Abstract

Instagram now become one of the popular social media among teenagers this time. Teenagers use Instagram as a means to show self existence and social life. at age teenagers Is age where teenagers search for self identity. So that is Instagram become one of the media of teenagers distributing their creativity. The purpose of this research is explain the establishment of the identity virtual teenagers users instagram in the Cawas village through social media Instagram. The theory used is the theory Identity Manuel Castell, theory New Media and contruction identity. This study using a method of descriptive qualitative. The result of this study discovered that in upload photos on instagram teenagers have the concept that they were going to spend. Environmental influences around become one of the factors that affects of teenagers in forming the selft identity. One of indicator that shows existence of informan by the number of Like and Followers. The informants most inspired by the influencer in terms of fashion and to process photos. Most of the feeds instagram informants contains the photos of himself. Existence it is important for teenagers, especially in social media instagram. Teenagers will look at its existence, along with its existence in social media Instagram.

Abstract

United States is a new nation and its inhabitants plural because the citizens mostly descendants of immigrants from around the world and specifictly from Europe which is made various culture that has own. The various cultures made American citizen created the new value of culture that’s had they own featured. Culture Value’s they used for facing various issues and becomes guidance for every single decision. The Culture Value’s is known American Creed, which is transformed become idea politic. Liberalism is a central tenet of American citizens’ ideology about independence and individual rights. The values of capitalism, democracy, individualism, and egalitarianism in the important position. The Americans have a shared belief known as the American Creed. This paper aims to discuss the values of the American people which are part of the American creed. The results of this paper show that the values of the national beliefs have significant role for the unity of America. Political ideals that unite the American people can coexist with diversity in social values and cultural.

Abstract

The development of the Lava Tour Merapi tourism object is a special attraction for tourists, but in its management the regency tourism office faces obstacles from local residents who first managed the tourism object after the eruption of Mount Merapi in 2010. The research objective was to find the communication pattern of the Sleman Regency tourism office with local residents. tourism site. A qualitative approach, by conducting interviews, observation and data analysis. Groupthink Theory, which is a decision-making process that occurs in the manager of the Merapi Lava Tour and the Tourism Office. The results of this study indicate that the Tourism Office has maximally provided services, by not taking over tourism objects, instead the Tourism Office helps in collecting fees so that when there are things that are not desired, Jasa Raharja's insurance can apply when purchasing retribution tickets legally. The communication pattern carried out by the Tourism Office is indeed ineffective, because there is no clear flow between the Dinas and managers and community members.

Abstract

The internal conflict in Syria took place since March 23, 2011. The anti-government period held a large demonstration in Daraa, Syria. This demonstration started the internal conflict between the Syrian Government and the opposition. The opposition group is a community movement demanding the resignation of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. The role of the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) is needed to provide protection, and effective long-term solutions for Syrian refugees in Greece. Greece is the only gateway for Syrian refugees to enter European territory, after the Balkan countries and several other European countries shut down to accept refugees. Based on this background, this research found one problem formulation, namely how the role of UNHCR in dealing with Syrian refugees in Greece. In general, UNHCR has played a role in dealing with Syrian refugees in Greece, UNHCR carried out its role as; Instrument, by enforcing the 1951 UN Convention on refugees to member states; Arena, organizes various meetings and conferences to solve refugee problems; and Independent Actors namely meeting basic needs, clothing, food and shelter as well as refugee supervision. The role of UNHCR which can be seen to be very significant in overcoming the problem of Syrian refugees in Greece is as an independent actor which from the year of UNHCR's involvement directly in the field, provided an increase in the quality of life for Syrian refugees. While the UNHCR's obstacle was in upholding UNHCR member countries' compliance with the 1951 UN Convention.

Abstract

This journal discussing about the efforts of the Australian Human RightsCommission (AHRC) to reduce racial discrimination cases in Australia 2015-2018. The AHRC efforts was defined into five rules and procedures for resolving racial discrimination complaints. They are socialization or early warning, collecting complaints and investigation, fulfillment, continuation of legal actions, and public hearings. The Australia’s moment ratified the rules of the United Nations of Human Rights Commissioner (UNHRC), namely the CERD rules concerning the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination which sparked the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act could construct the formation of the AHRC in 1986. The principle of UNHRC is an organization known as regime which adopted in Australia in the form of AHRC. This journal aims to discuss, describe and find out the efforts of the Australian Human Rights Commission in reducing cases of racial discrimination in Australia 2015-2018. Explain the rules and procedures for resolving racial discrimination complaints received by the AHRC through five stages of resolution. Afterwards analyze whether the five rules and procedures implemented by the AHRC implemented optimally to reduce racial discrimination cases which happened in Australia in 2015-2018.

Abstract

The research aimed to know problems policy health on Purbalingga district; province Central Java. Health planners have been more effective largely because of a policy regionalizing responsibility for the public health pure delivery assurance systems. Several kinds of health service provider’s hospital recommended by government for pure society in Purbalingga district. The Government as certain the efficiency and effectiveness of health services in public actors, these goals and options which frame a actor government Purbalingga district, choice in the health sector, are complicated by agreement over the criteria that determinant which patients are getting too much for pure society to health care. The policy Implementation goals to minimize mortalities and Invalid body for pure society in Purbalingga and policy health goals and standards are reached.
