<![CDATA[Latar Belakang: Kanker payudara adalah salah satu kanker yang paling umum terjadi pada wanita di seluruh dunia, terhitung sekitar 570.000 kematian pada tahun 2015. Perlu untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri sehingga dapat memberikan masukan kepada pihak yang terkait terkait penyuluhan tentang SADARI. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI). Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 101 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan remaja putri tentang SADARI. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 30 (29.4%) orang memiliki pengetahuan cukup, 71 orang (69.6%) memiliki pengetahuan baik. Kesimpulan: pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) bervariasi antara baik dan cukup, sehingga perlu peran perawat dan pihak sekolah untuk bekerjasama memberikan edukasi, dukungan dan motivasi. Kata Kunci: pengatahuan, remaja putri, SADARI Introduction: Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in women worldwide, accounting for around 570,000 deaths in 2015. It is necessary to know and evaluate the knowledge of young women about breast self-examination so that they can provide input to related parties regarding counseling about BSE. Objective: This study aims to provide an overview of the knowledge of young women about breast self-examination (BSE). Methods: The research design used is a descriptive design. The number of samples is 101 people. The sampling method used is total sampling. The research instrument used was a female adolescent knowledge questionnaire about BSE. Results: The results showed 30 (29.4%) people had sufficient knowledge, 71 people (69.6%) had good knowledge. Conclusion: knowledge of young women about breast self-examination (BSE) varies between good and sufficient, so it is necessary for nurses and schools to work together to provide education, support and motivation. <![CDATA[ABSTRAK Hospitalisasi merupakan salah satu penyebab kecemasan pada anak usia sekolah. Umumnya terjadi peningkatan cemas pada anak akibat proses penyembuhan dan treatmen yang dijalani oleh anak. Salah satu yang didapat diberikan untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada anak usia sekolah adalah biblioterapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh biblioterapi terhadap tingkat kecemasan akibat hospitalisasi pada anak usia sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre eksperimen one group pre-test and post-test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi biblioterapi dimana mean tingkat kecemasan sebelum adalah 3.95 dan setelah diberikan intervensi menjadi 1.28. Hasil uji statistic dengan paired sample t test didapat nilai p = 0,000 dengan CI 95% yang artinya ada pengaruh biblioterapi terhadap tingkat kecemasan anak di RS Annisa Tangerang. Oleh karena itu, pemberian biblioterapi direkomendasikan untuk diberikan pada anak usia sekolah yang sedang menjalani hospitalisasi. Kata kunci: Biblioterapi, kecemasan, hospitalisasi, anak usia sekolah Abstract Hospitalization can cause anxiety in school-age children. Children become increasingly anxious and this affects the healing process. For children who are hospitalized, to eliminate anxiety can be done using books as a therapeutic medium which is also called bibliotherapy. The research aims to identify the effect of bibliotherapy on anxiety levels of the effect of hospitalization on school-age children. This research is a quantitative study with a research design using the Pre-Experiment method and the research design used is a one group pre-test and post-test design with a sample of 39 respondents. The results showed the level of anxiety pre-test and post-test conducted biblioterapim intervention can be known that (mean) average level of anxiety before (pre-test) given bibliotherapy intervention of 3.95 (mean) average level of anxiety after (post -test) given biblioterpi intervention of 1.28. Hypothesis test results Paired Simple T-Test at a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05 indicates that the value of p value= 0,000) p value <α, ie 0,000 <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Hₐ is accepted which indicates that there is an influence bibliotherapy on the anxiety level of the effect of hospitalization on school-age children in Tangerang an-nisa hospital in 2019. <![CDATA[Latar Belakang Masalah : Kolesterol banyak diderita oleh para lansia karena faktor usia yang semakin lama tubuh akan semakin malas untuk beraktivitas, sehingga kolesterol didalam tubuh akan menumpuk dihati, oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan gerak yang seimbang antara pola makan dan olahraga agar para lansia terhindar dari kolesterol berlebih. Tujuan : Mengetahui profil kadar kolesterol lansia setelah diberikan terapi senam ergonomik. Metode : Desain penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menggambarkan profil kolesterol total pada lansia yang menjalani senam ergonomik. Dalam studi kasus ini peneliti melakukan pemeriksaan kolesterol sebelum melakukan senam ergonomik pada hari pertama dan sesudah melakukan senam ergonomik pada hari kelima. Penerapan senam ergonomik ini dilakukan selama 3 kali dalam seminggu. Hasil : Terdapat penurunan kadar kolesterol pada informan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam ergonomik selama 3 kali dalam seminggu dengan rata-rata penurunan dari 3-10 mg/dl. Kesimpulan: Senam ergonomik dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai latihan fisik alternatif bagi lansia]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Traffic accidents are a public health problem that affects all sectors of life. accidents occur all the time and are for some age groups the single major cause of death. Evacuation is a process in which the placement of people from dangerous places to safer places to reduce health problems and the lives of vulnerable people. Methods: This study uses a literature review research type, which is a study in the form of a literature review using the results of previous research or textbooks or research journals. To obtain data in accordance with the topic, the researcher conducted a search for national and international-based journals on three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct using the keywords health education, victim evacuation, traffic accidents. Results: there is an effect of health education on handling the evacuation of victims and the initial action of traffic accidents. <![CDATA[Background: The behavior of adolescents is generally a period when adolescents want to be given the freedom to do whatever they want. The attitude of some Indonesian youths has assumed that smoking is a necessity that cannot be avoided and various other reasons make smoking a common thing. Parents' mistakes in implementing parenting styles can result in children acting as they please, not being able to control themselves, including smoking. Purpose: This research is to explain the relationship between parenting styles and adolescent