Abstract

The aim of this was to described the combat capability that can be achieved by the Soldiers of the Navy, training events that had been implemented to enhanced the combat capability of Navy Soldiers, and efforted to optimized the implementation of training to improved the combat capability of the Navy in Amphibious Ship Unit Soldiers Koarmatim. Based on the objectives to be achieved, so the research applied the naturalistic qualitative approach by using data collection method which involved: participant observation, in-depth interviews and document search. Technical Data analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques through three lanes of activities, include; reduction, data display and conclusion. The obtained fi ndings could be described as followed. First, Mastery of navy soldier combat capability of Eastern Fleet Command Amphibious Warship Unit Koarmatim demonstrated achievement of combat capability with sufficient skilled category. Second, The refinement of pattern, method and training organization . Third, in the implementation of training, there were still barriers.Keywords: Optimization, Training Implementation, Combat Capability

Abstract

The perception of young man to political party of participant of general election 2014 that political party had not committed function of political party well as according to its function. The function of the politics party which was not either done that was political communicative function, the function of political socialization or political education, the function of political recruitment, and function of conflict regulator. party mod system which multi party was considered that there were still too much the numbers. Vision and political party mission considered were not consistent with reality programme its activity. The quality of political cadre and party achievement seen that there were still minim in pushing refinement of public life. perception of implication Young man to political resilience of region in Banten affected at legitimation decline government, Government policy was not supported by young man, and political participation of low young man. The increasing of young man opinion at un-believe at law enforcement officer, political system of democracy was seen could not yet push political stability which either due then could be done procedurally did not touch substance of value of democracy. Abstract

The group of Wirausaha Pemuda was one of programs of Kementerian Pemuda and Olahraga to grew soul of enterpreneurship at young man and assisted alleviation unemployment. Factors which affected magnitude of Kelompok Wirausaha Pemuda (KWP)’s earnings was difference of capital help which was given, fish conducting experience, and fish death rate. average of contribution Earnings of fishery fish conducting business equal to 56%s and of result of revenue analysis by using UMK Kota Palangka Raya’s standard, number of members of group of KWP which entered categorizing poor and was not poor was proportional or equal namely 15 people or 50 %s. with existence of activity of fish conducting by using pool and also keramba could increase member of earnings group and fulfilled need to lived, and increases family economic resilience of member of KWP.Keywords: Income, The Group of Young Man Entrepreneurs, and Family Economic Resilience

Abstract

The role of young man in preservation Benjang’s folk art was assessed as fair which included five roles which were: the role of endowment, the role of owner, the role of doer, the role of innovative, and role of educative. Young man faced fi ve constraints in Benjang’s folk art preservation, that was first of lack of fund in developing Benjang’s folk art, second lack of government involvement in Benjang’s folk art development, third there was no involvement of academician side in Benjang’s management management and folk art show packaging, fourth lack of understanding of artistic aesthetics the Benjang’s actors, and fifth the entry of foreign culture in massif. Implication to cultural resilience of area: increasing cultural awareness and identity of area, change without trespassing cultural originality of area, and penetrating cultural warded of strangers foreigners which unmatched to area culture.Keywords: Benjang, Traditional Art, Cultural Resilience of Area

Abstract

The execution of PSP3’s program was realized correctly that was touching assorted of activity component in the public that was economics, education and social. The activity of program had the character of flexible accommodating with need there in the public. The execution of program PSP3 in the region of Dlingo District faced various constraints like geographical condition, language factor and cultural, lack of a reliable source of support from local local government, fi nancing element of management of program. Programme PSP3 in the Dlingo district was not able yet to increased economic resilience in the region, because was not able yet to increased entrepreneurship independence in Dlingo District.Keywords: PSP3 Program, Entrepreneurial Self-Reliance, Economic Resilience of Region
