Abstract

Management of Human Resource Development affects all of many aspects to determine the success of an organizations work. This research is intended to provide a decision support for Human Resources Development in terms of promotion. Determining a candidate for promotion takes a long time and requires an objective and transparent perspective. Filtering a candidate using a mixed system, a filtering system based on the administrative and personal assessment, is considered not objective. It will lead to subjective result since interview is used for conducting personal assessment.An application to select the candidate is important to be made in order to overcome the problem. The objective of the application is to assist the management in giving assessment, analyzing, formulating, and making decision. The output is a system for assessing the performance of the employee in term of promotion in an organization.The application will result an easier and more objective assessment in assisting the management to filter an employee to be promoted. A very useful information for all the people, and valueless moreover, in an institution and company.Through the information quickly and correctly to facilitate a lot of things wothy to gain information needed, for example businessman, the shops, enterpreneurs, restaurants, private education institutions as well as the country. Abstract

Investments are placement of funds at this time of the financial assets and real in the hope to earn profits in the future, in return for the time and risks related to these investments. One means is to invest through the capital market. The capital market is a meeting place between parties who have surplus funds to those who need the funds by way of trade in securities. And one of the instruments in the capital markets are trading the stock.Stock is proof of ownership of the assets of the company that issued the stock. As one of the means of investment, stock investment also contains a risk. And to deal with the risk, then an investor needs to do stock analysis to help make decisions to buy or sell sharesOne analysis that can be used is technical analysis. Technical analysis is a method to predict stock price movements and predict market trends in the future by studying the stock price charts and trading volume. One method that can be used in technical analysis is a method of Bollinger.Bollinger is one of the methods of volatility indicators commonly used to see market forces as seen from price fluctuations within a certain time period. A market is said to have a high volatility if the movement takes place up and down sharply or very volatile, where there is a large difference between the highest and lowest prices. Bollinger Bands are early indicators that can not be used as an indicator of action, should be used in conjunction with other indicators such as RSI.In the use of Bollinger method, the data used is the stock price within a certain time period. In this study , which used be the object of study is three mining companies whose shares are listed as LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period August 1, 2012 until July 31, 2013 . Abstract

Library Information Systems is a computer application that serves to process data library books. Includes data collection members, registration books, number books, authors, publishers, book classification, and shelves. The purpose of this research is the realization of an information system that is able to help officers determine a collection of books, the status of the book, any book ever borrowed by members, and to know that there are graphs borrowing at library Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Jawa Timur (BPTP Jatim) in the not old.The data used for the realization of this system get through direct interviews to officers BPTP Jatim libraries. For the method of analysis and design of information systems using the ERD and UML data model as a process model. As well as using the PHP programming language and MySQL database in the making of the program.Once the system is implemented in BPTP Jatim, officials initially had difficulty in knowing a collection of books, the status of the book, any book ever borrowed members, and helped monitor the loan now. Officers no longer need to open the old files to find out what books ever borrowed members. Officers could find out through this information system. Besides lending officers can also monitor the status of the book, members who frequent borrowing, any book that is often borrowed by the chart provided. Abstract

Grade of estimation credit is process to estimate achievement of lecture which is taken from activity which done based on orientation grade of estimate credit functional position of lecture.STMIK PPKIA PRADNYA PARAMITA MALANG is university in area Technology Information, but in that institute doesn’t has information system which available submission increment functional position of lecture. So divicy which handle that personel division administration often difficulty to arrange and manage data submission increment functional position of lecture, so that prove with still often finded late in aggregation grade of estimation of lecture and hard which experience personal division to search file submission increment functional position of lecture.Goal from this research is a plan of information system which can handle data documentation submission increment functional position of lecture and search of data lecture which submit increment functional position of lecture so to hope this information system become one of the way to personal division to arrange and manage data functional position of lecture. Key Words:  Information System, functional position of lecture, personal Division of lecture.

Abstract

Alumni tracking information system applications is one of the alumni of information search source on line by using a database. With 4 menu options that must be filled to the database are: personal history, educational history, employment history, and suggestions or questionnaires, also provide joint chat as a medium of communication between fellow alumni on this web system. The software used in these applications include the operating system the web server, database server, and web programming. For the Windows operating system in use, for use apache web server, to the database servers in use MySQL, and PHP web programming is used, then use the application to display the browser Internet Explorer, Opera, or other web browser.The purpose of this research is to design and create application programs that can facilitate the academic community in obtaining information about tracing graduates / alumni of the search-based website.Outcomes of this study are expected to form an alumni tracking design of new systems with facilities that support both the needs of the campus as well as to support the needs of the alumni themselves, from Alumni Search program, there are several options page, among others: the Home page, Registration page, Contact page, the page news archives and also a control panel where there are pages and pages Searching Event. Keywords: Search Alumni, Database, PHP, MySQL, Web

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which companies that have the gold, green and blue in a report based on data PROPER activities undertaken as a manifestation of CSR in their annual reports (both financial and non-financial). In addition, to determine the application of CSR reporting costs incurred by companies rated gold, green and blue that reflects green accounting. Researchers took a sample twentieth firms from data released by the PROPER. Because this program is intended to encourage companies to adhere to environmental regulations through the principles of sustainable development in the process of production and services with an environmental management system, 3R, energy efficiency, resource conservation da ethical business conduct and responsibility toward society. Green accounting is an accounting environment describes an attempt to combine the environmental benefits and costs into economic decision making. The results showed that  the twentieth companies were sampled in the study based on data reported PROPER still quite diverse social activities. Some are included in the notes to the financial statements are included in general and administrative expenses and reporting into the account "repairs and maintenance" account "other" account or log in "public relations" But there is also considerable detail in the reporting of social activities and environment in each assessment component PROPER explanation. Still reporting version of the diversity of their respective companies strongly agree with the author of previous researchers that the importance of efforts to improve the implementation of environmental accounting in which the involvement of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) to develop guidelines for Sustainability Reporting and requires the application of existing reporting guidelines so that the objectives of the Green Accounting will be realized. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability Report, Green Accounting

Abstract

This study was conducted to facilitate the customer gets the information about the calculation of electricity bill quickly and easily. The purpose of this study was the realization Electricity Calculation System Application Using PHP. The research used of data collection method and basic calculation methods PLN. Applications to be built is a web-based using php and mysql. The results show that the system electricity consumption calculations can be applied perfectly. This application can be used to determine the cost of postpaid electricity consumption calculation based on the number of  KWH, and prepaid electricity consumption based on the amount of money deposited. The results of this research is the establishment of electricity consumption calculation system applications web based. Keywords: php, mysql, calculation process, simulation
