Abstract

A mother, when she nursed her son, she is not only to nurse her son with breast milk but she nursed her son with compassion, pity and refinement of a mother, the child will grow in character like pity and loving kindness. Otherwise, the children who do not get the love from their mothers, they grow into children with the soul complications, which forms in their soul urges evil cruelty and revenge. The experts of pedagogy and education among developed nations have been aware of this so that the empress emperors, nursed their own children and they are not willing to hand over their children to nurses.

Abstract

One of the sexual harassment experienced by the husband is premature ejaculation. This disorders can distrub the harmonisation of husband-wife relationship because one is experiencing premature ejaculation cannot give sexual satisfaction to his wife. Thus, the purpose of marriage is to establish sakinah, mawaddah and mercy familiy will not be realized due to unpay of the rights and obligations. In the Compilation of Islamic Law, premature ejaculation is included as the reason for wife to ask divorce, in Islamic term it called ‘khulu’. While the Shafi’s mazhab, premature ejaculation can be as a reason to give fasakh. Although, ‘khulu “ and ‘fasakh” are icluded as the reasons for divorce , but both have different legal effects. In the hadith of ‘khulu’, it was said that ‘khulu’ does not do due to unperfect husband to fulfill the sexual need of wife or husbund leave his obligations. It is more ampasize on un pleasuare wife toward the husband which will ditrub the harmonisation in the household.

Abstract

It is suspected that there is a potential human rights abused against woman prisoner’s reproductive health in Riau Province’s prisons. This research aims to identify human rights abused related woman prisoner’s reproductive health and found the affort to reduce it. The methods used to collect the data are interviews, documentation and observation. While Focus Group Discussion (FGD) conducted as part of the analysis stage interactive model (Miles and Huberman). The results showed that there is a potential human rights abused related to woman prisoner’s reproductive health in Riau Province prisons. It is occurred because of limited prison infrastructure, including getting access to goods essential needs during menstruation like pads. Efforts to reduce human rights abused against women prisoners in the prisons while improving compliance and protection of human rights is conducting the capacity building for the staff of prisons, setting clear standards compliance for the health rights of women prisoners, operating system of evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of the health right, adding women prisons officers, and build prisons that were intended for female inmates.

Abstract

This paper describes the phenomenon of abortion that is currently so prevalent in society. This fact requires us to find solutions quickly and accurately, so that people do not walk toward ruin, caused by the strong influence of ideology adopted by the society of freedom blindly from the West. Islam as a religion is perfect and complete, is the main solution to problems in every line of human life, in this case remove followabortion that violates the rules of Islamic law, in addition to the consideration that Indonesia is a Muslim majority. This paper aims to find Islamic views on abortion and find the best solution according to Islam to combat the practice of abortion that are implicated in the middle of the “ummah”, which causes women to be the greatest sacrifice.

Abstract

This article discusses the factors influence man participation in family planning program by using Preced of Green Behavioral Approach. The limited man participation in family planning because of the factor of predisposing actors which consist of knowledge, attitude, confidence, value, curltural, and perception, with reference to someone motivation or group to act. Enabling factors like personal or community resource and skill. The reinforcing factors is the determining factor whether the health action obtained support or not. This factor is a represent factor (incoming after) like attitude and behavior of elite community, religion figure, behavior and attitude all the officer including officer of health.

Abstract

Woman always becomes an interesting topic to be discussed in religion. It is because of religion represents the way of life of mankind. It contains direct interconnected teachings with law and orders about the position and life of woman, both in worship and in particular relationship between man and woman, especially in terms of family relationships. During this, most of “the religious elite" are biased in understanding and interpretation of the religious texts in relation to women's issues, because they understand the religious texts literally, it seem to favor men over women. This paper discuss about reproductive rights in Islam. In Islam, woman and man are in the same position. It is stated clearly in both the Qur'an and the hadith.

Abstract

This research try to discover women consumer behavior towards their reproductive health and the use of pads. It was found that most respondent used magazines, newspapers, or newspapers as sources of information to acquire knowledge about reproductive health. Respondents spent special time to increase knowledge about reproductive health of women and prioritize read articles about women's reproductive health. Pads is one of product that is familiar with the women reproductive health, but women in this study had no certainty about its safety for use and whether the pads can cause cancer. Additionally, more than half of respondents would consider using the traditional way with a washable cloth pads if the current pads is proven can cause cervical cancer. Price of the pads is a factor that affects their purchase behavior and although they have a favorite brand, they are not particularly loyal to the brand if it is not available when needed.
