Abstract

This research aims: (1) to determine the simultaneously effect of attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise on purchasing decision of purbasari matte lipstick; (2) to determine the partial effect of the attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise on the purchasing decision of the purbasari matte lipstick; (3) to determine the independent variables that have a dominant effect on purchasing decision of matte lipstick purbasari. This type research used explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample was 108 student of Administrative Sciences, Brawijaya University batch 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 for buyer and user purbasari matte lipstick. Data collection methods used in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis by using multiple linear regresion analysis. The results of this research indicate: (1) the simultaneously have a significant effect from the attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise on purchase decision of purbasari matte lipstick; (2) the partial have a significant effect from the attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise on purchase decision of purbasari matte lipstick; (3) the variable that have a dominant effect on purchasing decision of purbasari matte lipstick is the attarctiveness. Kеywords: Online Consumer Reviews, Purchasing Decisions АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama dari variabel attractiveness, trustworthiness, dan expertise terhadap keputusan pembelian purbasari matte lipstick; (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dari variabel attractiveness, trustworthiness, dan expertise terhadap keputusan pembelian purbasari matte lipstick; (3) untuk mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan dari variabel attractiveness, trustworthiness, dan expertise terhadap keputusan pembelian purbasari matte lipstick.  Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 108 responden yang merupakan mahasiswi Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi, Universitas Brawijaya angkatan 2014/2015 dan 2015/2016 yang membeli dan menggunakan purbasari matte lipstick. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) adanya pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama dari dari variabel attractiveness, trustworthiness, dan expertise terhadap keputusan pembelian purbasari matte lipstick; (2) adanya pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dari variabel attractiveness, trustworthiness, dan expertise terhadap keputusan pembelian purbasari matte lipstick; (3) variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian purbasari matte lipstick adalah variabel attractiveness. Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) To analyze the factors influencing the decision of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in expanding into global markets, (2) Knowing the strategies applied by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.dalam expanding into global markets, (3) Analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats owned by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The type of this research is descriptive by using qualitative approach. The analysis method used is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of this study provide the fact that the desire factor to grow and develop into one of the main factors of the company to expand into the global market, the strategy used by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. namely the company's acquisition strategy by buying shares. Through SWOT analysis, it is known that the company's greatest strength lies in the financial and experience side and strong brand image. The biggest weakness of the company lies in the absence of experience in acquiring the company. The greatest opportunity lies in the high industry growth and cement consumption in Vietnam, while the threat to the company is a strong competitor as well (old players and new players). Keywords: Strategy, Expansion, Acquisition, Business Development, Global Market ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. dalam melakukan ekspansi ke pasar global, (2) Mengetahui strategi yang terapkan oleh PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.dalam melakukan ekspansi ke pasar global, (3) Menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dimiliki PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunities, dan Threats). Hasil penelitian ini memberikan fakta bahwa faktor keinginan untuk tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi salah satu faktor utama perusahaan melakukan ekspansi ke pasar global, strategi yang digunakan oleh PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. yaitu strategi akuisisi perusahaan dengan pembelian saham. Melalui analisis SWOT, diketahui bahwa kekuatan terbesar perusahaan terletak pada segi keuangan dan pengalaman serta brand image yang kuat. Kelemahan terbesar perusahaan terletak pada belum adanya pengalaman yang dimiliki dalam mengakuisisi perusahaan. Peluang terbesar terletak pada pertumbuhan industri dan konsumsi semen di Vietnam yang tinggi, sedangkan ancaman bagi perusahaan ialah kompetitor yang cukup kuat juga (pemain lama dan pemain baru). Abstract

