Abstract

Mining industry and iron-bearing sand in Kulonprogo Regency area was a mining project with large budget investment, namely Rp. 5.4 – 6 trillions, Working Contract area 2,987.79 hectares, and 2,100 people workers. The purpose of this research was to found out the iron-bearing and industry development in Kulonprogo Regency and its implication on economic resilience of region development at Kulonprogo DIY. The research was conducted with qualitative descriptive method and the collected data of the field observation and questionnaire for the respondents based on the purposive sampling method. Mining industry and iron-bearing sand processing implication on economic resilience at Kulonprogo Regency area was conducted by recruiting workers, entrepreneur’s chance, and land compensation payment, agricultural production harvest and its infrastructure. Local government gained profit from tax, retribution, royalties, regional development budget, community developing budget therefore the regional revenue increasing.Keywords: Development, Maining and Iron-Bearing Sand Processing, Economic Resilience of Region.

Abstract

Modal Investment and Permitting Service Institution Institution’s (BPM and PP) at Pacitan Regency restructure had affected the organization structure, duty and authority, services’ type and the amoun of the staff. The Integrated Service Office at the Pacitan Regency BPM and PP restructure’s conflict consisted of two parts, namely the conflict of BPM and PP with other institution and the internal conflict of Pacitan Regency BPM and PP. The purpose of this research was to discovered the integrated service office restructure’s conflict management and resolution and its implication on regional economic resilience. This research was conducted with in depth interview, field survey, and questionnaire method. The collected data were analyzed. The Pacitan Regency BPPM and PP conflict was at the normal level, therefore it could be well managed and able to developed into positive conflict. Abstract

ABSTRACTCommunity empowerment procesed with tourism village development at Brayut Pandowoharjo Tourism Village Sleman thoughg three levels, namely concept socialization level, ability transformation level, and gaining independence to managed the tourism village level. The research purposes were fi nding the village community’s empowerment with tourism village and its implication on social culture resilience. This research was carried out with observation, interview, and analysis method and bibliography study which analyzed with deep interview system and analysis. Therefore the result of community empowerment Brayut Tourism Village should be able to involved the Brayut village community’s participation started from the planning, conducting, and evaluating and continuing monitoring. Community’s empowerment with tourism village development also had to strengthened social culture life as the embodiment of social culture resilience. It could be done with establishment of community institution, togetherness as the embodiment of sharing responsible, religious tolerance, custom preservation, cultural art and way of life.ABSTRAKProses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Wisata Brayut Pandowoharjo Sleman melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap sosialisasi konsep, tahap transformasi kemampuan, dan tahap memperoleh kemandirian dalam mengelola desa wisata. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuanmengetahui bagaimana pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui desa wisata dan mengetahui implikasinya terhadap ketahanan social budaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka yangdianalisa dengan system in deep interview dan analisa. Akhirnya sebagai bentuk keberhasilan pemberdayaan masyarakat, Desa Wisata Brayut harus mampu melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat Dusun Brayut mulai dari perencaaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dan monitoring secara berkelanjutan Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata juga telah memperkuat kehidupan sosial budaya sebagai bentuk ketahanan terhadap sosial budaya dengan pembentukan lembaga kemasyarakatan, kebersamaan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab bersama, toleransi kehidupan beragama, pelestarian adat istiadat, seni budaya dan cara hidup.

Abstract

Elementary education institution had strategic roles in preserving local language. Those roles were (1) School as local language learning facility (2) School as student character education facility (3) School as self development facility. The purpose of this research was to measured the elementary education’s role to supported the culture resilience. The research was conducted with questionnaire which was given by the school to the student’s parent and also the interview to the students, teachers, and the community. The collected data were analyzed therefore this research was categorized as qualitative descriptive research. Its implication on culture resilience was the role to established student’s interest in using Javanese language to strengthened culture resilience. Javanese language as the local culture identity and the struggling interest in local culture were to established cultural resilience.Keywords: Role, Preserving Local Language, Cultural Resilience.

Abstract

The youth in Nglanggeran Village actively participated in developing the village potential namely established Nglanggeran Ancient Volcano as ecotourism area. The youth’s participation was embodied in thought, energy, materials, skill and intelligence, and social participation to supported the Nglanggeran Ancient Volcano ecotourism area development. This purpose’s research was to found out how the youth participate in developing Nglanggeran ecotourism area and its implication on village community’s resilience. The research was conducted with hinterview method and field observation with purposive sampling and analyzed with qualitative descriptive method. The implication of ecotourism area development on village community was over the economic, social community, environment preservation, infrastructure establishment, and youth establishment’s resilience at Nglanggeran Village. Therefore the youth’s participation involvement had to be enhanced to hastened the village’s area development.Keywords: Participation, Ecotourism Area, Village’s Community Resilience
