Abstract

The necessity of energy become a priority by goverment at this time, because the final consumtion of national energy on 2000-2012 increases 2,9% for each year. By using the fossil energy continuesly that can make the availibility of energy become rare, there are so many policy that created by goverment to control this problem, one of this using the policy is alternative energy. The alternative energy can get from some resources and products such as water energy, wind, geothermal, biodiesel, and biomass. Briquettes is a pottential fuel and very relieble as alternative energy for household needs and able to supply and a long time. Pre-design planning of rubber seed shell briquettes is using slow pyrolysis system. Where, the shell heated in 350º C - 400º C in 1 atm pressure for 6 hours process. The pre-design planning will build in Landak district of West Borneo. Pre-design planning of rubber seed shell briquettes that using slow pyrolysis system will build on 2020 with 8.900 ton/year capacity. The process is raw material preparation, pyrolysis reaction, separation and purificatin, and product handling. Based on economic analysis this plant feasible to set based on the economic aspects as follows : ROIAT(%) : 75,7%, POT(tahun) : 1,2 , BEP (%) : 37%, IRR(%) : 19,47. Abstract

Bekisting merupakan struktur-struktur sementara yang berfungsi sebagai alat penghubung antara desain dan pelaksanaan konstruksi, Struktur-struktur permanen tidak bisa dibangun tanpa struktur - struktur sementara tersebut. Komponen bekisting pada pelaksanaan juga membutuhkan biaya yang besar, oleh karena itu perencanaannya harus dipertimbangkan faktor ekonomisnya. Pemilihan jenis bahan bekisting sering menjadi masalah bagi pelaksanaan pekerjaan, yaitu bagaimana memilih bahan yang tepat dan ekonomis misalnya bahan dapat digunakan secara berulang – ulang, pembongkarannya mudah dan cepat, dapat menahan beban selama pengecoran, harga relatif murah dan hasilnya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1. mengetahui seberapa besar nilai penyusutan setelah pemakaian bekisting pada setiap lantai dan balok di bangunan Gedung Alexanria secara berulang. 2. Mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan bekisting secara berulang pada pekerjaan lantai dan balok, pada gedung lantai I sampai lantai IV 3. Mengetahui Berapa waktu pelaksanaan yang efektif dan biaya yang di butuhkan untuk perkerjaan bekisting pada tiap lantai dan balok Gedung Alexanria. Jenis penelitian (metode penelitian) yang di gunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif Hasil penelitian terhadap pekerjaan bekisting konvensional Gedung Alexandria menunjukkan bahwa dari segi biaya Rp. 169.213.806 perlantai dan waktu yang efektif untuk pekerjaan bekisting adalah dua (2) minggu. Kata Kunci : Bekisting Multiplex, Efesiensi Biaya, Efektifitas Waktu

Abstract

The system operations distribution in Irrigation Farming region of brackish water ponds for this is still using traditional systems and often cause inpact not optimal productions of fish pond. To overcome the problem it is necessary planning and construction of the valve door is intended to support distribution of irrigation water and optimize water distribution systems more structured and improving land productivity of fish pond land. Construction flood gates automatically planned is flood gates valve with a corrosion-resistant lightweight materials strong and flexible for the distribution of brackish water in the irrigation pond. Dimensions Channel are based on conditions on the ground that the conditions of an open airway narrowing. In the upstream water level 1.17 m, of water level downstream 0.857 m, Height of gate opening 58.75 cm, angle of gate opening 520, water velocity V¬¬1 = 0.957 m/sec V2 = 0,813 m/sec, water flowgate Q1 = 2,03 m3/sec Q2 = 1,64 m3/sec. while for the stability of the floodgates to SF sliding = 8.978> 1.5, SF shear = 6.125> 1.5, the outbreak of the construction of e = 0.167

Abstract

Lahan kritis merupakan lahan yang telah mengalami kerusakan fisik tanah karena berkurangnya penutupan vegetasi dan adanya gejala erosi (banyaknya alur drainase) yang akhirnya membahayakan fungsi hidrologi dan daerah lingkungan sekitarnya. Dalam laporan ini mengambil topik tentang kajian Lahan Kritis menggunakan Geographic Information System (GIS). System computer yang digunakan untuk memasukan (capturing), menyimpan, memeriksa data ? data yang berhubungan dengan posisi-posisi di permukaan bumi. GIS dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi lahan kritis di sebuah DAS. Dengan perangkat komputer berupa ArcView GIS yang digunakan untuk menghitung hasil penilaian masing ?masing kelas, pembobotan tiap parameter dan mengetahui tampilan dari peta, tabel, dan grafik. Dari hasil pembobotan yang diberikan maka tingkat kekritisan lahan dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi beberapa kelas yaitu: tidak kritis = 865,19 (Ha), agak kritis = 220,33 (Ha), potensial kritis = 2486,40 (Ha), dan kritis =111,97 (Ha), dengan hasil luas yang berbeda.

Abstract

Often on rubber, plantation, when rubber processing occurs things are harmfull to the surrounding community, which is when the freezing of the latex using formic acid so it still feels a pungent odor. In rubber processing can be argued that it is the low quality of rubber processing.Similarly, the problems that occurred in the wood industry, it was found that low-quality wood structure, very fragile and unstable so easily broken and easily attacked by termites. Technology liquid smoke can be utilized to overcome the above problems by using the raw material. The function of liquid smoke from coconut fiber as a natural preservative in industrial non-food such as wood industry and rubber plantations. The purpose of this study was to determine the quantity and quality of liquid smoke from coconut fiber Commonly, the processing of liquid smoke is consists of 3 phases: Preparation of phyrolysis process raw materials (cleaning, chopping, drying and weighing), Stages of process of pyrolysis (heating using a temperature of 150 ° C, heating time 5 hours), Stages of product analysis using GC/ MS Hewlett Packar Gc 6890 MSD 5973 which equipped by data base system Chesstation (phenol and acid compound) and a pH meter. The result of this study showed that the quantity of liquid smoke from coconut fiber is 32.35% and the quality of its liquid smoke is shown by 2.97% of phenol content ,6.8% of acidity and 2.62 of pH.
