Abstract

This paper explained the district’s role to fulfilled the rice’s need in the region. The quantitative data showed rice food resilience Bekasi and Bantargebang District had not yet fulfilled. The rice availability which came from the internal rice production source, Bekasi contribution (1.05%), and Bantargebang District (3.86%) was very low therefore the dependence on external rice production was very high (more than 96%) however the rice production source was only on the average Bekasi contribution (126.77%) and Bantargebang District (36.43%). However the distribution and access aspect of rice consumption had been well fulfilled. Bantargebang District’s role as the district with the largest paddy field had not yet given a meaningful contribution to the Bekasi internal rice production.Keywords: District’s Role, Rice Production, Food Resilience.

Abstract

This paper explained Kominda’s role its strategic value for the regional government to detected each potency, indication and event which would become regional threats and therefore the anticipation steps still be taken to eliminated its development. Kominda activities in performing it’s role due to its intelligence function consist of investigating, securing, and establishing. The qualitative data showed the Kominda’s obstacles were human resources, facilities and infrastructures, coordination and communication, and also budget.Keywords: Regional Intelligence Community, Regional Government, and Regional Resilience.

Abstract

This paper explained Indonesia policy and strategy defense’s with the South China Sea conflict case study. The data qualitative showed Indonesia defense’s policy and strategy to anticipated South China Sea conflict had not yet well formulated. The defense’s policy and strategy had not yet in the same direction as the foreign country’s policy which gave special attention to the Southeast Asia region’s dynamic, including South China Sea. Therefore the present defense’ strategy and policy had not yet given attention to the South China Sea conflict dynamic. Indonesia defense’s policy and strategy now considered South China Sea’s conflict able to solved with soft power and do not anticipate the hard power use which would affect the Indonesia’s national need.Keywords: Policy, Strategy, Indonesia’s Defense, Confl ict, South China Sea.

Abstract

This paper explained the TNI program conduct in village’s building. The qualitative data showed TMMD’s target consisted of physical and additional target and also the non-physical target had been achieved. The TMMD Program conduct’s effectiveness had positive effect on regional resilience. It showed that TMMD Program able to enhanced the unity and unifi cation in the community and able to grew the decreasing togetherness. Therefore the program would be able to strengthened and enhanced the integrated of the TNI and people which would be enhance the people’s wealth, and also strengthened the unifi cation of the TNI and people to supported national’s defense.Keywords: TNI, TMMD, Village’s Building, and Regional Resilience.

Abstract

This paper explained the interreligious figure’s role to prevented religious radicalism. Religious radicalism had become a nonstop topic for more than a decade since the 1998 reform era. The flaring radical action in Surakarta was a threat’s form of radicalism movement. The qualitative data showed there was global politic constellation factor, indifference factor, and ideological factor, economic and psychological factor. Two dominant factors of those five factors were ideological and indifference factor. There was also role model strategy of the interreligious figure. Implication of the role was the establishment of the interreligious communication net, providing knowledge modal and the skill for the community especially in the area subject of confl ict and the establishment of good relation of all the related elements.Keywords: Leader of Cross Religions, Movement of Radicalism, Regional Resilience.
