Abstract

Information technology has an important role in the business world. However, there are still companies that have not utilized information technology. PT. X is a construction company that still does all the work manually. This resulted in the emergence of problems in the company, among others: in obtaining information it takes longer time because the data contained in the company has not been integrated. Then, the possibility of problems from negligence committed by employees, such as there is data that is forgotten to be entered into the recording of company data. The Enterprise Resource Planning program was created to try to overcome the problems that occurred at PT. X. For that the platform chosen is Odoo because it has many advantages such as easy to configure and customize the module. To overcome the problems that exist in the company, a Critical Path Method (CPM) function is made to support the company's business processes in project management. To measure the success of the Odoo ERP program implementation, user satisfaction analysis was carried out using the Doll and Torkzadeh (1998) method. From the analysis of the implementation of the Odoo ERP program in the company, it can be concluded that the Odoo ERP program has a good impact on meeting company needs properly and quickly.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face learning has certain conditions so that the health of both teachers and students remains healthy. One way of prevention at Petra Christian University (PCU) is to check the temperature when entering the campus area. However, manually checking the temperature and looking at the campus access permit made several students or lecturers queue because the security had not finished seeing the campus access permit or checking the temperature of the first visitor who came.For this reason, if there is a program that is able to recognize students and check student temperatures, it will help to expedite the checking process at PCU. The author tries to implement a thermal camera and RFID scanner on a raspberry pi 3 mini computer to be used as a tool that can recognize students through the student identity card and to check student temperatures. In addition, data from checking can be stored in the database to view the records according to the checking information obtained.The results of the system test show that the implementation of the thermal camera and RFID scanner is able to read student identity card and check student temperatures. However, when checking the temperature, the camera has problems when several objects are caught on the screen. Such as the presence of other person or other object such as student’s carrying items that contain hot temperatures. This causes the system to record the temperature of the object that has the hottest temperature in front of the camera screen, this can cause information errors in the checking process.

Abstract

The convenience of shopping online has resulted in the development of online business trends making content and publication consistency very important to attract consumers’ attention. Color selection is an important process in content creation. However, not everyone can choose the right colors, create interesting content, and have the time to create content and organize its publication. Li's research uses Generative Adversial Networks to help design’s layout. But these elements are not provided by the application, so user still need to design themselves. To answer this problem, a content maker application was developed.K-Means Clustering is used to get the most dominant color from an image and Euclidean Distance calculates the closest color distance from the user's image with various design templates available. The additional feature of Scheduled Post addresses the problem of limited time for content publication.K-means color segmentation of 20 images with 1 or 2 dominant colors obtains 90% accuracy. Five PCU VCD lecturers rated the accuracy of selected template design color nuances 76%. Making content using thesis application is 56.18% faster than using similar application. Result of content maker design compared to other designs won 1st place with voting score of 46.66%.

Abstract

PT Bina Megah Indowood (BMI) is a company that provides high quality solid wood floors, with a choice of thicknesses to meet various needs. PT. BMI itself has several warehouse divisions with different functions. However, with such a large warehouse area, the obstacles often experienced by companies are still minimal use of information technology, such as for example manual data processing, and errors in recording, and as a result the recording process by PPIC is disrupted and the company's business processes are a little late.With this background, it will be done to find a solution by designing an inventory information system at PT. Bina Megah Indowood. With the application of information technology, it is hoped that PT Bina Megah Indowood can correct errors that often occur in the field, shorten existing data processing, so as to improve labor efficiency and minimize data input errors that occur in the field.The test results on the manufacture of the Inventory Control and Monitoring system at PT. Bina Megah Indowood show that the system can perform data calculations correctly. So that the data obtained can meet precise and controlled calculations and can reduce errors that occur in the field. Testing for reports from inventory control is also successful, as evidenced by the resulting reports that can calculate all the stock owned by each warehouse properly and accurately. This is useful so that the company will no longer have trouble seeing and monitoring the stock they have.

Abstract

The nervous system or system is one of the smallest parts of the organs in the body, but its the most complex part. The Central Nervous System, namely brain (encephalon) and spinal cord, is the center of integration and control of all body activities so that will be very dangerous if our nervous system has problems, given that death can occur due to nervous system problems. Minimal knowledge and information make it impossible to know which disease that the nervous system is suffering from. Therefore, we need an expert who is skilled on nervous system diseases and their prevention.Based on the facts above, this final project can help us to diagnose central nervous system diseases and anticipate if someone have the disease. This application is made based on web base (PHP) and using XAMPP as MYSQL database server. In this expert system the user will choose the disease they want to diagnose first. Then, the user answers several questions related to the existing symptoms. After the user answers all the questions, the results of the diagnosis will appear along with the level of confidence and solutions that can help anticipate the disease.
