Abstract

The purpose of this research to identify and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance PT Wom Finance Tbk Branch Palembang. The data used are primary and secondary data with a sample of 76 employees. To determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance PT Wom Finance Open used multiple regression analysis. The research showed that there are significant positit There are significant Influence Style Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance in PT Wom Finance Palembang. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.455 + 0,260 X1 + 0,243 X2 + e. independent variables go hand in hand with the dependent variable means increasing Leadership Styles and Motivation then increased the level of employee performance in PT Wom Finance Palembang. There is a significant Influence Style Leadership and Motivation in Partial (alone) the Employee Performance in PT Wom Finance. The coefficient of determination () of 0.185 indicates that employee performance can be explained by variables leadership style and motivation while the rest Explained other factors not examined. Keyword : Leadership Style, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the influence of enterpreneurship, leadership and trainning to micro, small, and middle business (UMKM) performance in Palembang city. This research is focused manufacturing industry sector and has gotten training from Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan dan Koperasi kota Palembang in 2012. UMKM that has gotten training are 51 units and only 41 unit that are choosen to be samples. The data is collected by giving questionnaire by using Likert scale and has been through validity and realibility test before. Data Analysis Method uses Multiple Regression Analysis with Ordinary Least Square.The result of this research shows that : Y= 15.246 + 0.221X1 + 0.238 X2+0.369X3, where X1= Entrepreneurship, X2= Leadership, X3= Training. Entrepreneurship influences the performance for 22.1 %, leadership influences the performance for 23.8%, and training influences the performance for 36.9%. From those 3 variables, training influences the performance the most. According to F-test is 14.143 and it’s bigger than F-table which is only 4.08. It shows that entrepreneurship, leadership, adn training influence the performance of UMKM simultaneously for 14.143%. And according to Determination Coefficient Test, it shows 0.475 which means that those three variables contribute to the dependent variables of UMKM performance for 47.5% and the rest for 52.5% is influenced from another variables that are not discussed in this research. From three variables are enterpreneurship, leadership and trainning, most influence to UMKM performance is trainning 36,9 percent. Key words : enterpreneurship, leadership, trainning, performance, small business, manufacturing industry

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance in CV. Graha Indah Sari Palembang. The population in this study as many as 52 people. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique, all populations sampled in the study. The data collection technique using a questionnaire. This research method using descriptive method with quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and use the technique multiple linear regression analysis to measure the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable is the motivation and discipline as an independent variable (X) and work performance of employees as the dependent variable (Y).The results showed : 1) Motivation and discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in CV. Graha Indah Sari Palembang, 2) motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in CV. Abstract

Promotion is a means to encourage employees to be better or more eager to do a job in a corporate environment. By looking at these facts, the employee performance that leads to promotion must be done effectively in order to be accepted by all parties without anyone feels aggrieved. Promotions and employees' performance very closely and is also important within the company. This study discusses in depth about the influence of scientific and Campaign Against Occupation Employee Achievement In PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion on employee performance on PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang.The results of this study are as follows: (1) There is a positive influence between promotion on employee performance on PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang, (2) large or strong influence of promotion on employee performance on PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang is by 75,9% , while 24,1% is influenced by other factors.Applications of this research in the future to make the boss always gives high motivation of the employees PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang. Keywords :Promotions, job title, employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine factors affecting the regional state-income (PAD). Regional state-income is an income earned and collected by the regional state in accord with the regulations. Local tax, local retribution, and other revenues are some factors affecting the regional state-income of Banyuasin district that are employed in this study. The source of data used in this research is secondary data. Time-series data is used in this study which spans 6 years period (2010 to 2015). Descriptive analysis and multivariate regression are employed to analysis the data. The result reveals that (1) local tax, local retribution, and other revenues have a positive and significant effect on regional state-income simultaneously; (2) local tax, local retribution, and other revenues have a positive and significant effect on regional state-income partially. Keyword: Regional State-Income, Local Tax, Local Retribution, Other Revenues.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the Goal of Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Social Issue, and Corporate Relations Program as independent variables together against Public Welfare as the dependent variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam City.Mechanical sampling using simple random sampling with a sample of 133 people. The technique used is quantitative and qualitative techniques that use the questionnaire as a means of collecting data and using multiple linear regression analysis technique to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The data in this study assisted by the Statistical program For Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 22. The design used in this study using associative method is research that aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variablesThe results of this study stated that Corporate Social Responsibility Goal, Corporate Social Issue and Corporate Relations Program jointly effect on the welfare of society at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression equation: Y = 25 833 + + 0,239X3 0,063X2 0,395X1 + + e and has a coefficient (R) of = 0.631 and the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.398 it is clear that the welfare of society (the dependent variable) explained by Goal Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Social Issue and Corporate Relations Program (independent variable) amounted to 39.8%. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Population and the landmass of the regional capital expenditure district/city in South Sumatra province. Data in this research is regional Government Budget at 15 districts/cities in South Sumatra province in 2012-2013 time period. Model analysis in this research is using multiple regression. It can seen that in total General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Population and the landmass has positive effect to capital expenditure in district/city in Sumatra Selatan Province, meanwhile partially General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and Population has no effect to capital expenditure but the landmass has positive effect. Keywords: General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, population, the landmass and Capital Expenditure

Abstract

This study basically discusses on the influence of price, quality products and promotion toward OPPO Smartphone consumers’ purchasing decision at International Plaza area in Palembang. The population of the study were consumers of Oppo Electronic Indonesia Ltd. International Plaza branch in Palembang. The sample of this study were 60 consumers using the technique of non-probability sampling. There are significant research results price, quality products and promotions simultaneously toward OPPO Smartphone consumers’ purchasing decision at International Plaza area in Palembang with sig F 0,000 <α (0.05). Multiple linear regression equation y = 6.716 + 0.778 X1 + 0.238 X2 - X3 + e 0.331. The independent variables go hand in hand with the dependent variable means that the higher price, product quality and the higher the Promotional Product Purchasing Decisions of Smartphone OPPO Area International Plaza Palembang. There is the influence of price, quality products and promotions partially (alone) toward OPPO Smartphone consumers’ purchasing decision at International Plaza area in Palembang. Correlation (R) of 0.821 has the sole means to show a very strong relationship and be positive (unidirectional). The determination coefficient R Square of 0.674 or 67.4%. Variable Price, Quality Products and Promotions can be explained or there are significant variables Purchase Decision while the remaining 32.6% influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: Purchase Decision, Price, Quality Products and Promotions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of human resources, communications, organizational commitment, motivation and compensation to the performance of Civil Servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province either simultaneously or partially. The method used is descriptive method with multiple regression analysis. In this study using Proportional Random Sampling as a sampling technique. Sources of data and population in this study is a Civil Servant in 4 (four) Unit of Local Governments of South Sumatra Province, among others: Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda), the Agency for Promotion and Licensing Investment (BP3MD), SERVISE community and village authorities (BPMPD) and the Department of Trade and Industry (Industry and Trade) who have qualified education Strata 1 (S1), Strata 2 (S2), Tier 3 (S3) as many as 79 employees. Simultaneously factors Quality of Human Resources (HR), Communication, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Compensation amounting to 50.0% have influence on the performance of Civil Servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province.Partially Human Resources quality factors have an influence by 24.8% to employee performance, and communication factors have an impact of 23.5% on employee performance, further factors influence organizational commitment have amounted to 23.5% of the employee's performance, while the motivational factors work has amounted to 26.0% influence on employee performance, and compensation factors have an influence of 21.7% to the performance of Civil servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province. Key Words: Quality of Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Commitment
