Abstract

ABSTRACT         Study entitled "The Effect of Incentive and Reward Against Job Performance (Study on PT. PLN ( Persero ) WS2JB ) " was held on May 10 -30 July 2013 . Providing incentives for employees is very important in improving employee performance . This study aims to : 1 ) determine the influence of variables simultaneously Incentive and Reward ( x ) on Employee Job Performance ( y ) determine the dominant influence between variables Incentive and Reward ( x ) against the employee Job Performance . The method used is to use the questionnaire as a data collection tool to be distributed to respondents with a sample of 66 employees . . From simple linear regression test results obtained F - value of 22.893 count is greater than the F - table value of 3.49 at significant level 0.05 then Ho is rejected which means that the performance variable ( y ) is significantly influenced by variables Incentive and Reward ( x ) and Incentives . Coefficient ( R Square ) shows the number 0.450 which means that the variable Work Performance ( y ) by 45 % influenced by variables Incentive and Reward ( x ) while the remaining 55 % are influenced by variables other than the independent variable in this study . Thus the variable Incentives and Reward at PT . PT PLN ( Persero ) WS2JB there are strong ties to the Job Performance variable ( y ) . The conclusion from the research is that there is influence between variables incentives and rewards on work performance ( y ) . So the advice given is : In accordance with the results of research and discussion, it is advisable for the company to pay more attention to incentives and rewards ( x ) because it is proven to affect employee performance ( y ) . Keywords: Incentive and Reward , Job Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTRespondents to this study were freshman year learning 2012/2013 at the Faculty of Economics, University of tridinanti of Palembang. for the results of sampling by using equations slovin, obtained 96 samples. Based on the t-test showed that students ' attitudes affect significantly positive effect   on the behaviour and decisions of students for studying in universities Palembang with Tridinanti. degrees of significance 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the t-test showed that subjective norms affect the behaviour of the student's decision for the interest was educated at the University of Tridinanti with Palembang. indicated a quantity value of the probability of 0,043 > 0.05. Using the test F of magnitude probability is 0.000 < 0.05 this shows that collectively the same attitudes and subjective norms of variables affect the behavior of the student's decision for the interest was educated at the University of Tridinanti. Palembang. the dominant Variables influencing the behaviour of the student's decision for the interest was educated at the University of Tridinanti. Palembang is varaiabel attitude with value magnitudes r. is 0,565504. Based on the analysis of models of Fishbein, can be concluded that students ' Attitude towards the behaviour of his decision to attended the University of Tridinanti. Palembang is positively with score 158,3. Likewise his subjective norms with regard to the quantity index 29,33. Overall decision to educated students  of Tridinanti university is positive with the number 34.83327.Keyword : Students attitude, Subjecktives norms, Behaviour of the student’s decition

