Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the influence of collection availability against collection utilization in UPT. Udayana University Library. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The research is located at UPT. Udayana University Library. The population of this study was 37.696 and a sample number of 100 people was calculated using the slovin formula. The sampling of this study uses the Accidental Sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observations, and library studies. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The study gained result that there were significant influences from the availability of collection to the utilization of the collection. Abstract

ABSTRACT Quantitative research with quantitative descriptive methods. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling, where the determination of the sample is carried out using certain considerations as many as 99 respondents.Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and literature study, data processing techniques in this study using the percentage formula. The instrument of data collection is primary data distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study are simple linear regression analysis, validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis of sig.t arithmetic <(? = 0.05), it can be concluded that the satisfaction of the user gives an influence, the more satisfied the user, the higher the level of utilization of reference services in the Office of Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaans Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Abstract

ABSTRACT Utilization of magazine and newspaper services in the library at this time is still much in demand by library visitors to simply just read or be used as research and other needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of magazine and newspaper services in the Bali Archives and Library Service. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative approaches. Hypothesis testing results show that the t value is smaller than alpha, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the use of magazine and newspaper services with user satisfaction in the Archives Service and the Provincial Library of Bali. Abstract

The method used in this paper is a qualitative research method. Data is this study were obtained through observation and interviews. The informants is this study consisted of three people consisting of the head of the medical record, the guarantor of the assembling, and the outpatient medical record affairs department of the Klungkung Regional General Hospital. The results of research observations and interviews indicate that the archive preservation activities are guided by hospital Standard Operational Procedures (SOP).
