Abstract

Driver factor was ranked the first amounting to 93.52% as the main cause of the accident. The negligence of driver who drove over the speed limit specified (reckless). Ministry of transportation has sought to alert passengers to the bus driver put a sticker warning. So, we need a technology that facilitates the ministry of transportation to monitor in real time of the bus driver. Preparation method is based on problems that are applicable. The tool components include GPS, microcontrollers, sirens, GSM module, and server. Accuracy measurement test results the vehicle transfer rate versus time between LAKBAN is that the vehicle speedometer is at 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create an electronic wheelchair sport designed for power soccer. The authors try modify Wheelchair Power Soccer (Electronic Power Wheel Chair Soccer) as a Tool of Power Soccer Sports Exercise for disable Athletes. The system is a solution and that the author gave innovation and contribute to the problem using the physically disabled football is still manual. We innovate to create electronic wheelchair as a tool for physically disable soccer athletes.Performance results wheelchair soccer power tools (electronic power wheelchair soccer) is driven in accordance with the commands sent by a joystick control that will be received by the control circuit ATmega8535 microcontroller and the output is the motion that moved by motor stepper. The tool is able to browse for a maximum of 32 minutes on flat roads with power supply of 6V 4.5 Ah. Optimal video radius of less than 5 meters.

Abstract

We realize that a dream house is one of the most important objectives for many families. To do this they even do not hesitate to hire a house consultant with high payment. Virtual reality technology actually could answer this problem. People can design their house with the easiest and cheapest way. By exploring, designing, configuring, testing and demonstrating computer hardware and software, we have successfully created a representative tool on house design. All-in-One PC, Kinect and TurboFLOORPLAN are the tool set to make a natural interaction between user and computer to reach an enjoyable home design system.

Abstract

Energy problem is one issue that is important for all developing countries and has been advancing from day to day. As the longest bridge connecting Java and Madura islands, Suramadu Bridge is facing high operational costs, for example it uses fossil fuels as a fuel generator. Given the potential of nature that exist around Suramadu, this study offered a solution to create independence in Suramadu lighting with a vortex energy based tools. The purpose of the program design is to create a Vortech Vortech as a prototype power plant in the vortex for illumination independence Suramadu Bridge.

Abstract

Lack of awareness of adherence to traffic regulations is often the trigger for the traffic violation, the traffic lights are common violations of deliberate markings by road users. This study created a surveillance system that can detect violations that occur in traffic. Detected violations in this case is the violation that occurred at the traffic lights. Violations are divided into two, namely the violation of a red light and when the green light turns on. Violation that occurs when the red light and green light was able to be detected. Having conducted an experiment using 10 videos describing the condition of the red light and 10 videos depicting green light conditions, the system can achieve the accuracy of 85.83 % for the detection of objects that violate the red light when turns on and 96.67 % for the violation at the time of the lamp green turns on.

Abstract

Jakarta bay is a bay in Laut Jawa located in north of DKI Jakarta province. Jakarta bay is one of dirtiest place in the world. To overcome that problem, this study designed “The Ganers (The Garbage Cleaner Ship)”. There is innovation technology of water garbage cleaner which is effective, innovative, and applicative in effort to increase marine potency in Jakarta bay. The Ganers take principle of Trimaran ship (three sides ship) that equipped by many specification of machine. Tools which is will be paired to that ship used to facilitate to run process cleaning the water garbage.

Abstract

Sanitary napkins during menstruation is a primary requirement. According to the research, disposable sanitary napkin that is now being used contain hazardous substances that could potentially cause disease harmful to the reproductive organs. In addition, there is no special handling for waste disposable sanitary napkins. Although there are safe cloth napkin products, but they are expensive. This program aims to create innovative sanitary napkins are economical, safe, does not cause interferencee for environment and aesthetics. This Innovation Sanitary Napkins made of old cloth. The method used are designing, manufacture and testing. The results are two kind of design (long and wallet), handbags, socialization, banners, and brochures.

Abstract

Farmers need to know land quality before planting padi because land quality will affect the quality of padi. Unfortunately, farmers do not have accurate indicator to examine the quality of land. They usually use their feeling or knowledge generated from their ancestor. This problem has initiated the current study to propose a tool that could indicate the quality of land using land resistivity parameter and land pH. To examine resistivity, Tris-Compatible pH sensor was used. The main feature of this tool is it could identify land resistivity, land pH, land quality, and recommend fertilization accurately. The tool has been proven to be able to detect land quality indicator as it could measure land resistivity and pH. The tools is believed to be easy to use as it does not require specific procedure in the measuring process with water tolerate level of 0% to 50%.

Abstract

Qibla is the center for Muslims in doing daily prayers. There have been many studies on determining the Qibla direction that utilizes spherical trigonometry method to generate the Qibla direction from position latitude and longitude. However, no previous studies that determine the direction of the Qiblah while making rows line prayer. Therefore at the end of the project, the Qibla direction indicator system in the form of a prototype robot that could determine the direction of the Qiblah while making rows line prayer. GPS data in the form of latitude and longitude is calculated automatically by the microcontroller to obtain the direction of Qibla. The data is then compared with the data of digital compass. Robot will spin up the difference in digital compass data is not greater than 5 ° with the calculation of Qibla. If the Qibla direction are correct, then the robot will rotate to the left 90 ° from the direction of the Qiblah and the robot will make a straight line extending rows of lines as a sign of prayer. When the proximity sensor detects an obstacle in front, the robot will stop making a line. From the experimental results, the robot can create the rows with an average error of 0.0083325%.

Abstract

Indonesia has been experiencing water crisis despite its large natural sources. The eastern part of Indonesia suffer more than other areas. This activity is proposing what so called rainfall water trap that can be used for irrigation and domestic needs when dry season is coming. The approach used to realize the program is technology application in the form of development of rainfall water trap. The program can be utilized by involving people or community in the area that is perceived to have water scarcity problem during the dry season.