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to observe the impact of working situation ( X1 ) and working satisfaction ( X2 ) to employe performance ( Y ) of Regional Library Board Sout Sumatera Province..The population of this research is 73 employees of Regional Library Board South Sumatera Propince, Which 40 sample taken using proportional random sampling technique and another 18 sample for instrument sampling. Data collecting instrument using questioner with likert scale from various theory and form it into operation variable, which validity and reliable test taken to define the original of instrument. From inferential statistic analysis, correlation coefficient between working situation ( X 1 ) and employee performance variable ( X2 ) is 0.694, while 0.662 for correlation coefficient between working satisfaction variable ( X2 ) and employee performance variable ( Y ).  Correlation coefficient between working situation variable ( X1 ) and working satisfaction ( X2 ) to employee performance is 0.9844, which show that there is a positive and strong relation. 0.713 determination coefficients means 71.3 % of  X1 and X2 variable form Y variable, result doubling linier regression: Y = 15.570 + 0.303X1 + 0.448X2 + E . On other word, empirically prove that employee performance improvement linier with improvement of working situation and satisfaction, partially or simultaneously. Keywords: working situation, working satisfaction, employe performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study about the effect of leadership, motivation and intellectual ability to employee performance areas offices of National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province. The analysis showed leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and the ability of intelligentsia (X3) jointly affect employee performance (Y) of 97.4%, while the remaining 2.6% is explained by other factors not examined. Results obtained from the regression equation y = 4.722 + 0.905 + 0.595 X1 + 0.546 X2 + X3 e. From the results of hypothesis testing, to test F can be concluded that there is a significant effect of leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and intellectual ability (X3) jointly to employee performance (Y) Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province. As for the test T can be concluded that there is a significant effect of leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and intellectual ability (X3) partially to employee performance (Y) Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province.Keywords : leadership, motivation, intellectual ability, employee’s performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Research is to know the influence between Work Climate and Leadership either through parsial and also by simultan to Lecture Performance at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang. The result are (1). Anticipated a Work Climate positively and real have an effect on to Lecture Performance at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang, (2). Anticipated a Leadership potively and real have an effect on to Lecture Performance at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang, (3). Anticipated Work Climate and Leadership by together influence the Lectures Performance at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang. This Research population is entire Lectures at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang amounting to 69 peoples, while sample research taken by 30 peoples by using random technique. Instrument of data collection used is enquette using scale Likert compiled by pursuant to construction which embrace from various theory realized by into variable operacional, while examination to instrument research conducted passing validity test and realibility test. Analyse the data conducted bay passing conditions test consisted of the normality test using test of Kolmogrov Smirnov, test the homogeneity by using test of Chi Square, and test the linearity using One-Way Anova. Examination Hipotesis conducted by used analyse the regresi and correlation of variable of Leadership Style and Work Climate as free variable to Lectures Performance as variable trussed. Keywords : Work Climate, Leadership, Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research studies about effectivity, coordination, and problem in collecting taxes. Moreover, tax collection performance which is done by KPP Pratama Kayu Agung in tax arrears liquefaction will be measured in this study. Data sample for this study are tax collecting data done by KPP Pratama Kayu Agung in 2010. The data is considered representing the latest tax collectionperformance.This study concludes several things, such : Tax collction performance is ineffective yet, since tax arreas liquefaction does not meet the target. As for the productivity, tax colletionperformance is not optimal yet, because it does not fullfil Standar Prestasi Juru Sita Pajak. Tax Colection internal coordination is fair. In the other hand, the tax collection external coordination has not met the same quality. Wajab Pajak, third party,or tax officer environment it self become problems that create hindrance in collecting taxes. Keywords : Effectivity, Coordination, Collecting Taxe.

Abstract

ABSTRAK .This research was carried out by quantitative analysis approach , the study variable quality of service ( independent variable ) and customer satisfaction ( dependent variable ) . Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to customers PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang , and library research . Sampling was conducted using a sample region or area probability sample . This research instrument using deferensial Scale Semantics and analysis of data in this study were univariate , bivariate analysis using Chi-square and multivariate analysis using the Multiple Logistic Regression .From the results of this research is that of the 100 respondents who gave ratings are not satisfied by 43 people ( 43 % ) and there were 46 people ( 46 % ) who give bad ratings to the quality of service . There is a significant relationship between the dimensions of tangibles, reliability , and responsivness to customer satisfaction as its p value < α ( 0.05 ) and was not a significant difference between assurance and empathy towards customer satisfaction as its p - value > α ( 0 , 05 ) . Responsiveness dimension is the dimension of service quality the most influence on customer satisfaction .It is suggested that excellent service quality should be improved by the General Board of the State -wned enterprises in particular taps as water processing , with the goal of satisfying the customer as the result of research that states there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction Keywords : Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Service

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of region income of Local Government Expenditures in Banyuasin, to determine the effect of Revenue Sharing on Local Government Expenditures Banyuasin and to know the effect of Local Revenue Equalization Fund of Local Government Expenditures in Banyuasin. Regional Revenue Contribution to the shopping area is still very low at an average of 23.4% with an average increase of 0.11% per year. While most of the district government expenditures amounted to 93.49% in Banyuasin funds come from fund balance. While the balance fund contributions to local spending is as high as an average of 93.49% with a decrease of 1.58% per year. Trend region income increasing and balancing the increasingly indicate that the development of independence in Banyuasin County Government for its budget each year has increased. This indicates that the District Government has been trying Banyuasin independent in managing the financial area and try to be autonomous in accordance with the goals you want to target in the regional autonomy that is the achievement of fiscal autonomy of a region. Also in Banyuasin regency government has been trying to reduce its dependence on transfers from the central / provincial financial manage their areas and strive to create and explore more potential derived from its own country.Keywords: Contributions, Fund Balance and Expenditure
