Abstract

In the reform era, the diversity of the sociely tend to be a burden on the nations capital of Indonesia. This was evidenced by the emergence of various issues problems associated with the diversity of sources, particularly the field of religion. In a religious perspective, there is some opinion states that all religious groups do not convinced that the basic values of each religion is tolerance. Abstract

This article talks about reconciliation of people /through economic instrument of syari'ah in forming of society transformasi. Failure of conventional system make happened deviation of value of social value and of normative society moral so that that system is assumed to fail in to form reconciliation of people in economic tatanan. For that economic intstrument of syari'ah represent one of the alternatives in forming of society transformation with mudharabah instrument, maal baitul, religious obligatory institute, communal ownership institute, alms and all that.

Abstract

Religious conflicts tends to occur due radical-extreme and fundamental to the doctrine os subjective religious afilation. While external factors caused by attitude bedonitas and opportunity with the name of religion as a commodity interest. This attitude has made a prolonged humanitarian catastrophe. Disharmonitas these factors need to be reviewed in the relevance of religious relations in Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract

Pundamental 1945 Constitution as the rule has been set explicitly for religious freedom in the run by followers, who belong to one human rights has, but in reality the persecution of religious life and often inevitable. Between religious persecution can come from various directions such as harassing each other, mutual intimidate(violence) and that most often occurs between religious persecution that is prihal establishment synagogue. Therefore, in terms of the establishment of the synagogue there must be government intervention to regulate it, if in this case given the freedom and without any clear rules, the sectarian conflict will not be able to avoid. One step from the government to avoid conflict in the establishment of the synagogue is to be issued the Joint Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs and the Minister of Home Affairs Number 08 and Number 09 Year 2006 About the Construction of Houses of Worship that aims to create harmony and peace between religious and have certainty Strong law.

Abstract

Currently on the one side of the issue of religious differences often cause of conflict in society. To realize the pattern of a positive relationship is basically a shared of responsibility religious communities, local governments and government. With the enactment of Joint secretary of Religious Affairs the Ministry of home affairs on Guidelines for Task Regional Head / Deputy Head of the Maintenance of Religious Harmony, and the constuctions of Houses of Worship in the emporverment forum on religious harmony and the constructions of houses of Worship is in the public and the government has new rules in an effort embodiment religious harmony , In terms of the hierarchy of laws, regulation and Minister for home Affairs joinr MORA about guidelines Regional Head of religious harmony, FKUB role and establishment of houses of worship, if it is related to the type and hierarchy of legislation decree or regulation of the minister usually not binding outside the existing institutions in Under the authority of the ministry. In addition, based on the type and hierarchy of applicable legislation or regulation can not find the decree of the ministter in the herarchy of exiting legisltaion. Based on the various articles in the joint rules be be understood that the issue of the establishing a houses of worship was the basis of teh legal arrangments attempt to achieve religious harmony. However, this should not binder or distort the purpose of the enactment of licensing policy the establishment of houses of the synagogue , however, principally because it is done it primarily for protect the human rights, particularly freedom of religion
