Abstract

The capital market has been provided with abundant information available to the investor. Information represents a fundamental demand to the investor in the decision making. The published information will convince the investors. In this study, the parameteres used to measure the perfomance of company based on financial statments is earning, book value of equity, and total cash flow. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of variable Earning, Book Value of Equity and Total Cash Flow on Stock Price, using a quantitative approach with the method of Regression Analysis Regression. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that has a profit during the study period 2006-2012. The number of population are 52 companies that are observed within 7 years, in order to obtain a total of 364 observations. The results shows that the earning variables provide information and useful in the assessment of the securities, the larger an enterprise earning, then there is the trend of the higher stock prices, while the book value equity variable has a negative effect on stock prices. If the book value of equity increases, then the stock price will decrease. Investors do not use the equity book value as information that needs to be considered in decisions to invest when the company's activity gain a profit. Variable total cash flow has a positive effect on stock prices. If the higher total cash flow will increase the stock price, then it means that the total increase in cash flow will be followed by a rise in stock prices.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see more about the MSME Cluster of Tempe Chips in Sanan Malang. The method uses descriptive qualitative to describe more detail about MSME Cluster of Tempe Chips. The survey results reveal that MSME Cluster of Tempe Chips in Sanan is an active cluster. There are internal and external obstacles in the development of the cluster and the authors recommend development strategies as follows: 1) establish community entrepreneurs tempe chips; 2) the development of business scale; 3) increase the governmental support.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction ofnurses and midwives to organizational commitment in Hasta Brata Bhayangkara Hospital Batu Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach using descriptive analytic survey with cross sectional study, with 37 respondents contract nurses and midwives in the Bhayangkara Hospital Hasta Brata Batu. The research instrument uses PSQ (Pay Satisfaction Questionnaire) on variable compensation, MSQ (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionare) on job satisfaction variables, and OCS (Organizational Commitment Scale) on the variable organizational commitment. Data analysis is using path analysis. The results show that compensation has siqnifikan effet either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction on organizational commitment of nurses and midwives in hospitals Bhayangkara Hasta Brata Batu Malang.

Abstract

Forest is place of living for many plants and animals. Moreover, forest is the ecosystem support for living creature which directly live at the forest and surround it. Forest is vulenarable resources to be exploited because generally in the forest is contained so many resources that have high economic value such as mineral. One of the areas that have a large forest in Jambi Province is TNKS. In fact, there are still illegal logging in TNKS that have been done by the people. If this issue happens continuously, it will make the forest in TNKS area damage and will affected the people's life. Beside, the population's demand and economy factors cause the forest becomes agricultural lands. In long terms, this condition will make the function of the forest as vegetation reduces as a result of clearing. Based on this condition, the study on the forest sustainable management of TNKS is necessary. This study aims to know how the forest sustainable management of TNKS is using the AHP method. The result shows that the most priority strategy that have to be concern is the law sanction based on the rules

Abstract

Yoghurt is a dairy product that currently being developed. It can be proven by many options of yogurt product competes each other, therefore yoghurt producer has to know consumers'desires and needs. This study aims to identify the characteristics of consumer, identify buying decision process of consumer, analyze preferences and segmentation of consumer based on attribute importance weights. The research methods are using descriptive analysis, conjoint analysis, and cluster analyzes. The examined attributes are flavor,packaging, pricing, and volume/content of yoghurt. The result shows that flavor is the most important on yoghurt. While the most preferred combination by consumer is strawberry flavors, plastic bottle packaging, price Rp 7.000 - Rp 9.000 and volume 200-250 ml. The research resulted in two clusters based on attributes importance weights.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to see inventory control related to cost efficiency in Kandatel Ambon. Thus, Kandatel Ambon serve as theresearch object and data source in order to support this study. The data analysis uses to analyze inventory control related to cost efficiency, therefor it uses forecasting analyzer, Economic order quantity, reorder point and reorder cycle. The result shows that by using economic order quantity, there will be cost savings Rp. 555 534 556 by booking back 3 times. The lead of Kandatel Ambon needs to use a calculation method economically and not depend on instinct or forecasting. Therefore, the availability of droop wire does not accumulate or otherwise reduce in the warehouse.

Abstract

Environment conditions in Indonesia is degraded due to the operations of PTPertamina (Persero) which runs their corporate social responsibility on environmental field aspects as a form of corporate responsibility towards the environment and the community. An education program of environmental empowering that has been running is Green Act'. The program was intended for 12 high schools (period I in 2010) and 19 high schools (period II 2011/2012). The purpose of this study is to evaluate that program. This study took place at two high schools in Jakarta and Bekasi cities. The study was started from October 2013 to March 2014. The method used was the analysis of the Input-Process-Impact and Participatory CSR analysis. The evaluation shows that the implementation of ˜Green Act'program is categorised as successfull after going through the process of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, which involved the participation of stakeholders and the role of the facilitator.

Abstract

The employee performance is a major factor for the organization in achieving organizational goals. There are several factors that affect employee performance improvement such as through training, qualification and competence. With training, qualification and competence of employees is expected to increase the knowledge, expertise, skills and attitudes to be able to carry out duties in a professional position with based on personality and ethics in officials in accordance with the needs of agencies in carrying out the tasks given to him. This research aimed to determine: (1) to analyze the role of training on the perfprmance Bbsdlp Cimanggu Bogor, (2) to analyze the role qualification on the performance Bbsdlp Cimanggu Bogor, (3) to analyze the role of competence on the performance Bbsdlp Cimanggu Bogor, (4) to analyze the role of Training, qualification and competence on The performance BBSDLP Cimanggu Bogor. This Research using two types of data is primary and secondary, while the research methode involves two variabel is: The Independent variabel (training,qualification and competence), and the dependen (employee performance). The Population size is taken as 75 samples. This analysis using the multiple linear regression analysis. This research conclude: training, qualification, competence and simultaneously positive and significant impact on the performance Bbsdlp Cimanggu Bogor,is evident from the results of calculation of that t is highest than ttable .

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest population in Southeast Asia. This condition causes Indonesia becomes the biggest and the prospective market among other countries. The Enforcement of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in late 2015 caused a major impact on the Indonesian economy, especially among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It is causes the reduces of tariff cost of imported product resulting in the increasing number of foreign products into the domestic market. Imported products are known to have quality and better competitiveness than those domestic SMEs such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Philippine. Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the application of Knowledge Management and HRM on Employee Performance PT Telkom Tbk. The data collected from questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents. Then, the data analyzed using the Path Analysis.Partial test results on the effect of Knowledge Management application on employees'performance amounted to 31.20%, it means that for 31.20%, the changing of employees'performance in Human Capital Management unit of PT Telkom Tbk. can be explained by the knowledge management aplication. The magnitude of the effect on the Human Resources Development on employees'performance is 33.37%, it means that for 33.37%, the changing employees'performance in Human Capital Management unit of PT Telkom Tbk. can be explained by the Human Resource Development. In the other hand, the results of simultaneous testing on the effect of Knowledge Management application and Development of Human Resources on employees'performance amounted to 64.57%. This means that 64.57% the changing of employees'performance in the Human Capital Management PT Telkom Tbk.can be explained by the variable on Knowledge Management aplication and Human Resource Development, while the remaining 37.0% is influenced by other factors
