This study aims to determine the cash flow and liquidity in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, also to determine how much incluence the cash flow liquidity PT. Mayora Indah tbk. The method used is descriptive method associative then prossesed and analyzed to infer. From the test results it can be seen that there is a strong relationship between the liquidity of cash flows because those cash flows are able to explain the changes in the liquidity of 77,8% and the remaining 22,2% influenced by other factors in addition to cash flow.The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is the cash flow and liquidity in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, for four years of fluctuations. The suggestion that the author gave the compay should be able to manage the current assets of the company are better. Thus the company is always in liquid state so the state of company’s liquidity levels will be in a safe position.

This study aims to determine influence profitability that measured by Return on Asset (X1), and leverage that measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) to the Bond Rating (Y) at Banking subsector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2010-2015. The population used in this study are the Banking subsector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of the year 2010-2015. The samples were 8 companies from 40 of total population using purpossive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is logistic regression. The result of this study show that: (1) Profitability has not effect on bond rating, (2) Leverage has not effect on bond rating.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the image of consumers purchase decision making in the conduct of the Blackberry. To find out if a relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialabilitas, the ability to communicate the benefits of the product, and observabilitas affect consumer purchasing decisions in the Blackberry product. The methods used in this research is the author of the research methods of the survey with the quantitative approach. In this research, primary data obtained from the questionnaire. Results of questionnaire data processed using the method of path analysis (path analysis). Based on the analysis that has been done, the conclusion is relative advantage (X 1), compatibility (X 2), complexity (X 3), trialabilitas (X 4), the ability to communicate the benefits of the products (x 5), and observabilitas (X 6) affect decisions purchase a Blackberry on Blackberry Telkomsel Indonesia Community. Where observabilitas (X 6) that have the greatest contribution in influencing purchase decisions in the respondent's Blackberry product. It is in accordance with the characteristics of high-tech products that are complex, with prices likely to be expensive, need to be examined before being purchased, bought with caution, their life cycle is short, and products that rely on features.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of engine maintenance to quality shoes PT. Nikomas Gemilang. The population in this study are all employees of PT Gemilang Nikomas building 11 part Assembling. The number of as many as 150 employees and population samples taken as many as 109 employees of PT. Nikomas building 11 Scintillating Part Assembling. Methods of analysis used in this research is descriptive and analysis method of quantitative analysis by a simple linear regression analysis. The data processing is done using the application program SPSS version 15.00 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis by using the IBM SPSS software version 15.00 for windows test results of t, where t is a value count 2.543 > t table significance of 1.98 and tables are of significance (0.00) under the (smaller) than 0.05. On testing the determination of the koefesien R = 0,436 showed the influence of strong enough. The relationship between maintenance (X) against the variable quality of shoes (Y) on the employees of PT. Nikomas Gemilang amounting to 94% meaning that showed a very strong relationship and the rest 6% is explained by other variables not examined as factors ability, work discipline, attitude, work ethic, technology earnings. Etc.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of advertising on TV medium and brand awareness towards buying decision process body lotion Citra (survey at female student of SMAN 1 Purwakarta). This research is using quantitative approach and processing method using path analysis with software SPSS ver.20. Data used primary data from 100 female student of SMAN 1 Purwakarta. This research shows that there is influence of advertising on TV medium and brand awareness towards buying decision process body lotion Citra at female student of SMAN 1 Purwakarta.

This research aims to know the working capital turnover and operating income/profitabiltas (return on assets) in the Republic of Indonesia Employees Cooperative (KP-RI) Determination Sane education service and culture Districts of Lebak-Rangkasbitung, also to find out how much influence turnaround working capital and business profit/profitabiltas (return on assets) in the Republic of Indonesia Employees Cooperative (KP-RI) Determination Sane education service and culture Districts of Lebak-Rangkasbitung. As for the method used is descriptive method quantitative and assosiatif which later in sports and in the analysis of conclusion to be taken. From the test results can be known that there is a strong link between the working capital turnover with business profit/profitability (return on assets) due to the rotation of the working capital is able to explain the changes that occurred on the profitability of the remaining 22.9% and 77.1% influenced factors other than working capital turnover.

The aim of this research are (1) to know the efficiency of machine 1, machine 2, machine 3, and machine 4 and to know which machines that have the highest efficiency; (2) to know which year that have the highest efficiency. The analysis result of efficeincy of PT.ITS with the dmu is machine, shows that the efficiency condition of the machine during five years since 2011 until 2015 generally can be considered to have a perfect efficiency (efficiency = 1).From the five years, there are only 5 occurance of imperfectefficiency which are spread in all the machines.The order of the most efficient Kiln to the least is machine 3, machine 4, mqchine1, and then machine 2.Meanwhile for the annual analysis, theorder of the most efficient year to the least is 2014, 2012, 2013, 2015, and then 2011.

Analisis Reaksi Pasar pada Saat Pengumuman Rights Issue di Bursa Efek Indonesia Arifin Syamsul

This research tested market reaction when the announcement of rights issue to return and trading volume. There are many different rights issue effects. Based on market timing theory, companies tend to issue stock when their stock price is overvalued. But, investors assess overvalued stocks tend to decline and the undervalued stocks tend to rise. Meanwhile, underwriter in a rights issue showed that, underwritter with good reputation will decreased the level of underpricing and increased trading volume. This research used event study method to measure the significance of the market reactions. Logit regression was also used to test the differences in market response over different valuation and the used of underwriter.The test results showed an overall hypothesis, the market considers the rights issue announcement as bad news which occurs abnormal negative returns and a decrease in the volume of trade. However market reacts positively to the announcement made by the undervalued company and react negatively to the overvalued company. Meanwhile, the used of underwriter don’t have influance to market reaction although can reduce the level of bad news.
