Abstract

Curriculum model was highly affected the Military Academy education’s output competence and quality. The curriculum design had significant effect on unit resilience on the Military academy internal level. The curriculum modification was highly needed although procedural provisions had to be attended. The purpose of this research was to discover the implication of education curriculum modification of cadets’ education system on cadets’ quality achievement to supported the unit resilience. The curriculum needed to be re-evaluated due to the material, activities and the implication which was conducted with interview technique and observation. The collected data was analyzed and presented in a paper. Military material should be more focused on education special character with defense contextual character, the cadets’ intense activities has to be re-evaluated. Therefore each unit needed to awared and committed on the perception of the limited psychic and physic of the cadets.Keywords: Curriculum, Quality, Unit Resilience

Abstract

The Solo terrorism network was affected by the Darul Islam which had mutated into radical Islam groups and then into new terrorist group. The main reason was new political motive with religious cover and supported with other factors. The purpose of this research was to discovered the origin, extend, and cause of the terrorism establishment and to discover the Indonesia’s terrorism. The object of this research was Solo terrorism network as the biggest terrorist network in Indonesia with connection to various countries, and also all Indonesia terrorism related to this network. This research was conducted with in depth interview on the terrorist victims, agency, and former sect member who considered as terrorist. It showed that the Solo new group network was more amateur than the older one even though the ideology was similar. The Solo terrorism actions had affected the regional security especially the ideology, politics, economic, social and human security. Terrorism prevention in Solo had caught and dismantle Solo new terrorism network although with various flaws that needed to be fixed. The effective terrorism prevention strategies were law enforcement, prevention, deradicalization, and disengagement which had to well organized and shared together.Keywords: Solo Terrorist Network, Regional Security, Prevention Strategy

Abstract

There was positive and signifi cant effect of the community rejection attitude on the existence of Dolly prostitution localization and the rampant online prostitution on social network facebook with the high Surabaya social culture resilience. This purpose of this paper was discovering the community’s attitude on Dolly prostitution localization existence and on the rampant online prostitution on social network facebook in Surabaya and also discovering the effect of community’s attitude on Dolly prostitution localization existence and on the rampant online prostitution on social network facebook in Surabaya on Surabaya’s social culture resilience. The research was conducted with the survey method, the sampling was with questionnaire. The sampling technique was conducted with sampling proportional sampling at the 5 administrative regions in Surabaya. The research’s variable was the community. The collected data was measured with Likert scale. The result showed positive and significant effect of the community’s rejection on prostitution activities inside the Dolly prostitution localization complex and on social network facebook with the Surabaya high social culture resilience and therefore Surabaya community rejected the existence of Dolly prostitution in physic and on virtual world with online prostitution.Keywords: Effect, Community, Prostitution, Social Culture Resilience

Abstract

This paper explained the police role optimization to prevented traffic accident. The purpose of this paper was discovering the police enforcement role in preventing traffic accident and the implication of traffic police optimization on regional resilience in Jakarta Timur DKI Jakarta area. The study was conducted first at the accident critical points and directly visited the Jakarta Timur certain points. Second was, driver and vehicle registration/ identification. Third was Police Traffic Law Enforcement, it is a preventive and repressive effort. Fourth was operational management and Police Traffic Engineering, Fifth was Police Traffic Education. The education was provided for the driver of two and four wheels vehicle. The driver education was intensified by the Jaktim area Traffic Unit at certain points. The obstacles of the Jakarta Timur area’s Traffic Unit duty were the lack of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and the minimum community’s support. The implication of Jakarta Timur area Traffic Unit optimization in preventing traffic accident on regional resilience was able to be concluded.Keywords: Role, Traffic Unit, Accident, Regional Resilience.

Abstract

This paper explained public service optimization in e-KTP implementation to strengthened regional resilience. The problem showed due the e-KTP implementation less than 100% achievement at the end of 2012. The purpose of this paper was discovering the public service quality condition of the e-KTP implementation in Kalibaru sub-district Cilodong District Depok, identify the obstacle of the e-KTP implementation in Kalibaru sub-district Cilodong District Depok, and establish the public service optimization strategy of the e-KTP implementation in Kalibaru sub-district Cilodong District Depok, and also the implication on regional resilience. The method of this paper was interview and fi eld observation. The location election method is conducted with purposive sampling. The variable of this research was public service optimization of the e-KTP implementation at the Kalibaru sub-district, namely the Organization Structure of the e-KTP Service, Service Administration of the e-KTP Service, human resource of the e-KTP Service, facilities and infrastructure of the e-KTP. The result of this paper showed the strategies to optimized the e-KTP service implementation at Kalibaru sub-District were (a) increase the coordination, (b) Implementing MSDN functions namely management function and operational. Therefore the e-KTP implementation would be able to supported Regional resilience.Keywords: Public Service, e-KTP, Regional Resilience
