Abstract

This paper explained the Koramil’s role as the frontline of the regional unity command and deserved special attention, due to the Koramil’s role as supporter and activator all over the regions to embodied the people’s defense. The qualitative data showed the Koramil in Bogor Regency encounter various obstacles in conducting their duties which made the lack of optimal services. These were due to the lack of transportation devices, communication devices, facilities and infrastructures, minimum budget support, and limited human resources and personnel.Keywords: Koramil, Establishment, and Regional Resilience.

Abstract

This paper explained the state sovereignty in globalization context, the qualitative data showed globalization practice paradox on economic resilience and Indonesia national security. The economic terms showed the ACTFA had weakened wealth values and state sovereignty. However globalization also had chances for a state to enhance its economic fortune with trading efficiency enhancement and global market extension. Economic cooperation especially in free trade regionalism would enhance the burgeoning position due the open cooperation of the global powers such as China with ACTFA. The security terms showed economic transformation into modern imperialism devices as the power activator and others pressure, which named as capitalist imperialism.Keywords: State Sovereignty, Regionalism, ACTFA, and Globalization.

Abstract

This paper explained the social conflict in Surakarta which showed in Christians and Muslims group conflict, residents’ conflict which brought into religious conflict, and often connected with security and order issues, and also the conflict of Javanese against Chinese and Arabic ethnic. The qualitative and quantitative data of this paper showed the conflict as covert social hatred which potentially developed into tense, and with the conflict trigger would create inter group violence. Therefore the socio-cultural development approach and socio-political intervention approach carried out by the Surakarta Local Government to built cross cutting affiliation and cross cutting loyalties among different identities had not yet maximum.Keywords: Social Conflict, Socio-cultural Development, Socio-Political Intervention, and Regional Resilience

Abstract

This paper explained the community’s role in PNPM Mandiri program related to the family economic resilience. The qualitative and quantitative data showed base on the income approach, PNPM Mandiri program implication was quite effective to enhanced the head of family’ income and not yet effective to fulfilled the family income per capita per day based on the UN standard, and also it had not yet optimal in all villages. The condition created different family economic resilience among the poor village with low family economic resilience and family economic resilience at the non-poor village. Based on the expense approach it showed PNPM Mandiri program had not yet showed similar effectiveness level at every village and not yet created similar family economic resilience in every village.Keywords: Community’s Participation, Village Family, PNPM Mandiri, and Family Economic Resilience.

Abstract

This paper explained the potential threat among the university student, internal and external threat. Internal threat showed of skepticism on Pancasila ideology which triggered the disappointment on the state, the external threat was the other side efforts to socialized other ideology with various ways to decreased nationalism. The qualitative and quantitative data showed there area strong supports on Pancasila ideology among the majority of university student. The personality establishment course at the university’s rule was supporting the ideology establishment effort; however there were some problems which related to its learning, as the monotone lecturer learning model and grading instrument which was not appropriate with the measured competence. The developed model strategy was a contra ideology with unique steps.Keywords: Nationalism, Pancasila Ideology, Learning Model, Citizenship Education, and University.
