Our State To Consider Most Important The Social Justice. That Represent The Declaration Of Independence. Social Justice Is For All Indonesian People. The Important Social Justice Is Re Ected At Implementation Of State Government Exertion, At Section 9 Of 1945 Constitution, Specifying Obligation Execute The Principle Of State Government Which “Genuinely Fair”. Though Practically, To Realize In The Section 34 Article 2 Fourth Amandemen From 1945 Constitution, That “State Develop The System Of Guarantee Social For All People And Powered Of Weak Society And Unable To As According To Human Prestige”, Not Yet Can Be Executed Perfectly. Hence Returning At Fth Principle Of Pancasila Which Writer Make The Article Title, Inspire The Mind Grow Several Questions. Where Is Spirit Of That Go ? Where Social Justice Meant ? Abstract

Culture corruption in Indonesia happened since the former kingdom until now. In 2010, Indonesia becoming a nation most corrupt in the Asia Paci c region. Corruption ourished in Indonesia because of politics and economic factors, and Javanese culture. Corruption is differentiated into grand corruption, state capture and petty corruption. In addition to the effect on economic growth and investment, corruption also weakens the ability of the Government in carrying out its development programs. Facing the impact of corruption that af ict people then appeared a various anti-corruption movement either come from the government or from society. Purpose of many efforts to ght against corruption is improving the welfare of people which also became national development goal

Abstract

Nowadays Japan has been known as one of the largest nancial contribution to the UN. Moreover, Japan has many times sent its military forces, Self Defence Forces (SDF) for some peace keeping mission under Peace Keeping Operation of the UN, either. In its situation, Japan feels it
is really unfair, because Japan has done some important contribution and role for the existence of UN operation, but poorly, Japan is not a member of Security Council Permanent Member with its ‘veto’ privilege yet. So that, Japan asks members of the UN to do some reformation which it means that Japan will be have an chance to be a Security Council Permanent Member . This article will explore what has Japan been done to achieve its ‘dream’ and how its chance will be.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the value relevance of accounting information book value per share and earnings per share information and intellectual capital . Intellectual capital is measured using value added intellectual coef cient models ( VAIC TM ) used by Ante Pulic. This study was performed using Ohlson models and VAIC TM as additional information in the model to test the value relevance of intellectual capital accounting information , as other information on the company’s stock price . Companies listed in the Stock Exchange ‘s banking industry classi cation in 2010 was as much as 30 company , in 2011 as many as 31 companies and in 2012 as many as 32 companies . Based on the criteria used in this study , the company was selected as a sample of 30 companies for 3 years . The results showed that the ef ciency of the components of intellectual capital in the form of physical and nancial capital has relevance value . The ef ciency of the components of intellectual capital in the form of human capital has a relevance value . The ef ciency of the components of intellectual capital in the form of structural capital has a relevance value

Abstract

Kos crisis center is a social derivative organization of PKK Movement Team of Municipal Government Yogyakarta to conduct a mediation between dorm members, dorm house owner (landlord), community members and the municipal government. KCC has the abilities to accumulate the dorm member, landlady, local communities and governments by using communication strategy that is easily understood by the stakeholders, therefore, in social encounter they can form the structure, system and social reproduction. The relation between dorm member, landlady, local communities and the government has been crystallized in a form of mutual empowerment and become a force that has contribution in preservation of status of Yogyakarta as a city of education, city tourism, town and city of cultural tolerance.

Abstract

Minyak adalah mesin untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi dan langkah dari pembangunan dunia dimana di abad yang lalu telah terbukti. Menggantungkan nasib pada minyak, bagaimanapun, akan mengatar kepada penghancuran pertumbuhan karena minyak bukanlah sumberdaya alam yang dapat diperbarui. Secara umum, makalah ini berusaha untuk menampilkan persoalan produksi dan konsumsi minyak Indonesia dimana persoalan minyak dapat dilihat sebagai persoalan kehabisan sumberdaya alam dengan Indonesia sebagai studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja keadilan lingkungan, makalah ini terutama memfokuskan pada bagaimana industri minyak berdampak pada keadaan lingkungan dan kehidupan sosial politik masyarakat.
