Abstract

Underwater image of water quality in the dark, it depends on the depth of water at the time of image acquisition or image. The results of the image quality is adversely affecting the results matching the image pairs underwater with SIFT algorithm. This research aims to use the method of image preprocessing and Histogram Equalization Gamma Correction that works to improve the quality of images underwater. The results showed 27.76% increase using image preprocessing Gamma Correction and Histogram Equalization compared with no increase in image quality. Results of paired t-test has the null hypothesis is rejected so that there is a significant difference between the application of Gamma Correction Histogram Equalization with and without image enhancement.

Abstract

Game is currently very popular in the community at large, one of which is the game third person shooter (TPS) which can be run through a mobile phone or computer, making it very easy and affordable, one thrid person shooter game 3D maze. The labyrinth is a game to find the right path to achieve the objectives which the way players experience many obstacles to destination, so spend a lot of time, then in need of a settlement in order to facilitate the player in completing the levels on every obstacle, in need of a alghoritm Breadth First Search for ease in completing permainan.Cara employment levels every alghoritm Breadth First Search is a search method that starts with the roots off the road to the next. This search is done by looking at all the nodes or vertices have the same level to determine the final outcome at that level,if they do not find the will to move to the next level. so that the process backtrackto re-find the right path to achieve goals the appropriate time. Keyword: Games, Third person, Shooter, Maze, Breadth First Search.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a type of disease that was ranked first in ASEAN and ranked second in the world. The number of victims of dengue in RS Charitas Palembang tend to increase in certain months and erratic every month. In addition, dengue casualty data is not used as an evaluation to reduce the number of victims. It became the basis for forecasting the number of victims of dengue in the next year. Research to predict the number of victims of dengue have been done with various techniques of artificial intelligence. Research conducted now use data RS Charitas Palembang patterned time series over the last 10 years by using Neural Network. The results obtained are patterns victim DBD significant start in December and then reach the peak in January, accompanied by figures forecast in each month of the following year. Furthermore, the calculation error using Neural Network obtained using the input layer 12, hidden neuron 28, and the output layer 1 and the error obtained 12.59%.

Abstract

Food insecurity is a common problem in some areas and it must be taken into consideration for its involvement into human life. Food insecurity refers to the inability of people in local communities to secure adequate food. Food insecurity maps can be used to identify areas that tend to insecure. Based on Central Java Food Security and Vulnerability Atlas (FSVA) in 2010, Brebes has been in a food secure status and it makes difference from all districts and cities in Central Java province. The anomaly on food security status in Brebes is the main concern on this research by implementing Oracle Spatial to mapping the food security and vulnerability. Oracle Spatial combines the spatial data and food data for displaying information about food security status within each district in Brebes.

Abstract

Decision Support System for New Student Acceptance aims to simplify the Decision Maker who is the Committee of New Student Acceptance to select prospective new students based on eight criteria. That is registration number, the average value of National Examinations, medical tests, interview, their achievements, salary of parents per month, number of siblings who are still in school and administration department and give recommendations for the major of accepted students based on their interests and talents. There are four major in SMK Telekomunikasi Tunas Harapan, these are Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL), Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ), Multimedia and Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR). And the talents be measured by math test, electro test, daw test and physics test.

Abstract

The game is a field of science is growing rapidly and very interesting to learn because review has potential good view of science and commercial aspect. To produce an attractive and realistic games, there are a few things to note. One of them is the attention to the attack strategy, especially for the NPC (Non Player Character). Referring to previous studies that discuss strategies melee attack for NPC (Non Player Character)[1]. This study combines two Collision Detection with Bayesian methods for attacking strategy melee. In this study is to divide some of the behavior of NPCs attack when in the position closest to the enemy. This study applies the algorithm for Bayesian classification assault NPC behavior and collision detection algorithms for decision-making behavior when NPCs hit the player. By merging algorithm aims to improve on the weaknesses of previous research. NPC assault classification is divided into two offensive behavior: attitudes and behavior kick smash. As for the variables used in Bayesian classification is health points, attack points player and the distance obtained from NPC conditions. The results of the implementation of collision detection and Bayesian methods have proved that the collision detection methods can take decisions NPC attack behavior although placed closest to the player. From the test results with the calculation methods confusion matrix gain as much as 90% accuracy.

Abstract

In determining the consistency of health data, can use data mining techniques that can dig the hidden information from multidimensional data sets that have been obtained. In addition, data wich connected with other data can also be done by these data mining techniques. One of the data mining techniques is quite well known namely clustering. The methods are quite popular in data mining techniques that called k-means method. It is used to facilitate medical recorder for analyzing the general health situation of population groups in archiving health care data. The results of this analysis, the clustering of the disease based on age, sex, duration of disease and disease diagnosis. This research used tool Rapid Miner 5.3.Based on the data from clinic centers Kajen Pekalongan, the result of clustering is 376 items of acute and 624 unacute diseases from 1000 total of data.

Abstract

Acceptance of the new lecturer is one of the decision-making process based on selection test of competence through interviews aspect, microteaching and ability to speak English either active or passive in communication.  Decisions are taken based on the highest value of the accumulated value calculation selection made in the institution of the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication. SAW (Simple Additive weighting) is a method of ranking the search for a weighted summation of the performance rating for each alternative on all attributes. The calculation of the value of selection acceptance of new lecturers with perangkingan method based on three aspects which have been set, getting the order rengking with the highest value is 32.5 in the applicant 1 (P1) as the first rank, and as a potential new lecturers will be accepted on Faculty of Information Technology and Communication.

Abstract

AJAX is not a language programming, but a technic that possible to create interactive web application. With AJAX, web application can interaction with server in back screen, so not influence web page overall. The method of displaying the  result request from user and viewed in to system without must reload page overall. AJAX representation performed with creating programming in the system. This research provides a bridge between the user request and server response, so as to ease the burden of the server as seen from the server memory in unused. The result from this research is system can provides a faster display from the previous system. Testing system based on a rapid access on each menu. The result comparison between the old system and the new system is 43,8 versus 78,4 and server memory used is 2.112 MB versus 2.095 MB with 8 users. This comparison provides information that system with AJAX better to be used on building a system