Bangun tourism village was a created tourism village that was categorized as a potential tourism village where the local communities in there have a high enthusiasm in managing the attractions. The CBT concept (Community Based Tourism) that is applied to achieve a sustainable tourism management were applied in the forms of local community participation, tourism village institute creation, environmental based tourism attractions management and the creation of small business activities by the locals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The data resource of this research were in the forms of primary and secondary data  with a data collection that was done through observation, interview, documentations and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The data analysis uses stages which are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this research shows that the management of tourism attraction in Bangun Tourism Village appears from the initiative of the locals people, the locals has agreed on the creation of tourism village institute, the creation of Wonoasri waterfall management priority program as the main attraction and the emergence of community business activities as a result of the tourism attraction management. Keywords: CBT, Tourism Village, Sustainable Tourism АBSTRАK Desa Wisata Bangun merupakan desa wisata rintisan yang masuk dalam kategori desa wisata berpotensi yang masyarakatnya memiliki antusias tinggi dalam mengelola daya tarik wisata yang ada di dalamnya. Konsep CBT (Community Based Tourism) yang diterapkan untuk mencapai pengelolaan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan diaplikasikan dalam bentuk partisipasi masyarakat lokal, pembentukan kelembagaan desa wisata, pengelolaan daya tarik wisata berwawasan lingkungan dan terciptanya kegiatan usaha masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Analisis data menggunakan tahapan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengelolaan daya tarik wisata di Desa Wisata Bangun muncul dari inisiatif masyarakat lokal, masyarakat menyepakati pembentukan lembaga desa wisata, pembuatan program prioritas pengelolaan Air Terjun Wonoasri sebagai daya tarik utama dan munculnya kegiatan usaha masyarakat sebagai dampak dari pengelolaan daya tarik wisata. Abstract

This research was explanatory research and using quantitative approach. The variables of the research were Dining Service Quality (DINESERV), Customer Satisfaction, and Revisit Intention. The population of this research was customer of D’COST Seafood Restaurant branch of Malang Town Square with 18 years old as the minimum age. Questionnaire was used in order to gather the 112 respondents’s data. In addition, descriptive analysis and path analysis were used in order the analyzed data. The results of this research show that Dining Service Quality (DINESERV) has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, because it has a probability value (0,000) < 0,05 which means there is a significant influence. Dining Service Quality (DINESERV) has a positive effect on Revisit Intention, because it has a probability value (0,019) < 0,05 which means there is a significant influence. Customer Satisfaction has a positive effect on Revisit Intention, because it has a probability value (0,000) < 0,05 which means there is a significant influence. The results of direct and indirect effect indicates that Customer Satisfaction variable is the intermediate variable that works partially, meaning that the variable of Dining Service Quality (DINESERV) directly have a significant effect to Revisit Intention without going to go through Customer Satisfaction. Variabel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari Dining Service Quality (DINESERV), Customer Satisfaction, dan Revisit Intention. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan D’COST Seafood Restaurant cabang Malang Town Square yang minimal berusia 18 tahun. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data dari 112 sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dining Service Quality (DINESERV) berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction, karena memiliki nilai probabilitas (0,000) < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Dining Service Quality (DINESERV) berpengaruh positif terhadap Revisit Intention, karena memiliki nilai probabilitas (0,019) < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Revisit Intention, karena memiliki nilai probabilitas (0,000) < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa variabel Customer Satisfaction merupakan variabel antara yang berfungsi secara parsial, artinya variabel Dining Service Quality (DINESERV) secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention tanpa harus melalui Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

