Loan (NPL)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and non-financial compensation on the performance of Puskesmas employees through employee job satisfaction in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were 49 employees at the Puskesmas. Primary data in this study were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test the hypothesis in this study, Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was used with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The sampling technique was carried out using the Saturated Sampling Method (Census) and 49 PNS Employees (Civil Servants) were selected as samples. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive but not significant influence between the Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction of Health Center Staff in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) There is a positive and significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on the Job Satisfaction of the managers of Batang Cenaku District, Regency Indragiri Hulu, 3) There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on the performance of Puskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 4) There is a positive and significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on the performance of Puskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 5) There is a positive and significant influence between satisfaction on the performance of PUSKESMAS managers in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 6) There is a positive but not significant influence between the Work Environment on performance through employee job satisfaction as i intervening variables in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 7) There is a positive and significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on performance through Employee Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Keywords: Work Environment, Non-Financial Compensation, Performance, Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency, company size and company age on audit report lag in food & beverage companies in 2017-2019 which are listed on the IDX. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data in the form of financial report data on the IDX with a sample of 15 food & beverage companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy online learning and learning motivation on the academic stress of students majoring in Management class of 2017-2020, University of Riau. The population in this study included all students majoring in Management class 2017-2020, faculties of economics and business, totaling 1181 people with a sample of 92 people using the slovin formula. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that 1. There is a positive and significant effect between online learning on student academic stress. 2. There is a negative and significant effect between self-efficacy and student academic stress. 3. There is no effect between learning motivation and student academic stress. Keywords: Online Learning, Self-Efficacy, Learning Motivation and Student Academic Stress
