Abstract

The purpose of this research to know and analyze the increase strategy of retribution received by terminal in order to increase the authority income (PAD) in Poso regency. The population in this research that are terminal official, public transport driver in terminal area of type A Siwagilemba of South Poso District, transport service provider and some functionaries that handle and know about the terminal case, the sample which is taken from the population are 70 people that’s considered as representatives. The sampling method is used namely purposive sampling that is sample determination technique with particular consideration, in this technique there is not all the population has opportunity as the sample. The collection of primary and secondary data have been done with interview, focus group discussion (FGD), questionnaire and documentation. The realization of contribution terminal has been analyzed by formula P = (Xi/X) x 100 %. The contribution in 2012 for authority original income as 0,38%. The opinion of respondent and informant is analyzed by SWOT. The technical and analysis of data is used  SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats). In SWOT matrix is known internal factor (Strength and Weakness) and external factor (Opportunities and Threats) there is in Terminal Type A Siwagilemba of South Poso district. Based on account coordinate unit of SWOT is known that the organization position of terminal unit Type Siwagilemba in South Poso District of Poso Regency, there is lied on quadrant I so that the strategy must be used is SO (Strength-Opportunity) that are: (1) to allocate in income budget and educational program and technique training in order to increase officer professional LLAJ. (2) Optimize discipline degree and authority of official LLAJ, to work the orderly for the main facility benefit and supporting in terminal. (3) to useful of amount and the level discipline of LLAJ officers to supervise and control the public transport for daily and operate the low obey with instance related, (4) to useful of the strategy terminal position, with develop the South Poso district as growth centre, and (5) to use amount of LLAJ officers to implement the socialization or implementation operational regulation of terminal for all sides.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know the effects of cempetency, work environment, and organizational commitment, simultaneously and partially on personnel’s performance at Educational, Youth and Sport Office in Tojo Unauna regency. This is survey method research using descriptive and verificative approach. Analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Population of this research covers all civil servants at Education, Youth and sport office in Tojo Unauna Regency with the number of 63 personnel, however only 58 that have been analyzed. The result show that constribution effect of competency, work environment, and organizational commitment on personnel’s performance is 23.2% (indicated by adjusted R square 0.232). this means that the contribution of three independent variables on personnel’s performance is 23.2% and 76.8% is affected by other factors for instance motivation, work culture and leadership style. Competency, work  environment, and organizational commitment simultaneously perform significant effects on personnel’s performance at education, youth and sport office in Tojo Unauna regency at the significant level of 0.001. partially, independent variables also perform sinificant effects on personnel’s performance where in competency significant at the  level of 0.049, work environment significant at the level of 0.042, and organizational commitment significant at the level of 0.036 respectively.

Abstract

The Purposes of this research are to give the understanding about the form and process of  free healthy program and to analyze the implementation of Buol Regent Regulation Policy No.05 Year 2010 about Free Healthy Service Guarantee System in Buol Region. The research was carried out at Regional Public Hospital Buol Region as the hospital of patients reconciliation which was  from 11 local government clinics spread in Buol Region. Whereas the technique of data collection was done through observation, deep interview, and documentation. All data will be inventorized and proceeded and analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis.Deal with the research result, that the implementation of free healthy service guarantee from Regent Regulation No. 5 Year 2010 was not effective to the public interest level, at least there were some factors that influenced the implementation of the policy namely; content of policy which consisted of interest affected, types of benefis, extent change of envisioned and resources commited. In relation to the content of policy, intended to be through politics manipulation process, so that it could give benefit to the executor. This is one of the indicators that indicated the unsuccessful implementation of the policy, because public gets difficulty and unsatisfaction to have free healthy facility as assigned by the regulation. Therefore, the service generallly did not give positive impact to the public. Finally, it can be stated that the Grindle theory is still applicable and relevant to be used in the field.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 330 orang dari jumlah konsumen yang datang dalam waktu tiga bulan pada bisnis Center, karena jumlah populasi  terlalu banyak maka penulis melakukan penarikan sampel menggunakan Acident sampling, yaitu sebanyak 76 orang.   Pengolahan data menggunakan program statiscal product and service solution (SPSS 19.0), setelah dilakukan uji statistik dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1)Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  2)Bukti langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  3)Kehandalan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  4)  Daya Tanggap berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  5)Jaminan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi,  6)Empati berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Bussines Center Sophie Paris di Kota Parigi.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze simultaneous and partial effects of motivation, work environment and job stress on nurse’s performance at overnight care room in Regional Public Hospital Undata Palu. This is a descriptive and causal research using proportionate random sampling as the sampling technique to collect data from 125 nurses. This research employs multiple linear regression as an analysis tool. Based on the results of descriptive statistics, it show that mean of motivation variable is sense of belonging 3.94. The highest mean work environment variable is psychological work environment 3.60. Furthermore, the highest mean of job stress variable is group support 4.17 and for nurse’s performance is capability 4.18 respectively. Based on the result of multiple linear regression, it show that F value = 34.490 at the significant level of 0.000 (α = 0,05). This indicates of motivation, work environment and job stress simultaneously perform positive and significant effects of nurse’s performance at overnight care room in Regional Public Hospital Undata Palu. Meanwhile, partially motivation and work environment perform positive but not sognificant effects on performance. In addition, job stress perform positive and significant effect on nurse’s performance overnight care room in Regional Public Hospital Undata Palu.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the effects of leadership style, human resource development and job discipline on personnel’s performance at Regional People Representative Secretariat, Central Sulawesi Province. Sample of this research involves 81 personnel at Regional People Representative Secretariat, Central Sulawesi Province which have been regression. Based on data analysis, it indicates regression equation Y=1,651 + 0,265X1 + 0,208X2 + 0,186X3. The result show that leadership style, human resource development and job discipline perform positive and significant effect on personnel’s performance. Determination test indicates that the value of adjusted R square is 0,623 which means that 62,30% personnel development and job discipline. Meanwhile, 37,70% is affected by other variables which are not investigated in this research.

