Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination of the brain at high resolution will be able to detect abnormalities in the brain that are not detected before. The MRI machine is equipped with a very strong magnetic force, therefore metal objects can interfere with the workings of the machine . Some patients, there may be a magnet in the body unnoticed, for example: orthodontic bracket. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of sequences to reduce metal artifacts due to the installation of the Orthodontic Bracket. This type of research is a quantitative analytic with a quasi-experimental research design. The research design used was a one group pretest-posttest design to determine the optimization of the application of the Slice Encoding Metal Artifact Correction (SEMAC) and View Angle Tilting (VAT) sequences on Brain MRI with Orthodontic Bracket. The results showed that the SEMAC sequence combined with T2 TSE was able to reduce metal artifacts well. VAT sequences combined with T2 TSE were able to reduce metal artifacts quite well. A more optimal sequence to reduce metal artifacts is T2 TSE SEMAC, where the sequence is able to reveal thin structures that are not visible in the T2 TSE or T2 TSE VAT sequences.

Excessive fat accumulation in the obese body causes chronic low-grade inflammation. The continuous occurrence will affect health, which may lead to damage to cell metabolism related to metabolic age. Therefore, anthropometric application by measuring neck circumference (NC) and body mass index (BMI) was performed. The aim of this study was to determine NC cut-off which can be used to identify the increase of metabolic age in an individual. This study is a diagnostic study using cross sectional design using subjects who met the criteria needed for this study (n = 82). BMI and NC anthropometric measurements were performed in this study. Metabolic age was measured using Bioelectrical Impedance Analyzer (BIA). Data were analyzed using 2 x 2 diagnostic table and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve to obtain Area Under Curve (AUC). The results showed that the highest BMI was obese (65.8%) with the most common age of 30-57 years old. The result of ROC-AUC NC on metabolic age showed that AUC value of NC measurement was 0.77, cut-off ≥ 33 cm, sensitivity 71.2%, and specificity 69.6%. This study concludes that the cut-off value of NC in predicting the increase of metabolic age had good sensitivity and specificity.

The existence of health facilities (fasilitas kesehatan/faskes) especially at the district level is considered very appropriate to reduce the number of people whose health is impaired. For this reason, a targeted program needed to reduce this number. The program is by reducing the number of unmet needs in areas that have high population, high rate of increase and high density. This is very in accordance with the characteristics of Bogor regency as a research locus. The method used in this research is a combination method, which is a combination of tabular analysis (statistics) with spatial data. The combination of the two will produce locations with low unmet need health facilities resulting from a causality of 2 (two) variables, both of these variables are the number of residents with the number of health facilities, so that the precise and accurate results will be obtained. The conclusion from the spatial analysis is that there are 19 from 40 sub-districts in Bogor regency whose indicators of unmet need for low health facilities. Although this research is considered very simple, the results of this study are very important because it can be used as a guideline for the development of health facilities, especially community health centers (Puskesmas) in Bogor regency.

Adaptive Statistical Iterative Reconstruction is software used to reduce noise. In several hospital uses the ASIR application with varying percentages between radiographers. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in noise and anatomical image information on variations in the percentage of ASIR and ASIR values that reveal optimal CT scan anatomic image information. This type of research is experimental, data are taken from 30 samples of reconstructive CT scan of the abdomen by giving four variations of ASIR (0%, 40%, 60%, and 80%). Noise measurement is done by placing the ROI size of 105.61 mm2 at three points, namely superior liver, inferior liver and middle of the aorta on the axial section. while the assessment of anatomical image information by observation of the results of variations in the value of ASIR by two radiologists. Data analysis uses the One way Anova test to determine differences in noise, Friedman test to determine differences in anatomical image information with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that there were differences in the abdominal CT scan image noise on variations in the percentage of ASIR with p -alues less than 0.001. Noise decreased with increasing percentage ASIR. The highest noise value is 15.34 at ASIR 0% while the lowest noise is 8.57 at ASIR 80%. There are differences in anatomical image information on the variation of ASIR with p-values less than 0.001. The percentage ASIR of 40% is the optimal ASIR value for displaying CT images of abdominal with mean rank of 3.46.

One of the factors causes dental caries is salivary state. Drug addicts may have different salivary pH due to the drug content that is commonly consumed. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of salivary pH to the DMFT index in the Methadone Maintenance Therapy group in the city of Yogyakarta. This type of observational analytic study is Case control design. A sample of 64 subjects, divided into 2 case and control groups. Case groups are people who are members of the Methadone Maintenance Therapy Program at the Gedongtengen Health Center in Yogyakarta. Saliva pH measuring instrument is a pH strip. Test the relationship between salivary pH and DMFT using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that the average DMF-T in the case group was 8.4, higher than the control group 2.1 while the saliva pH of the PTRM group in the acid category (5.8) was lower than the control group with a neutral pH category (6.6). There is a significant relationship between salivary pH and DMF-T index in the Methadone Maintenance Therapy group in Yogyakarta City.
