Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of intellectual capital based on Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAICTM) the consists of Value Added Human Capital (VAHC), Value Added Capital Employed (VACE), and Structural Capital Value Added (SCVA) on company value measured by price to book value (PBV). Population of this research is manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia’s Exchange Market in year 2012 – 2013. Sampe collection methode is purposive sampling with some ctriteria met by 26 companies. Data used is secondary data taken from Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) 2012 – 2013. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The result indicates that intellectual capital that consists of Value Added Human Capital (VAHC), Value Added Capital Employed (VACE), and Structural Capital Value Added (SCVA) have significant effect on company value

Abstract

This research to know how the quality service handle of permission accuratuins cause stand up buildings to permission service body compact. Kind of appraisal that using are observation,interview,documentation, and triangulasi. The drawing technic informan using appraisal analist model qualitative. The theory that using is theory from Zethmal, Parasuraman and Berry, consist of five demention af are:tangibles,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and emphatyr.  Based on research that do it the quality service handle of permission accurations cause stand up building’s to permission service body compact. Is not maximal.First;Tangibles dimention is medium and infrastructure is not appropriate like less white waiting room and chair also is not appropriate with aplicate quantytas althought with public toilet. Second ; Realibility dimentionis appliance speed to give accurations service is not appropriate with hopeless society,because remedial of arbitrariness accurations there is in technic official. Third ; Responsiveness dimentoin is official respond to receiveapplicate complint is very good ,but the speed to finish accurations is not maximal. Fourth ; Assurance dimention is quarantee that given by official to aplicate is not on time, because less official respons hire of performar technic society accuration. Fifth ; Emphaty dimention is Accurationservice that official given not discriminatife and official always give respect full well manered oservice.

Abstract

The type of the study is causal descriptive that shows relationship between variables studied by involving 31 respondents who are selected through sensus method. The Result based on multiple linear regressions analysis tests show that: 1) competency, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously have significant influence on the performance of employess in The Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, Sigi District; 2) competency has significant influence on the perfomance of employees in The Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Sigi District; 3) work competency has significant influence on the perfomance of employees in The Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, Sigi District; 4) work environment has significant influence on the performance of employees in The Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, Sigi District.

Abstract

This research aimed at to find out the status and strategy of Water User Association Federation (WUAF) perfomance increasing on Irrigation Schemes Management at Tindaki Irrigation Area of Parigi Moutong Regency. The population of the research is water users that included in WUAF which consist of 165 farmers , and there is 62 respondent that choosed by using proporpotional random sampling. The research type is desctriptive with quantitative approach. Data collected through questionaire, observation and documentation. Data analyzed by SWOT analysis. The result of this study indicate the status of WUAF perfomance is in Poor level (26%-50%), consist of Organization Aspect in Good level (50%-58,31%), Water Supply aspect in Good level (50%-75%), Maintenance aspect in Poor level (0%-25%%), Financial aspect in Poor level (43,75%-50%), Present condition of Irrigation Schemes aspect in Poor level (47,25%-50%) and Technical empowerment aspect ini Good level (52,75%-75%), 2). The strategy to increase WUAF perfomance is Strength – Opportunity (SO) strategy that use strength to make use of opportunity through : (i) strengthening the capacity of WUA, (ii) Legalization of WUA support into Qualified of other WUA members (farmers), (iii) WUA must be learned in the network-information system, (iv) The WUA’s capacity building by Government must be in the farmer-need assesment preparation.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the implementation of smart electricity program policy in the Palu Timur District. The main theory used in this study is Edward III on four factors influencing policy implementation, they are communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic. This is a qualitative research with a survey as an approach technique. Five informants were taken by using purposive sampling technique in this study. The result of this research shows that there are sub indicators that should be improved, they are physical facilities, policy implementer, and the attitudes of policy maker which end at good result of the creation.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the influence of Cooperative Learning Model of STAD to the learning result of students at SMPN 4 Sigi. This research was Conducted at SMPN 4 Sigi. Using research method that is quasi Experiment Sampling was obtained as propouses sampling from 66 students act divided inter 2 groups, that are Experiment group and control group. Instrument of experiment (average = 83,86 and standart deviation = 5,773) more higt then group control (average = 74,125 and standart deviation = 5,657) and after Condaction ‘t’ test, attained score ‘t’ as 3,0214 whie table ‘t’ at Significancy level 0,05 as 2,00 or t-couret > t-tabel so, it could be unferred that rejectionald Ho and recerved Ha. In this case, the data scored that Cooperative Learning of STAD Can Influence Student Learning result at SMPN 4 Sigi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine public attitudes towards the Workfare Program and how large the portion of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah – APBD) which was disbursed for the implementation of this program in Palu City, with purposive informant selection technique which gained 8 people, referring to the theory of van Meter and van Horn. The data collection of this study was done by means of observations, interviews, and documentations. The results show that the implementation of the Workfare Program had not been optimal, and had not reflected the ideal conditions according to the performance of the policy itself. It can be known from several aspects: a). Policy standards and objectives that still need to be improved, b). Human and financial resources that still need to be fixed, especially the human resources whose activities were still limited, c). Characteristics of implementing agencies that did not understand the operational procedures, d). The implementers attitude who seemed to be indifferent to the job when encountered a problem in the field, e). Interagency communication that was less effective, and lack of socialization to the Workfare participants, f). Social, economic, and political environments that were more dominated by social and economic factors of the society as policy goals.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze significant effects of leadership style, job motivation, and work environment on employees’ performance in The Department of Public Works of Palu, both simultaneously and partially. The type of the research is causal descriptive to link betwen two or more independent variables. Population consist of all employees in The Department of Public Works of Palu with 154 personel selected as sample through census sampling technique. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the result show that leadership style, job motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have significant effect on the performance of employees in The Department of Public Work of Palu.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine and analyze the policy implementation of Building Permit at Office ofOne Stop Services and Investment of District Northern Mamuju. Type of this research is qualitative by taking community and officers/staff office of One Stop Services and Investment of District Northern Mamuju as informants which were determined purposively. Data collection methods include participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation, while data analysis techniques include data reduction, display the data and draw conclusions and verification. The result shows that policy implementation of Building Permit in the District Northern Mamuju is already running, but it is not maximized due to the content of the policy such as the desired degree of change has not been seen since the attitude and behavior ofpeople only acquire the Building Permit if they need it as a requirement of their dealing with bank Lack of socialization causes low knowledge and understanding as well as the public awareness in acquiring of Building Permit. Involved resources have limitedness, both in terms of quality and quantity, while the context implementation (implementation environment) is not maximized due to the low level of compliance with policy targets because of slow and complex service.

Abstract

The purpose of research, to find out how the registration of health policy implementation in Central Sulawesi provincial health department and the factors that influence the policy. This study analyzed four factors that affect the implementation of policies according to the theory of George C. Edward III, namely: communication, resources, disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The method used is descriptive qualitative determination of informants snowball while a key informant was the section head bimdal registration and accreditation. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed all four factors in the analysis, 1) Communication in the bureaucracy as well as to the applicant has been pretty good. 2) Resources of facilities that are not adequately support the implementation of the policy influence. 3) Disposition of the policy implementers from honest attitude and commitment both indicated that pelaksan policy strongly supports the policy. 4) The bureaucratic structure is already quite good in terms of uniformity in the operation of the organization operationally because the implementers refers Permenkes.