The objective of research is to explain the application of raw material purchasing and cash disbursement system contained in PT. Otsuka Indonesia has been supported with adequate internal control or not. Purchasing accounting system is one part of accounting system used in the company to make all purchases of raw materials. The purpose of purchase is used as a procurement of raw materials for the production process that will serve as the finished product. Implementation of the purchasing system is closely related to cash disbursement because any occurrence of a purchase transaction will result in a cash outflow system. Every system in the company requires internal controls to maintain the accuracy of the data generated and protect the company's wealth. This research uses descriptive type with qualitative approach. Data are sourced from primary and secondary data and collected through interviews and documentation that have been tested for validity using triangulation. The result of his research shows that the system of raw material purchase and cash expenditure in an effort to improve internal control is good enough but still has some weaknesses that still occur the functionality, not complete the document, and the application of its control is still inadequate. The company needs to improve on the system it is running by separating functions according to its tasks and responsibilities, completing the documents for the provider of audit trail information, as well as improving its control to be more adequate. АBSTRАK Penelitiаn ini bertujuаn untuk menjelаskаn penerаpаn sistem pembeliаn bаhаn bаku dаn pengeluаrаn kаs yаng terdаpаt pаdа PT. Otsukа Indonesiа telаh didukung dengаn pengendаliаn internаl yаng telаh memаdаi аtаu belum Sistem аkuntаnsi pembeliаn merupаkаn sаlаh sаtu bаgiаn sistem аkuntаnsi yаng digunаkаn pаdа perusаhааn untuk melаkukаn semuа pembeliаn bаhаn bаku. Tujuаn pembeliаn digunаkаn sebаgаi pengаdааn bаhаn bаku untuk proses produksi yаng аkаn dijаdikаn sebаgаi produk jаdi. Pelаksаnааn sistem pembeliаn sаngаt berkаitаn dengаn pengeluаrаn kаs kаrenа setiаp terjаdinyа trаnsаksi pembeliаn аkаn menimbulkаn sistem pengeluаrаn kаs. Setiаp sistem pаdа perusаhааn membutuhkаn pengendаliаn internаl untuk menjаgа keаkurаtаn dаtа-dаtа yаng dihаsilkаn dаn melindungi kekаyааn perusаhааn. Penelitiаn ini menggunаkаn jenis deskriptif dengаn pendekаtаn kuаlitаtif. Dаtа bersumber dаri dаtа primer dаn sekunder sertа mengumpulkаn melаlui wаwаncаrа dаn dokumentаsi yаng telаh diuji keаbsаhаnnyа menggunаkаn triаngulаsi. Hаsil penelitiаnnyа menunjukkаn sistem pembeliаn bаhаn bаku dаn pengeluаrаn kаs dаlаm upаyа meningkаtkаn pengendаliаn internаlnyа sudаh cukup bаik nаmun mаsih memiliki beberаpа kelemаhаn yаitu mаsih terjаdi perаngkаpаn fungsi, tidаk lengkаpnyа dokumen, dаn penerаpаn pengendаliаnnyа mаsih belum memаdаi. Perusаhааn perlu memperbаiki sistem yаng dijаlаnkаnnyа selаmа ini dengаn memisаhkаn fungsi sesuаi tugаs dаn tаnggung jаwаbnyа, melengkаpi dokumen untuk penyediа informаsi jejаk аudit, sertа memperbаiki pengendаliаnnyа supаyа lebih memаdаi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the efficiency of working capital management by cosmetics sub-sector companies and households listed in the stock exchange indonesia period 2014-2016 and know the relationship of working capital management with profitability cosmetics sub-sector companies and households listed on the stock exchange indonesia period 2014-2016. The type of research used is descriptive research. The data used are financial statements derived from Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016.Based on the result of research, the working capital management at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk has been efficient. This can be seen from the cash turnover, inventory turnover, and turnover of receivables that are always above the average during the study period. Unlike the case with PT Akasha Wira International Tbk, PT Kino Indonesia Tbk, PT Martina Berto Tbk, PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk, and PT Mustika Ratu Tbk can not be said to be efficient. It can be seen from the cash turnover (cash turnover), inventory turnover, and receivables turnover that is still below the average, so that the impact on the low level of profitability. Jenis penelitiаn yаng digunаkаn аdаlаh penelitiаn deskriptif. Dаtа yаng digunаkаn аdаlаh lаporаn keuаngаn yаng berаsаl dаri Bursа Efek Indonesiа Periode 2014-2016. Berdаsаrkаn hаsil penelitiаn, pengelolааn modаl kerjа pаdа PT Unilever Indonesiа Tbk selalu berada di atas rata-rata. Hаl tersebut didukung dengan nilai perputаrаn kаs (cаsh turnover), perputаrаn persediаааn (inventory turnover), dаn perputаrаn piutаng yаng selаlu berаdа di аtаs rаtа-rаtа selаmа periode penelitiаn. Berbedа hаlnyа dengаn PT Аkаshа Wirа Internаtionаl Tbk, PT Kino Indonesiа Tbk, PT Mаrtinа Berto Tbk, PT Mаndom Indonesiа Tbk, dаn PT Mustikа Rаtu Tbk yаng masih berada di bawah rata-rata. Abstract

