Abstract

Troubleshooting komputer yaitu mendeteksi kerusakan hardware dan software pada saat komputer beroperasi berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang ada seperti komputer tiba-tiba hang, hardisk failed, atau booting komputer menjadi lambat, dan lain-lain. Gejala-gejala ini sering mengandung ketidakpastian yang bisa terjadi karena informasi atau fakta yang tidak lengkap. Untuk mengatasi masalah ketidakpastian ini, system artificial intelligence yaitu sistem pakar mengadopsi metode certainty factor untuk menganalisa berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang terjadi. Metode CF merupakan tingkat kepastian system terhadap suatu fakta atau aturan untuk menghasilkan sebuah diagnose. Hasil ujicoba sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan diagnose kerusakan komputer berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang ada meskipun gejala-gejala tersebut mengandung ketidakpastian yang disajikan bersamaan dengan saran penyelesaian berdasarkan hasil diagnosa dengan menggunakan probabilitas Bayesian. Hasil diagnosa disertai dengan nilai CF yang menunjukkan tingkat kebenaran hasil diagnosa. Di mana nilai CF terbaik berdasarkan nilai CF tertinggi untuk menghasilkan tingkat kepercayaan semakin optimal Kata kunci: certainy factor, troubleshooting, sistem pakar, hardware, software AbstractTroubleshooting a computer that detects damage to hardware and software when computer operates on basis of existing symptoms such as sudden computer crashes, failed hard drive, or booting, they are becomes slow, and others. These symptoms often contain uncertainties can occur information incomplete. To overcome problem of uncertainty, so artificial intelligence systems were an expert system methods to analyze the certainty factor based on the symptoms that occur. CF method is the certainty of the system toward a fact or a rule to generate a diagnosis. System test results show that the system can perform computer malfunction diagnosis based on symptoms that exist even though the symptoms of uncertainty and result by used bayessian probability. The diagnosis is accompanied by the CF value that indicates the level of truth of the diagnosis. Where is the best CF value based on the highest CF value to produce the optimal level of confidence. Keywords: certainy factor, troubleshooting, expert system, hardware, software
