Abstract

The development of E-commerce as a medium of trade is supported by many of today's world economy demands that emphasizes on the aspects of globalization, liberalization, and development of technology and telecommunications to fulfill the needs of trade and consumers. E-commerce changes the operating of trade, especially in the banking institutions. As its implication, “the gates of traditional banks” forced to change to a new paradigm that emphasizes on the relationship between the banks and their customers, as well as between one company and another company and how the benefits of e-commerce in regional autonomy.

Abstract

The entrepreneurship is one the Indonesian economy driving factors. It is not only conducted by the men, women too. Some of them make this entrepreneurial activity as a livelihood, and some are making it as a sideline. The results of 37 women who work as taylor in Tampan, Pekanbaru district showed that the factor of independence, emotional and educational together have a significant influence on the women decision to choose entrepreneurship. Partially proved that the independence of the variables have a dominant influence on the women decisions to choose entrepreneurship as a profession.

Abstract

This study aims to identify barriers and prospects for Small Micro Enterprises (SMEs) based on sex in the District of Singingi. The data collected by observation, interview and questionnaire. The result showed that the owners of SMEs in Singingi Regency dominated by men but not apart from the contribution of the woman (wife). The major obstacle is the lack of capital to develop the business. Other barriers such as availability of raw materials, equipment, technology, and skills possessed by SMEs. Although there are some obstacles, but they still want to maintain the business as their main motivation is to increase family income. Future prospects of SMEs will be better when it get serious attention from the government, especially when viewed from the economic growth rate reached 6 percent in that year provide the opportunity for absorption of industrial goods produced by SMEs.

Abstract

In the al Quran explained that the testimony of two women equal to the testimony of a man. This was rejected by feminists because it felt unfair. This term is not for the weakness of the women sense, but because of that days, women lacked competence in the field of transaction of muamalah, therefore, her memory of that transaction was weak in that regard. If illat ‘urfiy such as foundation, then his condition has changed, because in this era of globalization and the information women not only engaged in the domestic sector, but also in the public sector. In the economic field, women are no longer just a participant but instead have become a business person. Thus, the knowledge in the field of economics of course no doubt anymore.

Abstract

The housewife generally represents as a menager in managing family finance. There are several key concepts of family finance management which is important to know in order to manage the family finance professionally. They are balance and loss/profit and also the management of cashflow. With the existence of a good understanding about family financial report, supported by good planning, division of duty with couple and effort of interrogating the extra of expenditure, hence the domestic can through the family finance problem with the correct solution. The most important thing is openness each other and also experiences the family life responsibility with.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cases of trafficking that occur in Kapuas Hulu. Some prevention efforts, a form of protection of victims and develop a model of protection of victims. Methods of data analysis performed using qualitative descriptive analysis with a sample of Sub Badau traffic being trafficked in Indonesia-Malaysia border. The results showed that some types of work done by the women and the children victims of trafficking are workers in places of entertainment, plantation workers, and etc. As for some of the factors that influence the occurrence of trafficking is the opening of the Postal Cross Border (PLB) Entikong Sanggau district. One of the prevention efforts that can be done by the Kapuas Hulu regency government is makes education and health as a priority program.

Abstract

Fashionable and attractive appearance is a requirement that priority for employees in the banking world. Fashionable appearance is always interpreted as a way of dress, makeup, lifestyle, and selfactualization as a whole is quite attached to women employees in public life. Research conducted on 30 female employees at PT Pekanbaru Danamon Bank. It focuses on the issue of whether the appearance of fashionable significant effect on female employees' career development. The results showed that the appearance of fashionable significant impact on employee career development of women in PT Pekanbaru Damon Bank.