Abstract

The regulation of finance Minister 156/PMK/.07/2008 is the guideline in implementing De-concentration Budget Management and the supporting duty Budget. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the implementation of de- concentration budget management policy at the Regional Education Office of Central Sulawesi Province. This research employed qualitative method. To measure the implementation of that policy, the researcher adopted four indicators based on the theory of Edward III, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucracy structure. The informants of this research were people who were involved in implementing the de-concentration budget management. Data consisted of primary and secondary data. Technique of data collection was interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis dealt with three steps: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Based on data collection and analysis, this research result shows that the implementation of de-concentration budget management policy at the Regional Education Office of Central Sulawesi Province was not effective yet. In relation to  four aspects as the measurement instruments, the aspect of communication still had inadequate channels used to implement the policy, and inadequate the branches of bureaucracy structure. Besides, the regulation was still general, so the budget organizer should adopted another specific one. There was still unequal interest of each Ditjen; therefore, the consistence of the policy implementation was neglected. In the aspect of resources, the number of the staff was enough, but a few number of them had enough skill in organizing the budget. This was caused by the less opportunity of the staff to join education and training and their specific education background for budget management

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know and analyze: (1) the effect of emotional quotient on organizational citizenship behavior of nurse’s at Anutapura Public Hospital and Undata Hospital, (2) the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on nurse‘s performance, (3) the effect of emotional quotient on nurse‘s performance, (4) the difference of emotional quotient, organizational citizenship behavior, and performance between nurse’s at Anutapura Public Hospital and Undata Hospital. This is an explanatory research that examines relationships among investigated variables involving 157 nurses who have been selected using proportional random sampling technique. Based on the result of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), it shows that: (1) emotional quotient performs significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of nurse’s at Anutapura Public Hospital and Undata Hospital, (2) organizational citizenship behavior performs significant effect on nurse‘s performance at Anutapura Public Hospital and Undata Hospital, (3) emotional quotient performs significant effect on nurse‘s performance at Anutupura Public Hospital and Undatu Hospital. In addition, based on the result of independent sample T-test, it shows that: (1) there are significant differences of emotional quotient and organizational citizenship behavior between nurse's at Anutapura Public Hospital and Undata Hospital, (2) there is no significant difference of performance between nurses at Anutapura Public Hospital and Undata Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was: 1) to know and analyze simultaneous effects of spiritual quotient, leadership style and incentive toward the performance of Palu Mutiara Airport Officers ; 2) to know and analyze the effect of spiritual quotient toward the performance of Palu Mutiara Airport Officers; 3) to know and analyze the effect ofleadership style toward the performance of Palu Mutiara Airport Officers; 4 )to know and analyze the effect of incentive toward the performance of Palu Mutiara Airport Officers. The population of the research was the officers at Palu Mutiara Airport. Based on the data obtained from Sub Unit of Official Exertion that Palu Mutiara Airport Officer were 156 persons. From the calculation result of Slovin formula usage, the sample obtained was 60 persons with probability sampling technique which one of those is simple random where the names of the officers were randomized based on the working unit. Both primary and secondary data collection were through observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method used to examine the hypothesis of the research. The result showed that:1)Spiritual quotient, leadership style and incentive simultaneously effects positively and significantly toward the performance of Palu Mutiara Airport Officers;2) Spiritual quotient positively and significantly effect toward Palu Mutiara Airport Officers;3) Leadership style positively and significantly effect toward Palu Mutiara Airport Officers;4) Incentive positively and significantly effect toward Palu Mutiara Airport Officers.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of Service Quality toward Society Satisfactory in Realization of UTTP Tool Calibration of Metrology Field at Department of Cooperatives and Small Industry Medium Enterorise and Trade Central Sulawesi Province. The theory of service quality used was from Zeithaml, Valarie A., A. Parasuraman and Leonard L. Berry which consist of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, whereas the theory of society satisfactory was from Philip Kotler which covers need, wants, and expectations. This research was a survey research with quantitative approach. The population of the research was the owner or the user of UTTP tool calibration that noted in calibration register book from October to November 2011 which numbered 120 persons that drawn using Taro Yamane formula so that the sample became 55 persons. The collection data method covered documentation study and questionnaire. The technique of data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis. The research result showed that there was an influence of service quality toward society satisfactory in UTTP tool calibration of Metrology Field at Department of Coopertives and Small Industry Medium Enterprise and Trade Central Sulawesi Province. This result also showed that the relationship between service quality and society satisfactory was on strong level. The variable descriptive analysis result of service quality showed that from all dimension, the assurance dimension has a strong result particularly on service efficiency assurance, whereas the weak dimension was tangible dimension which was the uncomfortable of service place.
