Abstract

Ringkasan. Abstract. The characteristic of some commercially manufactured carbon resistors and p-n junction diodes are measured from 80°K to 220°K. Datas of the resistors fit the three-parameter equation of Clement-Quinnell. Temperatures calculated by this equation are within 0.5 percent, of the measured temperatures. Thermometric sensitivity is such that by measuring resistance to one part in 1000, it is possible to detect temperature changes of 0.4°K at 93°K. Temperatures are reproducible within about 4 percent, from run to run. In some p-n junction diodes, we have observed nearly linear T-V characteristic from room temperature to liquid nitrogen temperature. In addition these diodes exhibit good repeatability on temperature cycling. The slope of the T-V characteristic with current as a parameter, is explained by assuming that the device conducts primarily recombination-generation current according the theory of Sah, Noyce and Shockley.

Abstract

Dengan cara difraksi sinar X, dapat ditunjukkan bahwa bidang tersebut adalah bidang (020).Platelet single crystals of Ag3Sn of 200 μm thickness and 5 mm in the other dimensions can be produced by temperature gradient method from an ingot of Ag-Sn alloy with a composition of 40 wt % Ag and 60 wt % Sn. It was found that the platelet surfaces have the some crystallographic plane. X-ray diffraction study showed that the plane is (020) plane.

Abstract

Ringkasan. Abstract. The insects and other arthropode components of rice and vegetables association were investigated. It was found that these components were still meaningful from the aspect of ecological interaction. Estimate of rice-borers population trend and also of the vegetables pests were carried out by means of immatures and matures sampling. Apparently the variation of the population trend of rice as well as vegetable pests was small within a relatively large area in West Java.