smoking behavior. Methods: This study uses a type of literature review research, which is a study in the form of a literature review using the results of previous research or textbooks or research journals. To obtain data that is in accordance with the topic, the researcher conducted a national and international search for journals on two databases, namely Google Scholar and PubMed using the keywords parenting and adolescent smoking behavior, the researcher found 5 journals that matched the title of the researcher. Results: From a total of 5 journals, there was a relationship between parenting parents and smoking behavior in adolescents. Suggestion: Be more prepared regarding the availability of literature such as books, journals, and other literature so that in the process of working on a literature study you can discuss theory in depth. <![CDATA[Background: The increasing number of smokers in adolescents increases the risk of non-communicable diseases in adolescents, namely lung cancer, kidney cancer, cervical cancer and pregnancy disorders. Low knowledge can lead to ignorance due to smoking on the body. There are various methods used and the number of respondents varies with the results of 9 journals showing an increase in adolescent knowledge. Objective: namely to determine the influence of health education about the dangers of smoking on adolescent knowledge. Method: This type of research uses literature review research or theoretical review, namely by collecting journals or books and analyzing the results of the research. In order to obtain appropriate data, researchers searched National and International journals through 3 databases, namely Scopus, Google Scholar and Sage Journal with publication years 2010-2020 and researchers used 9 journals for literature review research. Results: Provision of health education increases adolescent knowledge about the dangers of smoking. <![CDATA[Background: Nurse interactions using therapeutic communication are generally more than half as good but patient satisfaction is still lacking. Communication applied by nurses greatly influences patient satisfaction, if nurses cannot communicate properly it will have an impact on patient dissatisfaction. Objective: literature review to determine nurse communication on patient satisfaction. Method: This research uses a literature review type. Search for articles published in national journals using the Google Scholar database using the keywords nurse communication, patient satisfaction. With journal provisions, namely from 2016-2020 and determining 6 journals that are in accordance with the topic of discussion of the literature review. Results: based on six literature reviews, the research results showed that most nurses had good communication with patients so that on average, patients were satisfied with nursecommunication. Based on the results of the research and discussion that was carried out, it was concluded that the communication carried out by the nurse was good enough so that the average patient was satisfied with the communication provided by the nurse. Suggestion: Nurses need to realize that communication is very important in improving the quality of nursing services, therefore nurses must further improve good communication with patients.]]>

<![CDATA[ntroduction : Work as a transport driver is one of the jobs that are at risk of developing hypertension. In transport drivers hypertension is one of the risk factors that cause accidents in transport drivers. Purpose: This study was to analyze articles related to the work of transport drivers with the incidence of hypertension. Methods: research using this type of researchliterature review namely a research in the form of a reviewliterature review using the results of previous research and textbooks or research journals. To obtain data that is in accordance with the research topic, a search for national and international-based journals is carried out in two databases, namelyScience Direct andGoogle Scholar by using the keywords increased blood pressure, transport drivers, high blood pressure. <![CDATA[Background: Sleep disturbance or insomnia is one of the most common disorders in the elderly. To overcome insomnia can be multiple ways a treatment such as in the form of non-pharmacological that is by using a provision of lavender aromatherapy. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of lavender aroma therapy on the sleep quality of the elderly. Methods: this study uses a type of literature review research using the results of previous research, textbooks or research journals. To obtain data that is in accordance with the topic of discussion the researcher conducts national and international-based journal searches on two databases PUBMED and google scholar using the keyword lavender aromatherapy, insomnia, elderly. The keywords used are listed in each journal title that is obtained with the provisions of the journal you are looking for, namely from 2016-2020 then the journals that can be selected and the researcher determine 6 journals that are in accordance with the topic of the literature review discussion. Results: Based on 6 literature reviews, the results of the study stated that there was an effect of giving lavender aromatherapy before going to bed on reducing sleep disorders in the elderly. With various interventions, namely by placing aromatherapy on a cotton ball, handkerchief, inhaling through steam. The duration of administration depends on the level of insomnia in the elderly. The average duration of administration is 30 minutes, while the duration of intervention is 5-21 days depending on the level of insomnia in the elderly. <![CDATA[Introduction: Premenopause is a matter that is feared and feared by every woman. Changes that occur during premenopause will cause decreased estrogen hormone production accompanied by psychological and physical complaints, which are characterized by irregular menstrual cycles with prolonged menstrual bleeding and many bleeding sizes accompanied by pain. Along with decreased organ function a woman will experience anxiety which will affect relations with her husband and social environment which results in a woman's self-confidence decreases. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine, examine and analyze articles relating to the Effects of Health Education on Knowledge and Attitudes of Premenopausal Mothers. The design used is Literature Review, articles are collected using search engines such as Science Direct, Pubmed, Google Scholar. Criteria for articles used are those published in 2016-2020. Keywords used in article search are health education, knowledge, attitudes, premenopausal women by getting 167 articles or journals and only 8 articles are used that are appropriate, through objective analysis, topic suitability, research methods used, and the results of each article. Results: There are effective results in the implementation of health education about knowledge and attitudes in premenopausal mothers.]]>