The type of research used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this research is PT Petrokimia Gresik employees of 3,064 people. The sample in this study was 97 people based on Slovin formula calculation. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling by taking samples from each part in PT Petrokimia Gresik. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis by using path path analysis with t test as hypothesis testing.The conclusion from the result of the research that has been done shows that the individual characteristics significantlyinfluence employee work motivation with significance value of 0,022, job characteristic significantlyinfluence employee work motivation with significance value 0,000, employee work motivation significantly influence employee performance with significance value 0.000, the individual characteristics significantly influence employee performance with significance value of 0.006, and job characteristics significantly influence employee performance with  significance value of 0.000. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Petrokimia Gresik sebesar 3.064 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumah 97 orang yang berdasarkan pada perhitungan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis jalur path (path analysis) denga uji t sebagai pengujian hipotesis. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan karakteristik individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,022, karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, motivasi kerja karyawan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, karakteristik individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006, dan karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. This research aims to analyzed and explained the impact of Perceived Benefits of Loyalty Programs (X) on Purchase Intention (Y) partially or simultaneously on Customers of Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square in Malang. Independent variables in this research are Utilitarian Benefits (X1), Hedonic Benefits (X2), and Symbolic Benefits (X3). Dependent variable in this research is Customers Purchase Intention (Y). This research used an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used questionnaire with total samples of 116 respondent of customers whom joined Loyalty Programs Matahari Rewards – OVO that were visiting Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square in Malang. This research used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis consisting of classical assumption test and multiple linier regression analysis. Abstract

The purpose of this research is for explain influence of external debt to Gross Domestic Product, the influence of external debt to Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, the influence inflation to Gross Domestic Product, the influence of inflation to Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, the influence of Foreign Direct Investment to Gross Domestic Product, the influence of Foreign Direct Investment to Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, and the influence of Gross Domestic Product to Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. This research used explanatory research with quantitative approach, used path analysis models with  SPSS 22. The result of this research is indicated there is nothing significant influence external debt to Gross Domestic Product but  there is significant influence external debt to Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, inflation has nothing indicated significant influence to Gross Domestic Product and also Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, Foreign Direct Investment has indicated there is significant influence to Gross Domestic Product but nothing indicated significant influence to Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, this reseacrh also indicated there is significant influence Gross Domestic Product to Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Abstract

This research based on the importance of Human Resource Management to improve the performance of employees who may be affected by a Learning Orientation and Organizational Commitment. This research was conducted at Bank X BUMN Branch of Brawijaya Malang where is ranked four of the top ten largest banking assets in Indonesia on 2017 and have opportunities to potential clients in the city of Malang, so companies need to be able to improve the Employee Performance in order to compete with competitors. This research aims to know and explain whether there is a partial influence between Learning Orientation on Employee Performance, and Organization Commitment on Employee Performance, and simultaneously influence between Learning Orientation and Organization Commitment on Employee Performance. This research is quantitative research and the research type is explanatory research. The number of samples in this study was 55 persons of permanent employees in Bank X BUMN Branch of Brawijaya Malang with purposive sampling technique. Collecting data method on this research using questionnaires. The measurement scale in this research is Likert scale. This research using descriptive statistics analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with a classic assumption test. Data on this research is processed using SPSS 23 for Windows. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank X BUMN Cabang Brawijaya Malang di mana berada pada peringkat ke empat dari sepuluh besar total aset perbankan terbesar di Indonesia tahun 2017 dan memiliki peluang nasabah potensial di kota Malang sehingga perusahaan perlu untuk dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan agar dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan apakah ada pengaruh secara parsial antara Learning Orientation terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh secara simultan antara Learning Orientation dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 55 orang karyawan tetap Bank X BUMN Cabang Brawijaya Malang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik.
