Abstract

Human Right is an important issue to be discussed, moreover in the West countries. This is because Human Right is talking about human being.  Eventhough  this  concept  was  born  and  developed  in  the West, but East countries, which Islam becomes the majority, adapt this concept slowly to be included in the state law. Islamic concept is believed as the way of life by its adherents. Islam according to its adherents is a complete concept that rule every aspects in the human’s life, no exception in the regulation of Human Right. Islam as a religion means rahmatan lil ‘alamin, which means mercy for the universe, even in the social injustice Islam regulates about the concept of Human Right. This article purposes to know about the history of Human Right and how Islam views the concept of it.

Abstract

Islamic social finance, such as the zakat management Institution must guaranteee the accountability of the zakat management funds received from muzakki. The zakat management institution must understand the concept of accountability for islamic social finance institutions, in order to carry out the accountability process correctly. To guarantee the fulfilment of this accountability, The zakat management insitution needs to implement a good governance framework, zakat core prinsiple. This study aims to discuss the islamic accountability of islamic social finance in Indonesia, wether it is depend on the zakat core prinsiple or their own concept of accountability. This article is theoritical and conceptuaal study, with several method of collecting data from journal and direct observation. The result show that islamic social finance tend to providing financial and non financial information periodically to their stakeholders and public using  nformation Technology (IT) including social media (facebook, instans messaging, and the ohers) in a unique and simple way. They begin to change this fulfilment of accountability from traditionally to modern using the internet. However, there are still difficulties in implementing some aspect of zakat core principle because of the limited human resource. Therefore, it still necessary to developed ilsamic social finance system strategy with support and assistance on the implementation of accountability in islamic social finance in Indonesia.Keywords: accountability, islamic social finance, zakat core principle

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and telecommunications companies to encourage dynamic can innovate and create high-tech products. One of emerging technology is currently the technology of fiber optic networks. Where using  a fiber optic network so speed in accessing the internet could be faster and more stable. With some excess owned, fiber optic network also has some disadvantages. Some disadvantages include fiber optic network cables that easily break up and also the cost of expensive treatments. Because of this technology using a cable, then the terms of the program become obstacles for companies to be able to build the network on potential areas to be consumers or customers. With the limitations of the company engaged in is required to be able to market its products in order to make the network already built can be sold to the maximum. This research aims to analyze the influence of integrated marketing on customer loyalty and brand image as an intervening variable. This research was conducted in the city of Semarang with the population in this research is the whole industry customers telecommunication in Semarang city. Data obtained using a descriptive survey method that is explanatory by the number of respondents by as much as 90. Retrieval technique of sampling the sampling method using accidental. Results of the study indicate that Integrated Marketing Communication positive and significant effect against the Brand Image that implicates against loyalty. The results of this research also show going mediation by variable Brand Image so that the higher the Brand Image of a company they will make increasingly loyal customers. Loyalty or Loyalty can also be optimized through public relation activities and sales promotion are getting upgraded.Keywords : Integrated Marketing Communication, Brand Image, Loyalty

Abstract

Compensation is an important factor for improving the performance of employees. Work environment, either physical or non-physical is also an important variable affecting directly or indirectly against theperformance of employee performance. This research is done by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) test, and SmartPLS application. The research was done by giving questionnaire to 62 permanent teachers in a foundation under religion department, Demak Central Java. In term of considering the number of sample, the writer uses solvin formula with proportional random sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis method is used to analyze compensation impact and work environment towards teachers’ performance. The result of this research shows that there is a significant impact from compensation and the work environment towards teachers’performance with R-square 0,642. It shows that the improvement of compensation and works condition will improve teachers’ performance.Key Words: Compensation, Works Environment, Performance, SPSS.

Abstract

The present study aimed to test a model in which training predicts professional competence and village secretary performance that moderated by money incentive and monitoring and evaluating. A total of 164 respondents from the Village Government Office of Demak Regency completed questionnaires on training, professional competence, money incentive, monitoring and evaluating, and village secretary performance. Results from structural equation modeling based smartPLS 3.0 confirmed that 1) training was positively related to professional competence and village secretary performance; 2) professional competence was positively related to village secretary performance; and 3) money incentive and monitoring and evaluatingmoderated the relationships between training and village secretary performance.Keywords : Training, Professional competence, Money incentive, Monitoring and evaluating, Village secretary performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of human capital and social capital on human resource performance, and the moderating effect of information technology. Based on a total sample of 88 respondents from the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of Monitor Radio Frequency Spectrum Class I Semarang and Yogyakarta which is analyzed using structural equation modeling based smartPLS 3.0, the results indicated that 1) human capital is positively related to social capital and human resorce performance; 2) social capital is positively related to human resorce performance; 3) information technology moderates the relationships between social capital and human resorce performance; and 4) information technology moderates the relationships between human capital and human resource performance.Keywords: Human capital, Social capital, Information technology, Human resource performance

Abstract

This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which aims to test and analyze a research model where Human Capital and Social Capital predicts Human Resource Performance (HR) with Digital Knowledge Sharing as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 206 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of 4 SKPD in the Rembang Regency Government. There were 102 ASN respondents who filled out and completed the research questionnaire. The collected data is processed using the SEM concept with the SmartPLS 3.0 Program, with the results of the study proving that the Variables of Human Capital, Social Capital and Digital Knowledge Sharing each have a significant positive effect on the Performance of Human Resources (HR), and Digital Knowledge Sharing partially mediates the influence of Social Capital on Human Resource Performance.Keywords : Human Capital, Social Capital, Digital Knowledge Sharing, and Human Resource Performance (HR)
